In fact, integrated water resource management is necessary for an optimum and efficient operating of these resources. In this research the performance of differential evolution algorithm is compared with the improved harmony search algorithm and nonlinear programming method in optimized operating of the Eleviyan single reservoir dam on Soofi-chay River which is one of the most important dams in the Urmia lake basin. Considering the vital importance of the ecological flow to prevent the death of Urmia Lake, an optimization model is developed to determine the minimum required ecological flow of the Soofi-chay River, besides to the water flow needs such as the municipal, industrial demands, and also minimizing the water shortage for agricultural targets. The reservoir parameters including reliability, vulnerability and sustainability indicators are used to evaluate the performance of the studied algorithms in an optimal utilization of the reservoir. The results showed that using the differential evolution algorithm gives a higher-performance compared to the other methods employed in this study in efficient operation of the Eleviyan dam system. MoreWireless sensor networks are a large number of sensor nodes with limited energy in a scattered geographically limited area. Due to limited resources in wireless sensor networks, increasing the lifetime of the networks by reducing energy consumption is always considered. More nodes to send data to the central station energy consumption. Sequential routing based on clustering, this responsibility falls on the head, and this increases the energy consumption of cluster heads. In recent years later all the energy of cluster heads, routing protocols and a lot of clustering is proposed. The purpose of this study, the combination of clustering and routing in order to extend the lifetime of this type of network. For clustering of genetic algorithm with fixed and harmony search algorithm is used for routing. Customize search algorithm for routing in harmony, three criteria neighborhood, reducing energy consumption and proper distribution of energy consumption is taken into account. Harmony algorithm is proposed to establish a proper balance between the criteria listed will generate more efficient routes. Finally change the routing cluster heads in each round will be balancing energy consumption between nodes per cluster. The results of the tests show the superiority of 2.14% proposed increase in messaging as well as 24.84% Lifetime network protocol is DEEC. Manuscript profile -

However, due to the uncertainty of the load powers and the limitation in equipment ratings, achieving this goal has become a challenge. High voltage substations play an important role in voltage control, because these substations can be a primary connection point between the high voltage transmission network and the distribution system. The nature of local voltage control, the variety of control tools and the interaction between them, have made this type of control difficult. In this paper, a centralized voltage/reactive power control method is presented based on phasors measured by PMUs installed in grid substations. In this method, the tap changing of transformers and step switching of capacitor banks have been determined by the central controller based on system voltages and network equations. In addition, the appropriate values of the operating point of the generators have been carried out based on economic dispatch in each period of optimization. The consistent and efficiency of the proposed method have been investigated through simulation in MATLAB software environment. Manuscript profile -

9 - Designing and explaining the pricing model in the four-level closed loop supply chain considering the uncertainty in the paper industry

On the other hand, in the packaging industry, considering paper as a primary and perishable material due to the nature of water absorption, severe rotting in front of sunlight, flammability and turning to ash and finally affecting the final quality of the product produced from this issue. It is not excluded, it has attracted more attention. The high level of speed of changes and ambiguity in decisions has made it impossible to predict the future conditions of supply chains. Therefore, the design and use of a mathematical model for the design of the closed-loop supply chain network, taking into account the optimal pricing of products, the return rate and demand, along with taking into account the wastage of materials in the system, is strongly needed. At first, the supply chain of the paper-cardboard industry was designed and modeled with mixed integer programming, then due to the high volume of calculations and data of the problem, we can't receive exact solution approaches, the innovative approach of searching for harmony was used for the solution. . The problem is a single-objective model that minimizes system costs by considering environmental considerations. The present research shows that the price increase has a positive effect on the product return rate and reducing the level of product corruption. Finally, to validate the model, the numerical solution of a closed loop network has been done in this industry. Manuscript profile -

In the propos MoreGiven the high costs of investment for transmission network development and the key role of transmission networks in restructured space, using FACTS devices is crucial. In this paper, the optimal Placement of FACTS in transmission networks is investigated. In the proposed method, the objective function is defined for loss reduction a. Average models available in references are used for modeling FACTS devices. The multi-objective harmony search algorithm is used for problem-solving. This algorithm has good speed in the convergence of non-linear problems. In the numerical studies section, the problem is solved in two different scenarios with the presence of different types of FACTS devices. Results of numerical studies indicate that FACTS devices can have a considerable impact on loss reduction. Manuscript profile -
