Urban form and spatial structure are important aspects for city surveying and its analysis. Literature review on the concepts of spatial structure, urban form, pattern of the city and etc. indicates variety and diversity of opinion in these areas. Some of the reasons for differences in the definition of these concepts as follows: the difference in scales and areas of research, different ways of words translating, different semantic content for similar indicators, view of planner or designer and etc. So the author is looking for detailed analysis and explanation of the concepts of urban form and urban spatial structure. we can find out that the urban spatial structure and urban form in some parts and some variables such as natural landscape, transport infrastructure, communication networks, spatial pattern of land use, morphology of housing, density and etc. have overlaps, but not completely overlapping or following. In other words, if we classify the definitions of these two concepts into three levels: the macro level (metropolitan areas), middle level (cities and regions) and micro levels (neighborhoods and neighborhoods units), at the middle level, the implications of these two concepts have overlaps, so in this scale, the two concepts cab be equated. However at the macro level, the components of urban spatial structure and at the micro level, the elements of urban form can be clearer to explain the issue. Although some researchers use urban spatial structure for micro scale or urban form for macro scale, but in this article, by analysis of comments of majority of experts, it has been argued that the concepts of urban form and urban spatial structure at the middle scale equally, the components of urban form at the micro scale and the elements and variables of urban spatial structure at the macro scale can repaint the nature of urban development issues with a more accurate method. On the other hand, urban form and spatial structure of the city are known as one of the most important sources of environmental, economic and social instability. There are many ways to achieve a sustainable future for urban and regional scales. In this research with an analytical view, the author want to identify how urban form and spatial structure affect Tehran sustainability. In this research, after collecting information and analyzing the spatial layers, using the K-Means Clustering Model and the softwares of GIS and Python, we classified the 22 districts of Tehran into six clusters based on the urban-form and urban spatial structure indicators in the middle scale. The similarities between the form and spatial structure indicators in each of these categories make such categorization and typology meaningful. Also we classified these districts into six clusters besed on the urban sustainability indexes by using K-Means Clustering Model The overlap of clustering in Tehran's districts based on the form and spatial structure indicators and on the basis of sustainability indicators, shows urban form and urban spatial structure factors affect sustainability directly. Determining the extent of this relationship will be important in future research. Manuscript profile

Sustainability is one of the issues that have been emphasized in recent years in various societies, especially in urban communities; in the path of sustainability, social capital plays a very important role. In sucha way that sustainable development has defined its role in the social environment, including social capital, byconsidering concepts such as social justice, comprehensive development and social welfare. Therefore, thepurpose of this paper is to investigate the relationship between social capital and sustainable urbandevelopment, which used the theories of Giddens, Patenam, Fukuyama, Coleman and Driskel. The surveyresearch method and data collection tool, the questionnaire is reliable and valid. The statistical population iscitizens over 18 years of age in Tehran; the sample size is 393 people, which was obtained using Cochran'sformula and multi-stage cluster method. The findings showed that the status of the social capital index and all itsvariables (social trust, social participation, social awareness, social cohesion, sense of social belonging andsocial relations network) and the index of sustainable urban development and its dimensions (environmentalsustainability, social sustainability, Economic stability, physical stability, and institutional sustainability werebelow average and below average. Explanatory findings showed that social capital and all its dimensions had adirect and significant relationship and impact on sustainable urban development. The results of regressionanalysis indicate that social capital and its components together explain 0.601 variance of sustainable urbandevelopment. The highest direct effects on beta coefficient were 0.423 social confidence and 0.365 socialparticipation on sustainable urban development, respectively. In order to test the general and partial theory ofthe theoretical model, structural equation modeling was used. The high fitness indices indicate that the data arevery well supported by the theoretical foundations.  Manuscript profile

The present study aimed to investigate the effects of deprivation alleviation programs on promoting social and economic sustainability in Qaleh-Ganj as a pilot for the country's resilient economy. The research method in this study was conducted through library studies and field investigations. The statistical population of this study was all individuals in Qaleh-Ganj, which is approximately 80,000 people, and simple random sampling was used to determine the number of selected individuals. The necessary information for obtaining results was gathered through a researcher-made questionnaire. Cronbach's alpha was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire, and content and exploratory validity were also investigated. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS statistical software through correlation and regression tests. It should be noted that the morphology of the city under study and the structural analysis of Qaleh-Ganj were examined to analyze the data. The findings showed that the assumptions related to the tests are appropriate. Deprivation alleviation was estimated to have a correlation with economic dimensions (savings, credits, income, employment, and insurance) of 0.73, 0.71, 0.61, and 0.39, respectively. Social dimensions, including networks, social participation, and social cohesion, were estimated to have correlations of 0.67, 0.79, and 0.61, respectively, with deprivation alleviation. The capacity and potential of the city had a coefficient of 0.67, indicating that they significantly influenced the success of deprivation alleviation programs. Therefore, deprivation alleviation in Qaleh-Ganj is a function of the potential and existing capacities at the city level and its sphere of influence, and investment must be made to reduce poverty and deprivation by focusing on these potentials. This paper aims to investigate the relationship between social capital and sustainable urban development in the urban population of Mazandaran province over the last 20 years. In order to investigate the relationship between these two variables, theories proposed by Putnam, Fukuyama, Misra, Einstein and Driscott were used. Data were collected using a survey method and a questionnaire tool from a statistical sample of 400 subjects. The descriptive findings of the current research showed that the status of the social capital index and all its components (i.e. social awareness, social trust, generalized norms, social participation and social cohesion) and the sustainable urban development index and all its dimensions (i.e. economic sustainability, social sustainability, environmental sustainability, physical sustainability and institutional sustainability) were located at the lower level than the moderate level. The explanatory findings of the research showed that social capital and all its components had a strong direct and significant relationship with sustainable urban development. In Pearson correlation coefficient, the relationship between social capital and all its components with sustainable urban development was significant. In multivariate regression analysis, the effects of all social capital components (other than generalized norms) were significant.  Based on the Beta coefficient, variables social trust and social participation, respectively had the most impact on sustainable urban development. Also, َaccording to the results of structural equation modeling, on the basis of various indices, the theoretical model of the research had a good fit. Manuscript profile

AbstractThe sustainability of rural settlements depends on its economic sustainability. Today, sustainable economic development is considered as the main economic objective in the planning of developing countries. The prerequisite for planning for economic stabilization of villages is to be aware of their position and ability in this dimension. Accordingly, the present study is to analyze and measure the spatial levels of Economic Sustainability rural settlements located in Qom province. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of the method of research. The statistical population of the study includes inhabited villages of Qom province. For weighing the indicators of the research the F'ANP model has been utilized; by using the multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) method WASPAS indicators were integrated and the final indicator of development was determined. Determining the spatial pattern of sustainable economic development was conducted by cluster analysis method using ARC GIS software; linear regression was utilized to measure the effective factors in the final indicator of development. Besides, EXCEL, SPSS and MATLAB software were used as analysis tools. The results of this study showed rural settlements of Qom province are not in desirable position in terms of economic sustainability. In terms of sustainability, the studied Rural also differed significantly, indicating spatial inequality in terms of economic sustainability levels. Also, the impact of the factors studied was not as high as that. So that some factors have a greater impact on the economic sustainability of the studied rural. Manuscript profile

economic sustainability aims to create a fair and balanced growth of human societies, Guaranteeing the enjoyment of individual human beings over time without compromising on biological, natural and cultural resources. The purpose of this study was to measure the sustainability of rural economic indicators in Rudbar county. This research is an applied and descriptive-analytic research method, the statistical society is comprised of all households living in rural areas of Rudbar county, which according to the census of 2011 has 37,910 populations and 11929 rural households. Since the number of households in the villages of Rudbar did not have the necessary coherence and consistency, the stratified random sampling method was used, which was classified into 4 categories and Finally, the sample size was determined using the Cochran formula of 327 household heads. To analyze the indicators used by the MORRIS model to evaluate the economic sustainability of sample villages, we use the VIKOR model as well as SPSS and Excel software. The results of the research show that none of the 30 indicators used was stable, 6 indicators have a relatively stable status and 24 other indicators are in an unstable state. It also shows the results of economic sustainability measures among 20 sample villages Chichal village with coefficient of 0.18 at the highest level of sustainability and Joben village with coefficient of 0.88 was the most unsustainable village according to economic indicators.
