        Changing lifestyle and consumption pattern being the aftermath of population and urbanization growth, is putting a strain on environment and sustainable development. When concerns increase, consumption behavior and production program might be the way of protecting environment and resources for next generation.  The consumption value perceptions are identified in the study as the drivers of sustained green product consumption and intention to pay the green price premium using the theory of consumption values. Environmental attitude, contextual factors and consumer innovativeness are included as the first-order constructs. Research method is descriptive survey.         Paying attention to professional human resources in the framework of administrative competencies based on sustainable development requires continuous training based on the needs and requirements that were considered within the framework of duties and performance aimed at the development goals for the organization, one of the important priorities of organizations commercial, especially in developing countries. Therefore, the present research was conducted cross-section and with the qualitative content analysis method, with the aim of investigating the requirements of environmental care in human resources training, emphasizing the sustainable consumption policy in the Ministry of Commerce of Iraq. The participants in the research up to the theoretical saturation of the data were 15 subject matter experts in the field of environmental sustainability who were selected in a purposeful method dependent on the criteria. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview, and the validity of the data was confirmed by an external audit. The results showed that increasing the knowledge of consumption and its political and executive antecedents is one of the main dimensions of environmental care requirements in human resources education with an emphasis on sustainable consumption through 9 main components including the development of education, consumer self-awareness, supportive policies, and sustainable incentives. , implementation of control policies, recognition of economic models, green management training, technological development and sustainable identification are known in the form of 57 sub-components.         The change in lifestyle and consumption patterns after population growth and urbanization, as well as the changes in climate conditions and the resources of the planet, have revealed the need to review the production and consumption plans; Meanwhile, the production and consumption of green products instead of conventional products is one of the ways to preserve resources and the environment for the future generation. The purpose of the research is to evaluate the impact of moral obligation, received controls and belonging to material ownership on sustainable consumption behavior in Dorsa Leather Company in Tehran. The research method is applied in terms of purpose, and based on the method of data collection, it is descriptive of the correlation type. The statistical population of the research is all customers of Dorsa Leather Company. Using Cochran's formula, 384 people were selected as a sample and 400 questionnaires were distributed and 391 questionnaires were collected. The sampling of this research is non-probability and available. The reliability of the questionnaire was measured by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which was 0.787. The validity of the research tool has also been checked by performing the confirmatory factor analysis technique. Then the data were analyzed by structural equation modeling method and using Smart PLS software. The results of research hypotheses indicate that belonging to material ownership, received controls of sustainable consumption and Moral Obligation of sustainable consumption play a role on sustainable consumption behavior. Also, the role of the need for independence, the need for intimacy, and the need for control over belonging to material ownership has been shown. Manuscript profile
