        "Maqamate Hariri" and "Maqamate Hamidi" are technical proses in Arabic and Persian literature. The present article studies the Samarkand Story in both works from structural, perspective, infrastructure, voices, time and place, description, dialogues, personification, characters and intertextual point of view as well as expressing the similarities and the differences. The Samarkand story in "Maqamate Hariri" is about an old man who advises people during the day but he ignores them all and does something different during the night. In "Maqamate Hariri's" an old man is described who talks about Samarkand's people miserliness pettishly but he changes his mind and praises Samarkand and its people just in time. The similarities show that Ghazi Hamideddin had enjoyed "Maqamate Hariri" in his literary work. Manuscript profile

        The present article attempts study ideological oppositions of hero (Abu Zaid Sarooji) in Maqamaat Al Hariri based on three – dimension model by Norman Fairclough (1989 - 1995) which is critical discourse analysis approach; the aim is expressing poverty and beggary discourse and proving that nonsense talks are not for amusing public; but is revealing governors’ insensibility to public’s welfare and cultural affairs and the method is librarian and data analysis. Consequently fifty Maqamahs which are the statistical population of the research study ideological oppositions of hero in a systematic structure based on 1) apparent description of hero, 2) his verbal tricks, 3) verbal content, 4) discourse act, 5) opposite functions; the results are: the verbal discourse of hero is magical with opposite content of advice and his verbal act tries to deceive and cheat others in order to achieve his goals; combination of those discourse characteristics show the hero opposite and twofold (half – good, half – bad). On the other hand, the translator (Goldi Golshahi) attempted to transfer and unwrap ideological oppositions of hero in the form of lingual – ideological structures through localization of identity elements, narrations, ideological naturalization and word to word translation.   Manuscript profile

        Maqameh is declared as one of the most important literary techniques in Arabic literature. The main cause  of this importance must  be searched in the goal that writer of Maqameh fallows it , and that is teaching methods of expression in addition to  profiting of literal equation and vocal contradictory and musical Rhythmic methods adorned by  kinds of different orders of creativity .in addition of mentioned items , we must not forget the role of narration and plot  in fulfillment of different instructional goals and explanation of social , cultural and Folklore questions. The most famous writers of Maqamat in Arabic literature are Badieozaman Hamedani (inventor of Maqameh technique) and Hariri . Later this method with all of fablic, instructional technical dimension’s influence in persion literature with expansion of Arabic maqamat circle and exit from Arabic frame work. Meanwhile we can find the best manifestation of this effect in Hamedani’s Maqamat.         Minimalism has its roots in classical fiction. The mechanics of the world have left people with little or no time to read long stories or novels. Therefore, in these stories, the authors try to create simple and lasting stories with tricks such as avoidance of introduction, extensive use of the dialogue element, use of short words and sentences, and use of interesting and readable topics. Since each Maqame is written in the form of a short story and is thematically oriented towards minimalist stories; The need for the present study was well felt. In this descriptive-analytical study, the minimalist components of Hariri's Maqamat have been studied.The results indicate that Hariri's Maqamat, with their limited characters (five characters per story) and avoidance with short and flashy introductions, high volume of conversations (8.44%) and other features of the minimal story, including the plot Simple and including the appropriate suspension of the worries of poverty, death, misery, humiliation, preaching, avoiding worldliness, etc., has the ability to apply the story Manuscript profile
