Purpose: The main purpose of this study was to design a strategic branding model for research services in the oil, gas and petrochemical industries in Iran. Methodology: According to the research process, this study is fundamental in terms of orientation, qualitative in terms of research, field and library in terms of research purpose, and more in terms of exploration and understanding of concepts. The grounded theory method aims to extract concepts and patterns from the background data that was done using documents, interviews and observations. It was a snowball sampling method with up to 15 experts. Theoretical saturation was interviewed. To collect data, two sections of documentary studies and semi-structured interviews were used. The data collection process was done by visual and audio interviews and then the text of the interviews was transcribed on paper and analyzed. In this research, to assess the validity of the interview, the opinions of the supervisor, marketing experts and the opinions of two professors in the field of management and marketing have been used. Findings: The results of the analysis of the interviews showed that the major categories of marketing information system were physical environment, product / service deliverables, marketing intelligence, organizational technology, personnel and manpower. , Gas and petrochemical, based on the systematic approach of Strauss and Corbin (1998) the sum of the categories extracted from raw data, in the form of causal conditions (structural stability of the company and marketing intelligence), strategy (marketing information system), context (Physical environment), intervening conditions (manager quality, quality of colleagues, organizational factors) and consequences (branding of research services of oil, gas and petrochemical industries) were categorized. Background and purpose: Ammonia-Nitrogen is considered one of the environmental pollutants, these pollutants have high concentrations in petrochemical effluent specially, Ammonia and Urea plants. In this study, biological methods using native bacteria consertium isolated from petrochemical industry has been used for nitrate and ammonia removal. Methods: This study has been carreid out in batch mode and the effects of initial concentrations; pH and retention time has been investigated. The initial concentrations of 3×108 CFU/ml of nitrifier and denitrifier bacteria has been used. An initial ammonia and nitrate concentrations of 50-200 mg/l         as well as the retention time 3-168 hours and  also pH 5,6,7,8 and 9 were studied. Finding: The results showed that the native bacteria isoated from petrochemical industry with a population of 3×108 CFU/ml in pH 8 were able to remove ammonia and nitrate with a initial concentrations of 200 mg/l with 99.5% efficiency in a retention time 4 days for nitrifier, and 6 days for denitrifier bacteria. Discussion and conclusion: The isolated native bacteria had a powerful effect in the nitrification and denitrification processes, so effluent ammonia can be removed with high efficiency by isolated native bacteria, and needs for environmental standards can be applied for effluent discharge.  Manuscript profile

Petrochemical industries pollutants especially heavy metals affect human health and environment. In this study, impacts of poly ethylene terephthalate petrochemical industries in Mahshahr economic special zone are evaluated with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) by weighting and synthesizing of health human and environmental damage criteria. In this region, main petrochemical industries are constructed close to fiords. Hence pollutants due to these industries have detrimental effects on fiords as most important ecosystem with high biodiversity. Health human damage evaluation is achieved by expressing the impacts of each pollutant on employee and local population health. Environmental damage assessment requires on intuitive expression pollutants density and environmental sensitivity. Finally nine main pollutants are evaluated according to the kind of studied petrochemical industry, TSS, Oil & Grease, COD, Heavy metals, SOX, NOX, CO2, H2S and PM. these pollutants are then compared to derive a environmental scores. Results indicate that water pollution is most important issue and TSS and Oil & Grease with 0.235, 0.326 scores from waste water discharged as highest priority should be controlled in studied area. Air pollution due to gaseous emission is second priority.    Manuscript profile

The current research is a descriptive-analytical type of research and is practical in terms of its purpose. The statistical population of the research included 12 specialists and experts in the petrochemical industry, who were selected based on the homogeneous sampling method as one of the qualitative sampling methods. . In this study, 22 indicators were confirmed through the method of identification theme analysis and the fuzzy Delphi method, and the indicators were finally examined using the method of structural-interpretive equations and scenario analysis. The results of the research identified 6 important levels in identifying effective factors in attracting and hiring generation Z employees. In the first level, 5 indicators (merit selection index, organizational selection system improvement index, organizational attractiveness index, highlighting goals and values index, index of creating an environment of accountability and acceptance of transformational managers) were determined and finally variables of needs assessment and public information, attractive Making a job for generation z, measuring the capacity and efficiency of a person when hiring, measuring people's computer skills,, applying for a job online and building a personal brand were identified as the most fundamental elements of the model. And 21 sub-indicators were identified, which are the scenarios of measuring the capacity and efficiency of a person when hiring, applying for a job online and building a personal brand, giving benefits according to the scientific and skill capabilities of the job, planning the design of attractive jobs based on the science and capabilities of the next generation. Organizational culture in the oil industry and especially in the petrochemical industry often becomes an issue among employees in the face of culture in achieving job satisfaction. The important issue is that the way such a situation is managed can turn it into an opportunity or a threat in the "organizational culture"of the petrochemical industry. Therefore, based on the conducted investigations, it was determined that the qualitative improvement of organizational culture in the oil and petrochemical industries has a paradigm model. The current research is based on a qualitative approach. The SIP model has been used in the qualitative approach, and the data collection tool was a semi-structured interview that was conducted with 17 experts and specialists using the snowball sampling method. The analysis of data was conducted in three stages and the qualitative model of the research was extracted from the mental patterns and opinions of people. The results showed that the oil industry needs a continuous and more conscious approach to create an organizational culture in order to organize its short-term, medium-term and long-term plans and prepare itself to face the market full of evolution and competition, and the probability of success and the coefficient of sustainability in increase the marke.
