        1 - The effect of green attitude on creative green behavior and interest in the environment with the mediating role of green entrepreneurial orientation in the tourism industry of Mazandaran province

        Background and Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of green attitude on creative green behavior and interest in the environment by considering the mediating role of green entrepreneurial orientation in the tourism industry. Material and Methodology: This study is an applied goal in terms of implementation method in the form of a descriptive-survey research with a cross-sectional approach. The statistical population of the study is all employees of tourism companies in Mazandaran province, of which a sample of 384 people has been selected using the Cochran's formula. In this study, to collect information to test the hypotheses, a researcher-made questionnaire adapted from Lou (2021) study, including 6 dimensions and 32 questions, was used, which was compiled based on a five-point Likert scale. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed using the content validity method. To evaluate the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was more than 0.7, which indicates that the questionnaire has good reliability. Findings: The findings of the research hypotheses test showed that green attitude has a positive and significant effect on green entrepreneurial orientation and green creative behavior; Green entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on environmental interest and green creative behavior. In addition, it was found that green entrepreneurial orientation, the relationship between green attitude and green creative behavior; And environmental interest mediates the relationship between green entrepreneurial orientation and green creative behavior. Disscusion and Conclusion: The results obtained in this research indicate the importance and influence of the organization's green attitude and orientation in the employees' green creative behaviors.         The current research was designed and implemented with the aim of presenting a sustainable functional development model of Tehran Municipal Sports Organization based on green competencies with a mixed approach. The current research was mixed in terms of practical purpose, in terms of descriptive-survey data collection method and based on the research approach. The statistical population of the present research in the qualitative part included university professors familiar with green management, green competence, and organizational performance (they have conducted at least two studies in this field). Purposive sampling method was used to select the interviewees. This sampling continued until theoretical saturation was reached and finally 16 people were selected as a sample. Also, the statistical population in the quantitative part of the research included all the employees of the Tehran Municipal Sports Organization, whose number is 2610, and the statistical sample was considered to be 335 based on Morgan's table and available. The tools used in this research the interview was a questionnaire extracted from the interview and a standard questionnaire. Open, axial and selective coding was used to examine the data of the qualitative part, and the structural equation modeling method was used in the quantitative part. The results of the present study showed that the sustainable functional development of the Tehran Municipal Sports Organization based on green competencies is significant (T value greater than 1.96).         Nowadays, one of the ways to empower the performance of companies is to create improvement programs through the development of green consumerism among consumers. The research method is descriptive and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the research in two groups includes managers and experts of companies in Rasht industrial towns and consumers of green products in Rasht city. Sampling method is available in the society of company employees by simple random method and in the society of consumers by non-probability method, the method of data collection in this field research and its tool is questionnaire, in order to check the validity of the research tool by the content validity method and determine the reliability of the alpha coefficient. Cronbach's was used. Finally, the method of structural equation modeling with PLS software was used to analyze the data and test the research hypotheses. The results of the collected data analysis showed that the effect of green attitude, green knowledge and green concern on green purchasing behavior is significant. Also, the effect of green purchasing behavior on empowering companies' performance is significant. The findings showed that the environmental factors had an influencing role in the occurrence of green purchasing behavior of consumers and as a result of empowering the performance of companies, also the results of the test show that there are other influential variables that can be included in the model in future research.
