    The purpose of this paper was to develop a model of effective inter-organizational factors for attracting sponsors in championship sport in North Khorasan province. The statistical population consisted of all sports heads, sponsors managers, athletes and coaches, managers of sports organizations with 150 individuals who were selected as sample and completed a five-point Liker questionnaire using qualitative analysis results. Its face and content validity by experts and the reliability of the qualitative data by Delphi method and the reliability of quantitative data in a baseline study among 30 sport managers and sponsors using Cronbach's alpha. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used for data analysis using SPSS 23 and SPSS 3 software. Results were analyzed in two parts: structural model and model utility. The findings of the study showed that the experimental data collected in this study support the existing theoretical model and the relevant factors were able to predict a good percentage of the main variable behavior. Investigation of factor path coefficient showed that management factor with beta coefficient of 0.358 and information system factor with beta coefficient of 0.126 had the highest and least importance respectively in predicting main variable behavior or attracting sponsors in championship sport.   The present study aims to provide a model of the role of sport on sustainable development in Iran. The research method was grounded pluralism theory in data. According to the research, initially using library studies, the elements of participation were identified. After in-depth interviews with 17 operational and scientific experts, the theme analysis method was used to extract the elements and group them. The output of this step was to identify 92 indicators in the form of 5 main dimensions and 12 sub-dimensions. Convergent and divergent validity was used to determine the validity, which all results were satisfactory. The results showed that for the sustainable development of Iran with regard to through sports, preparation and formulation of a strategic plan for public and championship sports, officials' attention to the capacity of the private sector in sports activities and expansion of sports venues in urban space and balanced distribution of facilities and Recreational and sports equipment is essential for all citizens to have access to this space. But to solve the problems, pay attention to organizational strategies, including the development of a strategic plan for public participation in the sports organization and the use of control and evaluation tools to ensure the effectiveness of teamwork and participation in sports along with creating a work environment with trust and honesty among participants.   The main purpose of this study is to identify barriers to succession in national championship sports (Case study: Wushu).The statistical population of the study includes the staff managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, adult athletes of the national wushu team (men and women), coaches and heads of delegations and senior managers of the Wushu Federation, who are in total (60 people). Sampling method is simple random sampling from the statistical population and the sample size is determined by Morgan and Krejcie sampling table method is equal to 52 people. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to measure the research variables. Content validity ratio (CVR) index was used to determine the validity of the questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaire was measured by statistical techniques (Cronbach's alpha) with the help of SPSS software, which is 0.92. The collected data were also analyzed using Friedman and one-sample t-tests. The results of data analysis showed that: All four dimensions of management, behavior, organization and structure were effective in the succession system.   The overall purpose of this study was to design a comprehensive plan and determine the strategic position of the country's championship sport.The present study was conducted in terms of mixed research method (qualitative-quantitative). The statistical population of the research in the qualitative section includes 16 people, including the chairmen of the committees of selected federations, managers of selected federations (Olympic medal chances), managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The directors of the National Olympic Committee, the coaches of the national teams, the athletes who won medals in the Olympics, the elites and the experts of sports management were selected in a purposeful manner. . To collect data, documents, documents, interviews and study of background literature were used with tools such as: questionnaires and PEST SCAN and SWOT analysis and meetings and holding several strategic steps. The results showed that the comprehensive championship sports program of the Islamic Republic of Iran has 10 strengths, 14 weaknesses, 10 opportunities and 12 threats and a total of 21 strategies. The mission statement, vision statement, core values ​​and goals were also identified. The most important result is that, considering that the strategic position of the championship sport of the Islamic Republic of Iran is located in the WT region, it is suggested that the Ministry of Sports and Youth use defensive strategies.   The aim of this study was to design a qualitative model for the development of championship-breeding tourism in the Wrestling Federation of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The statistical sample in the qualitative section included all university experts and experts in the field of sports tourism and elite wrestling coaches, which was equal to 15 people. The research instrument consisted of researcher-made coding sheets whose validity was confirmed by Delphi group members and its reliability was calculated by P-Scott criterion of 0.95. Findings showed that the factors related to the development model of sports tourism related to the championship in the country's wrestling federation were identified in the form of 28 categories and 136 concept codes. And pivotal: continuous sports businesses (3 categories), strategies (3 categories), contextual conditions (9 categories), intervening or mediating conditions (4 categories) and consequences (4 categories). In general, it can be concluded that using the findings of the study, it is possible to formulate comprehensive and diverse programs of sports tourism services in "macro", "medium" and "operational" strategies to develop sports tourism related to the championship in the Wrestling Federation.   The study of cultural and social changes and developments in different societies is of fundamental importance because as a result of the study of these changes, the direction and trend of changes and the type of new cultural and social relations of societies are determined. The purpose of this study is the evolution of social justice in the allocation of resources to national championship sports. The research method is descriptive-analytical-comparative survey. A total of 252 people, including the presidents, experts and executives of the country's sports federations, answered the standard questionnaire (Mahoni and Petrosco, 2007). Analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) was used to test the hypotheses and Friedman test to prioritize the principles of resource distribution in national championship sports. Confirmatory factor analysis using LISREL software was used to present the model.   The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the development of NAJA championship sports based on grounded theory approach. The statistical population included professors and faculty members of sports management, managers and experts of NAJA championship sports. A total of 10 members of the qualitative community purposefully selected as statistical samples. The research measurement tool was a semi-structured interview. The reliability of the interviews was 0.83 by the method of intra-subject agreement. For data analysis, a continuous comparison method was used during the three stages of open, axial and selective coding. The results showed that 205 codes were obtained in the open coding stage and 6 axes in the axial coding, and finally 6 political, social, economic, sports participation, environment, and technology development factors were determined in the development of Naja championship sports.   This study aimed to develop a model of Iranian basketball success paths. A combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods was used, involving the level managers of the basketball federation and the country's sports management specialists in the qualitative section. In the qualitative section, a semi-structured interview was conducted with 15 members of the qualitative community to achieve theoretical saturation. In the quantitative part, considering that between 5 to 10 samples were required for each question, 322 people were considered as the sample size by stratified random sampling method. The research measurement tool in the qualitative part included a semi-structured interview and in the quantitative part a questionnaire consisted of 59 questions taken from the interview. Exploratory factor analysis was used to psychometric the research structures. In order to ensure the validity of the structure and to confirm the factors identified in the previous step (exploratory factor analysis), the factors were used using the confirmatory factor analysis test by partial square method. It is concluded that 7 factors of management, environment, social and cultural, education, economic and political, talent identification and athlete affect the success of Iranian basketball.  Manuscript profile
