        Today, information and communication technologies (ICTs) are not only a simple tool for working but alsodraw on many contexts for changes in organizations. For example, changes in communication ways provideimportant challenges how we use ICTs for facilitating communication in organization. Effectiveness thatICTs play in collaborative communication is resulted fostering improvements in human resourcedevelopment via coordination of communication abilities and capabilities. Together, these factors conductcommunication empowerment and productivity, increase organizational communication efficiency.In previous thirty years, the extant literature findings are differences about ICTs' effecting withinorganizations. In the other way, changes in the kinds of ICTs and different impact of everyone have reducedgeneralizable of previous findings. So, in this paper, we try to explain effectiveness of ICTs such as intranet,extranet, e-mail, teleconferences and etc on social structure variables (a succession of complexity andformalization) and physical structure variables (time-location independency of activities) that entailcommunication efficiency in base on communication empowerment inside the organization. These factorscomprise elements of our conceptual model that depicts this literature in area of organizationalcommunication.In order to fulfill the aim of the paper, the study was carried out among the performance employees inIslamic Republic Iranian Broadcasting (IRIB) which access ICTs and use it, till tested our conceptualframework. Data are analyzed with SPSS and empirical analysis showed how data on ICTs make it possiblethat communicational empowerment is effected by formalization, time-location independency and finallycomplexity in hierarchy.         The world in which we live is changing every day. Globalization of information and communication technology, fast transferring of experiences and achievements, dissemination of particular consumption culture and also, the examination of various aspects of this globalization such as software (content), media consumption, information society, and particularly consumption patterns reformation are very important. The emphasis of these communities on the potential of ICTs to accelerate the economic development and to improve people's lives is significant. This process causes to eliminate the time, space and to control the costs by making things electronic and data transfer fast. This rapid growth requires organizing and culturizing due to the growing needs and for better optimization offering solutions is essential. Resource mobilization, speed, accuracy, and comprehensive review are the necessities facing the experts and social scientists. So this paper describes the features of globalization with exploratory approach and examines a dimension of globalization by interviewing (Delphi) the social experts, which benefiting the social experts' views the strategies and approaches for better management of these technologies are to be determined.         This study aimed to assess the blind usage of ICT and special information media for meeting the information needs. Regarding the purpose, this research was applied and regarding the data collection, it was analytic which conducted in 2012. The statistical sample size determined based on the Krejcie & Morgan table was 384. The data was collected using a researcher made questionnaire with 0.85 reliability coefficient. For data analysis, descriptive statistics such as mean, standard deviation, percent and inferential statistics including the Friedman test and Binomial test were used. Results of the study of certain information media showed that item "listening" had the highest usage and items "Podcast" and "Vodcast" had no application. Most of the blind people's use of special information resource was "listening" and the lowest use of information resources of the blind people was "talking". More than half of the blind people used lower than the average size of Information Technology (electronic and internet resources). The most frequently used of the tool and technology for the blind people was "computer" and least used was "blog design and blogging". From the viewpoint of the blind people, the most resources required for training and guiding were the use of special software; guidance of librarians and talking books and the minimum of needed resource was "self-training".         The purpose of this study is to explain the concept of information literacy, evaluate, compare and determine the level of information literacy of male and female high school students in Ardabil in the academic year 1300-1499 and also emphasize the need for information literacy education among students in order to understand and Identify information needs, evaluate and make optimal use of information resources, produce knowledge and learn for life.This research is a survey-descriptive research method in which data were collected through a questionnaire. The statistical population of this study includes all high school students in Ardabil city in the tenth, eleventh and twelfth grades and in three fields of mathematics, physics, humanities and experimental sciences in the academic year 1300-1400, which is a total of 9363 people ( It consists of 4756 female students and 4607 male students. The sample size was 396 people using Cochran's formula. To be accurate and reliable, 400 people were included, including 203 girls and 197 boys; Were studied. Also in the statistical sample, 133 people were in humanities, 132 people were in experimental sciences and 135 people were in mathematics and physics.The results indicate a significant difference between the level of information literacy of male and female high school students in Ardabil, the higher level of knowledge literacy of students in mathematics and physics and the existence of a significant relationship between socio-economic status of students and status It was their information literacy.Keywords: Student, Information Literacy, Information Literacy Skills, Information Society, Manuscript profile

        The Information technologies have had significant impacts on society in a way that their most impacts are being on the culture sector. Barlow marks it as the most serious cultural evolution since the discovering of fire. In recent years, one of the most important information technologies is social networking which has grown incredibly in terms of attracting the users. In Iran, the social networking of Facenama could have attracted about 2 million users in 3 years and is located on top of the most popular sites in Iran. The aim of this research is to know that how many cultural types of the Facanama social networking’s user can be categorized. Since no studies have been performed on this issue and no specific theories exist about it, the grounded theory was used in this study which is based on no theories. The results showed that 5 main types of users exist in Facenama social networking, including: “lover and paying attention to romantic life”, “interested in religious life and doing religious recommendation”, “paying attention to the words of elders for a better life”, “happy, lively and joyful” and “single, isolated and heartbreak”.
