Abstract :
Purpose: The purpose of the research was to provide a development model for women's championship sports. The approach of this research is based on qualitative methodology and data collection was done through deep semi-structured interviews and their analysis was done based on thematic analysis. Research method: The current research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of method, which was conducted qualitatively. The research data was obtained from the review of 23 related articles, two theses, and semi-structured in-depth interviews with 18 experts of women's championship sports, and the concepts were categorized in the form of basic themes, organizing themes, and overarching themes. Sampling was done based on a specialized and targeted panel and the principle of theoretical saturation. Findings: The result of data analysis and extraction was 80 basic themes, 16 organizing themes and 5 inclusive themes. Based on the findings, the overarching themes include managerial efficiency, society, financial and infrastructure, technical and specialized, and motivational and psychological skills. Conclusion: If managers focus on the technical and specialized development of human resources in women's championship sports and activities within the framework of the strategic plan and pay attention to motivating factors as an opportunity, with justice-oriented development and gender equality in the distribution of sports facilities and credits, the path of development Sports will pave the way for women's championships.
