An intelligent network agility model and technology, knowledge-based, new, service-oriented, highly economical, low-cost allowing for virtual capabilities and resources. In this research, it has been attempted to determine the effective components of cloud supply agility. Identify and evaluate the effectiveness of each enabler on the results. In this study, the relationship between supply chain agility (with regard to enablers and capabilities) and cloud generation has been investigated in order to quantify the potential impact of ICT strategies on supply chain agility. The method of implementation was descriptive modeling and we tried to finalize the conceptual model using field study through interview and questionnaire (in- and out-of-company experts) with experts and experts in order to provide unit output for agility as well as rate. ارجحیت و اوزان 22 شاخص با استفاده از اعداد فازی ذوزنقه‌ای با روش تحلیل سلسله مراتب فازی تعیین و پس از انجام محاسبات میانگین هندسی و نرمالایز کردن آنها، ضرایب شاخص‌های موصوف بدست آمده است. با استفاده از داده‌های واقعی سال 1395، شاخص‌های 31 بانک و موسسه اعتباری در سه بعد مالی، نظارتی و سرمایه‌ای محاسبه و مقدار ریسک جامع بانک‌ها تعیین شده است. پس از تعیین ریسک جامع هر بانک از تاثیر ریسک جامع بر مبلغ تضمین، ارزش در معرض خطر5 هر بانک محاسبه شده است. در نهایت از طریق تعیین سهم از کل ارزش در معرض خطر، مبلغ حق عضویت خاص محاسبه شده است.

Architects and Architects and urban designers have considered parametric architecture due to its capabilities and ability to meet human needs. Parametric architecture relies on new methods, procedures, and tools in the design and form generation arena. The mentioned features can affect the type of communication and interaction with cultural context. Due to the fact that the architectural work must be formed in accordance with its cultural background in order to respond to human needs and also considering the capabilities of parametric architecture, it is important to propose policies in the field of parametric architecture based on cultural contextualism. This research has been carried out with the aim of policymaking of parametric architecture with the approach of cultural contextualism. This is a Basic-Developmental study that identified the considered criteria and components in the first stage through library research and relevant literature review. The Fuzzy Delphi technique was used for screening criteria in the second stage in which, the expert agreement was taken into account as the benchmark for evaluating the importance of criterias. The main purpose of criteria screening is to find valid criteria and eliminate redundant criteria from the viewpoint of experts. The results derived from the Fuzzy Delphi technique indicated that all scores confirmed the importance of criteria from the viewpoint of experts regarding the final grade point average and given threshold. Accordingly, there was an agreement on criteria evaluation, so they could not be eliminated. Since the final grade point average of all variables was confirmed, it was not required to continue the Fuzzy Delphi computations in the next rounds. Hence, the decision was made on selecting criteria in the first round. Moreover, experts agreed on the importance of criteria introducing form changes and vernacular patterns regeneration as the most important criterion rather than others. The experts introduced the mentioned criteria as the most important component by defining new rules for generating diverse patterns. Results indicated that the display of cultural themes in the frame of pattern-making through adaptation from patterns derived from vernacular patterns by defining new rules and principles has an important role in the policymaking of parametric architecture with the approach of cultural contextualism. Therefore, this point must be considered in the design. This case requires interaction between designers and experts in culture and architecture. Moreover, it is highly substantial to have access to relevant software and application in this field.

Nowadays most organizations seek for excellence indicators to implement and gain promotion of quality level of services and products and ultimately, value creation for stakeholders. Hence, excellence indicators are considered as an operational framework in the context of improvement of organizations performance. The objective of this study is specifying the excellence indicators of strategic knowledge management. Thus having used the literature review, fuzzy Delphi approach has been applied to refine and select desired indicators of strategic knowledge management. The used methodology is consisted of four stages and has been refined by Cheng and Lin approach. The population of the study includes 30 industrial and academic experts. In order to analyze the indicators, the initial 52 indicators derived from literature review and five models of excellence model has been selected and by means of fuzzy Delphi method the experts’ ideas and open question in questionnaires has been refined. The result was 80 verified indicators. As a result, by using the indexes extracted, there will be an Excellence route for the organizations and can be achieved as soon as possible in the organization's achievements.
