Developing a conceptual model to analyze effective costs in logistics process is one of the aims of the present article. By Reliance of literature review in the field of logistics and by using the results derived from the carried out case studies in small and medium-sized food and automotive enterprises, the effects of targeted subsidies plan on Logistics costs and solutions to costs reduction are studied. In this paper, combined qualitative and quantitative methods are used, qualitative methods such as interviews and quantitative methods such as Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and statistical analysis. The result shows that at the macro level logistics costs are divided into seven categories: Transportation costs, Inventory carrying costs, Warehouse costs, Order Processing and Information Systems costs, Handling costs, Lot quantity costs and Customer service costs. Based on the type of industry, some costs are more important than other costs. Applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process on logistic costs shows that transportation and distribution costs besides capital costs are the largest in the logistics costs. Comparison of logistics costs before and after the implementation of the targeted subsidies plan shows that costs at Pegah Company has increased by 1.48% and at Zar-Fanar Company 2.42% in sales revenue. Increasing energy prices and high storage due to varying business conditions are the causes. Developing logistics cost management system besides controlling and optimizing the time and economical orders could act as appropriate solutions for the two companies to reduce their own logistics costs. The relationship between solutions and cost reduction are reviewed by using a nonparametric test (Binomial) and approved solutions are prioritized by using the Friedman test.   Manuscript profile

This study tries to examine the impact of liberalization on the price of energy carriers including gasoline, kerosene, gasoline, fuel oil, LPG, electricity and natural gas on agricultural sector in Iran by using Social Accounting Matrix. Despite of 13-20 percent of agriculture contribution to GDP and employment, only 3.8 percent of total energy consumption is allocated to it during 2001-2009. The results of Social Accounting Matrix represent 57 and 41 percent growth in producer price index of agricultural products according to two scenarios (the average growth percentage of 2100 and 1570 in energy prices). Gasoline, by 40 percent of total direct and indirect effects, has the highest share in the increase of price index of agricultural production. To compensate the energy price liberalization on the agricultural sector, prolonging the rise of energy prices in the agricultural sector, preferential prices for electricity use in agriculture and energy efficiency in agriculture can be proposed. By implementing the historical transformation of the subsidy reform plan in 2010, the economic operation of the era of transition from a subsidized economy to a competitive and free one took place after two decades of waiting, and the studies on this issue from the perspective of monitoring and evaluating post-implementation effects entered a new field. As the reform subsidy plan in the transportation and energy sectors is the first priority of the government's economic development agenda, the implementation of this plan has affected rural housing as well as other sectors of its policies. In the present study, an attempt is made to examine the effects of reform subsidies in the transport and energy sectors on rural tourism development indicators in Borujerd, as an "assessment during implementation". The research is an applied one and its method is descriptive-analytical. The data gathering method was library and field analysis. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (Kendall's tau-b,Spearman and multiple regression). Finally, the results indicated that there was a significant relationship between the reform subsidies indicators and rural tourism indicators. Therefore, the promotion of the reform subsidies indicators to achieve rural tourism development is one of the effective strategies that should be focused by the government authorities more than before. Abstract This paper evaluates amounts of subsidies in the agricultural sector and estimates the effects of the implementation of price adjustment and targeted energy subsidies on economic growth and agricultural production. The methodology used is input-output analysis. The results show that the rising energy prices have increasing effect on the agricultural sector production. Price analysis of targeted energy subsidies shows that animal products increased more than 82 percent. Targeted energy subsidies could reduce 6.9 percent of output in all economic sectors and this reduction will be different for different economic sectors. This study shows that Output reduction is approximately 15.56 percent in Food, Beverage and Tobacco sector and 7.75 percent in agriculture and horticulture sector. Manuscript profile
