Research population consists of customers of Sepah bank branches in Golestan province who are 289024 persons. According to stratified sampling method and kerjsey and Morgan table, sample size is 384.Data gathering instrument in this research is Questionnaire which uses standard Questionnaire of Suh and Han. Chronbach Alpha of all variables were above 0/7. For analyzing data , spss.21 software were used. The result of this research showed that there is positive and meaningful relationship between customers trust and electronic banking acceptance, perceived usefulness , perceived ease of use, attitude toward use, behavioral intention to use and actual use of electronic banking (P≤0/05).The results also showed that there is positive and meaningful relationship between independent sub-variables (P≤ 0/05). Abstract Purpose – This paper seeks to identify empirically the factors underlying the decision to adopt online banking in Tehran. Design/methodology/approach – The sample used in this study is based on 385 interactive questionnaires completed by Tehran internet users. Data were analyzed by employing correlation and multiple regression analysis. Findings – The results showed that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, internet experience, trust and use of other banking products positively associated with the intention to use online banking in Tehran. On the contrary demographic characteristics was found to be not significant in this study. Research limitations/implications – This study was conducted in Tehran and future research can use this model to study the adoption of online banking in other cities. Managerial implications – The results allow banks’ decision makers to develop strategies that can increase the adoption of online banking. Banks should improve the security and privacy of the websites, which will increase the trust of users. Banks should also create features which are useful to users, try to make the process of using the services easy for consumers, teach customers how to use the online services and use a package deal, such as an account with online access, debit or credit card and a SMS banking service. Originality/value – The findings allow the factors that can influence the adoption of online banking in Tehran to be understood. Unlike existing studies based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), this study includes internet experience, trust and use of other banking products on top of the existing variables used in TAM. Most studies on adoption of online banking are focused on developed countries. By focusing on Iran, this model can also be applied to other countries which are relatively new to e-commerce and online banking. Manuscript profile

Objective: Todays with the development of information technology, it is observed an increasing tendency towards internet purchase accept by the airlines passengers. According to the nature of ticket purchase through internet, some customers perceived a degree of risk. Perceptions of customers about risk and negative consequences of purchasing a product/service is an important determinant of customer behaviors because of its influence on their decisions. Accordingly, this research has tried to analyze perceived risks of customers in purchasing electronic ticket of airlines according to technology acceptance model. Our model was developed by related literature. Methodology: Data was collected by a questionnaire and hypotheses were analyzed by SPSS 18 and AMOS 16. Statistical population includes all internet customers of Iran Air Company who have used its e-booking system. To collect data, 286 customers were selected. Reliability was analyzed by Cranach’s alpha. After factor analysis, all constructs was approved and remained. Findings: Based on the structural analysis, the proposed model was supported. According to findings: a) perceived risks (financial, functional, time, privacy, psychological and social) leads to lessen perceived usefulness of purchasing airline ticket, b) perceived ease of use of purchasing airline ticket leads to lessen perceived risks (financial, functional, time, privacy, psychological and social), d) perceived ease of use of purchasing airline ticket has a positive impact on purchase intention, and e) perceived usefulness of purchasing airline ticket has a positive impact on purchase intention. Conclusion: The study found that perceived risk (with functional, financial, time, privacy, psychological, and social dimensions) diminishes the perceived usefulness of purchasing airline tickets. In addition, the perceived ease of use of airline ticket purchases reduces perceived risk (functional, financial, time, privacy, psychological and social) to customers. Manuscript profile

In today's global economy, the business outlook on banking has changed dramatically، Financial technology has become an integral part of the banking industry, and startups have expanded their scope by entering into banking activities that in the past were only covered by banks; The purpose of this study is to better investigate the impact of perceived usefulness, perceived ease, customer experience, word of mouth, reliability, trust and perceived risk on the acceptance of financial technologies by bank customers. This research is an applied goal in terms of quantitative research approach and has a descriptive survey strategy. The research approach is quantitative and has a descriptive survey strategy. The statistical population of this research is the customers of Pasargad Bank, from which 377 people were selected as a sample by Sample Power software. The data collection tool is a questionnaire and PLS software has been used for data analysis. The results show that the perceived ease variable has a negative effect on customers' trust and other variables have a positive effect on trust and thus the acceptance of financial technology and as a result the variables of reliability and trust were accepted as mediating variables. The research was conducted with the aim of investigating the factors affecting behavioral tendencies toward using information technology in Guilan electronic schools staffs. The research method was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population included all the staff of the electronic schools of Guilan province with the 2145 number of participants. The sample size was estimated to be 326 by Cochran formula as well as available inaccurate sampling. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire to measure the variables affecting behavioral tendencies toward the use of information technology. In order to measure the validity of the tool, face and convergent validity were used through the mean of variance (AVE), which was more than 0.5. Calculating Cronbach's Alpha showed the reliability of the tool was 0.85, also calculating Dillon-Goldstein coefficient combined validity indicated the result above 0.7. Data analysis was carried out by the use of inferential statistics and statistical technique of structural equation modeling with partial least squares approach. The results indicated the effect of subjective norms, perceived usefulness, perceived ease, perceived risk, experience in comparison to the use and the expectation of performance improvement on behavioral tendency toward using information technology. Also, the results showed that perceived adaptation has a moderating role in the relationship between perceived usefulness and perceived ease, perceived risk, experience with use, expectation of performance improvement and behavioral tendencies toward the use of information technology. Today, bank customers are able to use their Internet and Internet technology to finance their activities in a virtual environment called Internet Banking. The purpose of this study was to determine the effective factors in accepting Internet banking, which was done in Ahwaz. This research is applied in terms of its purpose and in terms of its nature, it is descriptive in the category of research. The statistical population of the research consisted of clients using internet banking services in Ahwaz. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The sample size with the Morgan table for an unlimited society is at least 384 people. Cronbach's alpha method was used to determine the reliability of the instrument. In order to verify the reliability of the questionnaire, a pre-test sample of 30 questionnaires was first tested. Then using the data obtained from these questionnaires and using SPSS software, the confidence coefficient was calculated using Cronbach's alpha method for this tool. The results showed that the perceived security factor does not have a positive and significant effect on the adoption of Internet banking, but trust factors, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on Internet banking acceptance have a positive and significant effect on the 95% level. The purpose of this study was to predict achievement goals from classroom climate by the mediating of perceived ability and instrumentality in a sample of 300 eleventh-grade students. The students studied in three academic majors (human sciences, natural sciences, mathematics) in Noor city high schools. Classroom climate was assessed using the "In My Class Questionnaire" (IMC; Hardré, Crowson, Ly, & Xie, 2006) and the "School Engagement and Effort Scale" (SEES; Hardré & Reeve, 2003). Achievement goals, and perceived ability and instrumentality were assessed using the "Approaches to Learning Questionnaire” (ATL; Greene & Miller, 1996). The data were analyzed using Baron and Kenny (1986) method, and multiple analysis of regression. The results indicated that classroom climate predicted achievement goals by the mediating of perceived ability and instrumentality in high school students.      Manuscript profile
