        The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of knowledge management organizational wisdom with the mediating role of emotional intelligence among Azad university faculty members of Tehran City.The method according to purpose was Practical, The method of data collection was Descriptive correlational, as well as the type of data was quantitative. The population consisted faculty members in Tehran Azad University that were selected 700 member by using Sample size calculation based on structural equation and cluster random sampling method as the sample size. All of them were full-time members. To collect the data, three standard questionnaire were used include knowledge management by Sawlow (2003) organizational wisdom by Brown & Greene (2006), and emotional intelligence by Mayer, et al(1999). After collecting the data, they were described through the mean, standard deviation,.. by SPSS-21 software and data Statistical Inference was carried out through structural equation modeling with the help of LISREL-v8.80 software. Questionnaires technical characteristics were assessed including reliability, validity, convergent and divergent validity. Path coefficient and significant coefficients were used to examine the hypotheses. The results showed that the degree of appropriateness of proposed model was appropriate with regard to components research. Also the results of the study indicated that knowledge management had significant impact on organizational wisdom behavior with the mediating role of emotional intelligence among Azad university faculty members of Tehran City.         The aim of this study was to investigate the effect oforganizational wisdom on job satisfaction with due attention to the mediation role of emotional intelligence among faculty members in Islamic Azad university of Tehran. The research method was Descriptive correlational and an applied quantitative data. The statistical population included faculty members out of which 700 people were chosen through cluster random sampling method. All of them were full-time members. To collect the data three standard questionnaires i.e. organizational wisdom by Brown & Green (2006), Job satisfaction by Herzberg (1966) and emotional intelligence by Mayer et al (1999) were used.  The descriptive statistic such as (mean, standard deviation …) and inferential statistic (structural equation modeling) with the help of SPSS-21 and LISREL-v8.80 software were described.The results indicated that the proposed model was appropriate and the organizational wisdom had significant effect on job satisfaction with due attention to the mediation role of emotional intelligence.         Wisdom is one of the most complex and broadest human concepts. This concept reflects the growth of intellectual power and the development of human behavior. Insight and experience do not necessarily indicate wisdom; the reason for the wisdom is that the manager can come up with the best possible solution by making the right decision. Making decisions is one of the most important steps that managers can make prudent and predictable decisions by acquiring the necessary knowledge, empowerment and understanding of the surrounding environment. The purpose of the research is applied and in terms of method, it is a descriptive-survey research. In order to prepare and formulate theoretical foundations, the study records are used in the library method. Data collection is also used to measure and identify indicators and evaluate the field method. In order to analyze the data, after identifying the dimensions and variables of organizational wisdom, this work done to eliminate the unrelated factors and also to categorize them with the help of the factor analysis. Data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire with 34 items and priority is also given to fuzzy AHP. The results show that the variables and factors of organizational wisdom in the industrial enterprises of Kermanshah are as follows: 1.learning (continuous), 2.thinking (system and wise), 3.values and ethical actions, 4.creativity and innovation and 5.intelligence (based on experience). Also, the level of organizational wisdom was 3.91 which was confirmed with 95% accuracy and the amounts of 5 factors were confirmed with 95% confidence. Finally, the fuzzy hierarchy analysis method was used to prioritize the factors of organizational wisdom. The order and priority of each of the five factors is as follows: 1) Learning (continuous) 2) Humor 3) Creativity and Innovation 4) Ethical values and actions 5) Priority-thinking (system and wisdom).           Abstract This study aimed to determine the impact of organizational wisdom on effectiveness among staff of education in Markazi Province in the years of 2015.  The research purpose method was applied and data collection methods were descriptive-survey. The pollution of research was including 137 employees involved in education and training in Markazi Province and among whom, 101 people was considered as sample by using Cochran formula. Data collection was carried out through Brown & Greene (2006) standard questionnaire and Nedaee et al (2012) standard questionnaire. Technical characteristic of questionnaire including reliability and validity studied by using of various criterion, for example Alpha Chronbach method used as a one the methods of reliability assessment for this research, that reliability coefficient obtained for both standard questionnaires research variable more than 0.7. Also to test the validity of questionnaires used Content validity and construct validity. Data analysis was carried out through Smart PLS software in two aspects of descriptive (frequency, frequency percentage, mean, Standard deviation) and inferential (Structural Equation Modeling, Confirmatory Factor Analysis). In measurement model, Technical characteristic of questionnaire and loading factor have investigated, also, in structural model have investigated Structural Coefficients.
