Objective – The main objective is to design a model for improving trade fair performance in Iran from participant’s point of view. In this paper, we tried to elaborate important indices for trade fairs as well as presenting a comprehensive model including required activities for improvement of performance of trade fairs. Methodology:This study is based on grounded theory so there are no hypothesizes from the beginning. Content analysis is implemented and we did collect information through deep interviews and then distributing questionnaire in 4 important international trade fairs. Limitations: Providing required information by respondents is vital for the research while they prefer secrecy of information of their companies and are not ready to take risk in this regard. Results: The results showed that determined objectives of trade fairs in advance are forecasting and controlling factors for decreasing deviations in trade fairs and have direct and meaningful impacts on exhibition processes. Furthermore, exhibition activities have three stages; before, during and after trade fair and those three stages have direct and meaningful effects on trade fairs.   Manuscript profile

Nowadays, many traditional Bazaars has been abandoned, while new urban spaces, such as shopping malls don’t seem attractive to citizens. On the one hand, to prevent the loss of the value of such places, urban projects and programs are needed. On the other hand, temporary exhibits suffer from the following factors: 1) No place for rest, play and fun. 2) Lack of attention to how the man in the booth moves and poor circulation. 3) Large width of the booths 4) No connection to nature (regarding light and ventilation). These are causes of confusion and discontent of users. Hypothesis holds that Bazaar as a traditional city center, features sustainable architecture, culture, social and economic. Thus, recognizing and taking advantage of the aforementioned experience can be a solution to the problems raised by the mobile exhibition that stands today. Research method were qualitative in the first stage, features of traditional Bazaars were studied in 5 cities: Tehran, Isfahan, Tabriz, Yazd and Kermanshah. The result of field observations from traditional Bazaar of the cities indicated that the desirable features of traditional markets could be used to lower the problems of temporary exhibitions. Maps were drawn, based on the city's cultural heritage early maps, and edited with field surveys, in the GIS environment. Variation in climate, year of manufacture, and the architectural style were selection criteria. In second stage, by designing a questionnaire regarding the problems of temporary exhibitions, the rate of function of these factors was questioned from 241 people. The questionnaire included 50 questions with answer options ranging from very low to very high in four options. Tehran International Book Fair (Seoul) and Tehran's International Book Fair (Mossala), as the biggest mobile exhibition in Iran were selected. Surveys distributed in three periods, morning, noon and evening, and on three different days of the week. Selected respondents were randomly in the means of education, occupation and gender. The purpose of the survey, was to collect and analyze in SPSS software. The results show that physical characteristics of the markets are functional in following areas: 1) Linear expansion of the market. 2) Definition of traditional Bazaar orders for different classes. 3) Creating »Charsoo« the confluence orders. 4) The proportion of the size of orders by emphasizing the width of the bottom. 5) Defined width that can be seen by human eye. 6) Nature lighting and ventilation. 7) Marquee with aesthetic and functional performance.  The first principle is respect for the width of the bottom row. The booth shall be located on the sides were visits are more easily done. The second principle defines the location of the booth for a break, by considering a wide range of human needs, not only to cover an Architecture Exhibition, but also to meet the social and cultural characteristics. So paying attention to other areas of human needs can increase the satisfaction of exhibition environments. This important issue has also been proven in relation to the satisfaction of visitors with interior design (73%) and green space (78%).   Manuscript profile

One of the most significant human health risks is the pollution of enclosed spaces. The high density of people and the variety of products available in exhibition halls make them perfect locations for the accumulation of polluting particles. Air pollutants are mixtures of suspended solids and liquids in the air, which vary in size, shape, and chemical composition. This study was conducted to measure PM2.5 and PM10 pollutants particles in four seasons consecutively throughout the year in Hall No. 38 of the Tehran International Exhibitions Company (TIEC). This goal was achieved by establishing an (SKC) air sampling pump at breathing height and comparing the results with the standard 24-hour analysis. According to the results, the average PM10 value in the autumn season was 160.8 µg cm-3, which was reported as higher than the standard 24-hour exposure value. There was also a maximum measured value of 198 µg cm-3 of PM10 during the mentioned season. The findings showed that the average PM2.5 value in the same season was 38 µg cm-3, which was reported as higher than the standard 24-hour exposure value (35 µg cm-3).It was mainly the effect of outdoor air quality on the indoor air in halls and the heating system that contributed to the increase in particulate matter in the autumn. According to the studies, it was found that outdoor and indoor air in halls is directly related. Therefore, Tehran Exhibition halls and other similar sites should continually monitor the level of air pollutants to reduce their health effects. Manuscript profile

As a part of public spaces, exhibition spaces bring people together in various space organizations voluntarily and to carry out social, cultural and economic activities, etc. How to use the knowledge of architecture in explaining the physical structure with the aim of creating social interactions and showing sociability is one of the important and common issues in the interdisciplinary field of sociology, environmental psychology and behavioral sciences, which is related to space planning. This research aims to analyze the role of interior architecture and the perception of the exhibition space on the way of sociability and finally to provide an optimal model. The analysis of the physical environment of the exhibition booths as a collective-behavioral place constitutes a collective-spatial system whose main factors have been studied with qualitative and quantitative methods to explain the results. After sifting the influential factors of text content analysis by Delphi survey, a quantitative evaluation was done according to the interactive movement of the user in the space by simulation and calculations with Mic Mac software, and the results were evaluated in the Scenario Wizard for the optimal scenario, and the important ones are emphasized On the physical and visual factors, the factors: shape, dimensions, color, light, movement, readability and permeability: express the regular shapes in the general form of the booths with an emphasis on artificial lighting, dimensions on an internal scale with an average of 60 to 100 square meters, corridors in the form Checkered at least 8 meters wide with soft light. Explaining and analyzing the understanding of architectural concepts from exhibition spaces. It is a place to display and present products, ideas, innovations, organization for distinct and general audiences. The architectural planning of the booths is to attract and stop the audience to increase the number of visitors to the exhibition space. The research theory is to explain the relationship between the design of exhibition spaces and the indicators of perception with regard to recognizing the strong visual elements of the booth form and the movement behaviors related to the audience. This question is raised, which cognitive spatial indicators are effective in the design of exhibition stands? The current research method is qualitative-quantitative in which qualitative studies have been conducted using content analysis of texts and quantitative data after Delphi screening with simulation-computational methods in nature by "Mic Mac" and "Scenario Wizard" software with a view to the future. Square or regular shapes are the most suitable in the general form of the booths based on the artificial light in the viewing area. Optimal stall grids average 80 to 100m2 in combination with checkered accesses and aisles over 8 meters wide. Manuscript profile
