Henry James, a well-known American-British novelist, writes about women as human beings in his works and does not look at her from a gender perspective. Now in this article, art is like a painting or, in other words, a portrait that tries to draw and narrate a woman. Woman is written not as a woman but as an imitation or representation of a woman or prior woman. This theme evokes Deleuze-Guattari's interpretation of alienation to some extent. Both influenced by the poststructuralist and anti-enlightenment intellectual trend are a special form of literal writing that resists against any coding interpretation and avoids any predictable, subject-centered structure. In this research, which has been written based on analytical –descriptive method, author intends to analyze based on Deleuze's theory of logic of emotion and minority literature, women do not have a predetermined framework in James's art stories and especially in "The Future Madonna". They look forward the future and do not represent the past; So he does not seek to represent and wants to portray "Seyrurat" i,e. becoming. Manuscript profile

The purpose of the present research is the jurisprudential review of judiciary procedures of the divorce for religious-sectional minorities in Iran based on the courts' rules. The research method is descriptive-analytic and the results showed that the Islamic jurisprudence based on the principle of Ibrām and Ilzām (insistence and obligation), necessitates respecting to the minorities who live in Iran and gives them autonomy to decide on their own personal affairs. Official minorities in our country have associations which take measures to proceed with the divorce according to their own religion. Co-religion marriages have some special complicacies and in general, the marriage of a Muslim woman to a non-Muslim man is null and void. Besides, the marriage of a Muslim man to a non-Muslim woman is allowed if only the woman becomes Muslim so the general courts do not have qualification to proceed with this issue. However, if one leaves the religion of Islam due to marriage, the issue of apostasy is raised which is more important than following up divorce. Manuscript profile

Becoming or becoming means the transitions through which a concept is transformed. The minority becomes a resistance to the ideology of the majority and represents an escape from the norms of the majority. All forms are to go to the literature of the minority and to become a minority. Becoming plays a central role in Deleuze's view. He uses the rhizome to explain his philosophy of becoming. Throughout history, governments have generally been formed in convergence with the religion of the majority of society and from this point of view, due to the government's tendency and emphasis on a particular religion, religious minorities were exposed to neglect or sometimes restrictions and pressure; As the followers of Zoroastrianism in Sassanid Iran had the privilege of participating in power and benefiting from its benefits, but due to the change of religion of the majority of the people after Islam, their status was changed to a religious minority group. Dealing and facing with this Iranian minority by rulers and religious groups has been accompanied by ups and downs. During the Safavid era, they were sometimes treated peacefully and sometimes they were under pressure and were deprived of social rights. The harshness that was imposed on Zoroastrians at the end of the Safavid period caused them to sympathize with the Gholjai Afghans, who were considered as minority within the Iranian society, which it led to the fall of the Safavid government. In this research, the reasons for Zoroastrians joining the Gholjai rebels as one of the religious minorities of the Safavid era, and their role in the fall of Isfahan have been investigated. Abstract: The approach adopted by the leader s of AKP party of Turkey towards the Kurdish minority after 2002 parliamentary elections victory showed the sign of move towards national reconciliation in future years. Nevertheless in practice the party could not act to its commitments towards the Kurd minority. The present paper wants to know the reasons for the change of policy and fluctuations of AKP party toward the Kurds minority between 2002 till 2015. The paper make use of qualitative causal method to answer the question as to what have been the causes of widening gap  between Turks-Kurds after the decade of reconciliation policy and withdrawal of support of the Kurds to AKP party in 2015 elections? The underlying hypothesis is that the inability of Turkish government led by AKP in pursuing and fulfilling the demands of Kurdish minority and failure of the Kurds to reach their main demands on the one hand and the tendency of the Kurds to extra-territorial solidarity with Syrian Kurds and Iraqi Kurds after the fast happening developments in the Middle East on the other hand led to sharpening the cleavage between the Turks and the Kurds in recent elections. The finding of the study shows that a part of the policies of the AKP remained on rhetoric and in practice could not fulfill the party’s objectives. Consequently the failure of the AKP party to pursue and fulfill the demands of the Kurds led to the activation of gap between Turks and Kurds in recent elections. Manuscript profile

After China started the policy of implementing reforms in its economic structure from 1990, the economy expanded enormously and took great leap forward and the consumption of energy in different sector of the economy increased. With the increase in the need of China for energy, the question of the security of access to energy became one of the important issues of the foreign policy of this country and also in relations of China with countries in its periphery. But the expansion of China’s presence in the region is not only due to China’s dependence to the import of energy and making safe the routes of access to it. This policy of China should be regarded in a wider framework and taking into consideration its economic and political objectives. In fact the increase in the ties of China with the developing countries and the expansion of its presence in region should be interpreted in the direction of increasing its influence and position at the international level and should not be considered merely for the sake of access to energy sources. On the whole it seems that the question of supply of energy though plays an important role in shaping China’s regional and global behavior but it cannot make the foreign policy of this country dependent on this type of considerations. In present paper an attempt has been made to show that though energy is an important factor in relations of China with the countries of Shanghai Cooperation Organization, nevertheless it seems that energy is having more an instrumental role for furtherance of geopolitical interest of that country. For understanding the nature of China’s energy policy one should study in a wider perspective the multiple preferences of security policies and competition of this country with other countries in Shanghai Cooperation Organization region.              It took about five centuries to identify the four cultural minorities (religious, ethnic, linguistic, and national) in international relations and law. Despite this lengthy process, due to the political approach of countries, the recognition of traditional minority rights (cultural, religious and linguistic rights) in Article 27 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (1966) was limited and negative. but with the development of the theory of multiculturalism in the 1980s and 1990s and the impact of its teachings on the 1992 Declaration of Minorities, the rights of minorities changed. This article aims to examine the impact of multiculturalism theory on the development of minority rights in international law, seeks to answer the question of what are the dimensions of the development of minority rights under the influence of multiculturalism theory? the writing hypothesis is that after the 1992 Declaration, the circle of minority rights expanded beyond cultural, religious and linguistic rights. this paper uses interrogative strategy and analytical-explanatory method and the theory of multiculturalism. the article identifies new minority rights by examining the 1992 Declaration using legal hermeneutic methods (natural interpretation, contextual and dynamic). these rights include: economic rights, the right to effective participation, the right of contact and the right to egalitarian integration. from the perspective of the Declaration, effective participation in all aspects of public life and the preservation of cultural commonalities is a legitimate manifestation of the right to self-determination in international law. In the conditions where cultural and ethnic diversity in countries is undeniable, multiculturalists believe that, based on their opinions, and by recognizing the differences and requirements in policy-making, compatibility and strengthening of national solidarity can be achieved. Critics, on the other hand, challenge the foundations of these opinions, and some emphasize the necessity of a native perspective. Considering these criticisms and in the conditions where Iran has a lot of ethnic and cultural diversity, the application of multicultural policies needs more attention. Based on this, our main problem is to investigate and analyze the effects of multiculturalism in Iran. The main question is "What effect does multiculturalism have on the different approaches of minority groups?" To investigate the issue, quantitative survey method and questionnaire tool were used in Ahvaz city. The findings of the research show that the multicultural approach does not lead to the strengthening of national identity and social solidarity, but at the same time, it does not reduce the sense of responsibility of the members of different groups towards the responsibilities of national citizenship. Considering that it does not lead to the strengthening of the members of the minority groups towards their own culture, it can be said that these policies are undesirable or at least ineffective in practice in Iran, and the application of this approach should be reconsidered and further investigated.  Manuscript profile
