Currently, the world is continuously growing and developing due to the increase in population and diverse human needs, and its speed is increasing day by day. Therefore, humans always change and transform their surroundings and try to choose the best places for their lives. The purpose of the current research is to analyze and investigate the geomorphological limitations of the physical development of Mahabad city and its optimal location in the future development. For this reason, 1:100000 geological maps, layers of elevation, slope, direction of slope, geology, land use, flood, erosion, fault, satellite images and by processing and providing these parameters in ARC GIS software, editing and digitization have been done on them. Is. Finally, by using fuzzy and hierarchical logic models, land zoning has been done for the physical development of Mahabad city. The results showed that the formation of this city in its current position was not based on geomorphological studies, but due to the existence of fertile plains and plains, which are among the oldest human settlements. The most suitable direction for the physical development and expansion of Mahabad city is towards the north and towards Mahabad Jalga (ruined city). According to the zoning map, about 12.5% in fuzzy multiplication and about 29.1% in fuzzy addition are part of the appropriate area.   Manuscript profile

Determining the per capita green space depends largely on bioclimatic characteristics of the region and the city. According to the Department of Housing and Urban Development studies, per capita urban green spaces in cities between 7 to 12 square meters per person for leisure, play, and recreation. Today usually optimal balance between green space and open areas between urban networks and natural patterns are seen less land. This may cause certain global environmental problems such as formation of urban heat islands Green space plays a decisive role. The city of Hafsjand is one of the cities that does not have the proper distribution of green space, and some of its neighborhoods lack green space. In order to determine the optimal location for creating green space to the principles of centralization, hierarchy and follow access. After collecting the location data and maps and a database in GIS environment Large and Small fuzzy functions and Boolean functions of each standardized criterion. With appropriate weighting and overlapping the layers of phase, phase modulation was conducted and it was found appropriate places Finally grounds that they are very good degree of appropriateness have been selected to create green space. This places close to population centers, training, networking, and other parameters such as green space, with the proper distance. Manuscript profile

Due to the natural conditions of Iran, ignoring the issue of floods can cause irreparable damages, among which flood estimation and flood zones zoning are of great importance in controlling the hazards. Due to the location of the catchment area in northern Tehran and the slopes and steep slopes, the precipitation and vegetation characteristics are one of the major concerns in this area. Also, the construction of villas and restaurants on the banks of the rivers and the destruction of vegetation have reduced the amount of infiltration water and increased surface water. The large volume of water on the one hand increases the magnitude of the flood inundation and on the other hand, with increasing erosion, it creates sediments that, by leaving them, reduce the capacity of the main riverbed. The main cause of these floods is heavy rainfall, sometimes accompanied by snow melting, causing flooding of the river and water flowing into the marginal lands of the river. In this study, we tried to study and zoning flood catchment areas in north of Tehran province using fuzzy decision making model. After analyzing the required fuzzy criteria each of them has been performed for zoning using gamma, or and and fuzzy information layers and for identifying catchment areas of gamma catchment catchment (0.8). Well highlighted flood-prone areas. The and operator extracts the maximum membership degree and does not have high accuracy in locating. Orger is also a collection sharing operator. As such, it extracts the minimum membership degree, thus making it very desirable for the present investigation of the gamma operator in relation to catchment hazard zoning. Manuscript profile

Locally Linear Model Tree (LOLIMOT) algorithm proposed by Nelles deals with local linear nearo-fuzzy models that is based on divides-and-conquer strategy that a complex modeling problem is divided to a number of smaller and thus simpler sub problems. So the characteristic of such a neuro-fuzzy model depends on division strategy for the original complex problem. For finding the best output the algorithm divides the problem to a number of local linear models (LLMs) , then continues with finding the worst LLM and dividing it. LOLIMOT splits the local linear models into two equal halves with an axis-orthogonal decomposition strategy. In this paper a new approach based on extremeal optimization (EO) is used to optimize the structure of LOLIMOT. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the enhanced LOLIMOT to have a higher precision with optimal number of neurons. Manuscript profile

Venous Thromboembolism (VTE) is a complication of surgery that may result in sudden death. Unfortunately there is not a reliable model for it up to now where with accurate modeling can be prevented serious these complications. In this paper (VTE) has been model in fuzzy method. At first we have used expert knowledge for modeling. Therefore for beginning risk factors of (VTE) have been identified and then we have helped from papers and scientific references and consultation with surgeons to extract importance of these factors in risk of VTE. Then we have obtained a questionnaire for fuzzy modeling. In this questionnaire all factors are divided into five groups. Each group is designed as a separate fuzzy system. The final output is calculated by community of all groups. Finally we validate this system by data of patients that have been surgery in Shariati hospital in Tehran and you can see that it works appropriately. Manuscript profile

Forecasts for the next 40 years predict an increase in the elderly population more than other age groups. Thus, the number of people aged 60 and over as a proportion of the world's population is projected to more than double, from 880 million in 2012 to 2 billion by 2050. The largest increase is projected in the 80-year-old class and above. The number of centenarians is growing even faster and is projected to increase tenfold, from approximately 343,000 in 2012 to 3.2 million by 2050. One of the groups that need further study in urban areas is the elderly group. In fact, moving towards urban adaptation for the elderly is a kind of movement towards urban sustainability. Accordingly, in this study, suitable spaces for the presence of the elderly with the approach of geriatric psychology using the AHP-Fuzzy model in the 8th district of Shiraz have been identified. Research method in this research in terms of results and consequences of research of a fundamental-strategic type and in terms of implementation process; Quantitatively and logically, reasoning is of the type of deductive research, and also in terms of time is part of cross-sectional research and in terms of purpose is analytical research. The statistical population includes the elderly of District 8, which is equal to 2477 people, and the sample size according to Cochran's formula is 285 people. The data used were collected using a questionnaire and connected to the fishnet network, and the AHP model was used for weighting, which had the highest weight in terms of physical environment and personal and social characteristics. After applying the obtained weight on the fuzzy maps, the layers were superimposed using the five fuzzy functions, which was selected as the final map according to the evaluation of the gamma function model to identify suitable places for the presence of the elderly. today, one of the most important and complex issues for urban programmers and decision making is locating suitable places for future development of cities and determining suitable lands, which this objective will obtain with a comprehensive view on all the effective factors on the physical urban development. To do this, the present research which is a developmental-applicable type, with the purpose of determining suitable locations for future development of Bonab city, has studied this issue by descriptive- analytical method. About eight factors were identified in order to study and evaluate land suitability for urban development. To determine the importance of target indicators to assess land suitability, first the relative importance of each criterion was determined through analytical hierarchy model using Expert Choice software. Then, each of them was fuzzy using GIS and IDRIS software and was placed in the numerical range of zero to one. In the next step, all fuzzed layers were multiplied in each weights resulted from analytical hierarchy model with integrating AHP model and Fuzzy model and thereby the weighted fuzzy layer was prepared. Then operators of multiplying, adding and fuzzy gamma of 0.7, 0.8 and 0.9 were carried out and layer overlapping is done. The results indicate that the fuzzy gamma of 0.9 has the best overlapping. Determined by divided Gamma 9/0, that 66.24% of study region (511.412 km2) is located in the class of totally inappropriate and 9.56% of that (73.8124 km2) is located in the class of totally appropriate Manuscript profile

The aim of this study was to identify the dimensions and factors affecting the promotion of organizational culture (Cultural and Artistic Organization of Tehran Municipality. The method used in this study was descriptive-analytical and quantitative in terms of analysis tools. The statistical population and sample size include two sections of the staff of Tehran Municipality Cultural and Art Organization (population 4000 and sample size equal to 350 people) and management experts (sample of 15 cases). Three models of factor analysis, fuzzy AHP and fuzzy dimtel have been used to investigate different aspects of the importance of organizational culture indicators. Factor analysis shows that 8 combination factors are involved in shaping the organizational culture (combination of 56 items). Then, using the fuzzy HP method, 5 items were entered into the fuzzy demitel matrix as indicators with the highest rank. The results showed the main effect of risk index on other indicators (creativity and innovation, risk, the effect of decision results on employees, team attention and ambition and daring). As a result, based on identifying the variables studied in the present study and considering the important role of risk index in promoting other components of organizational culture, it is proposed to draw an index-based climate in the organization based on cultural factors.
