        Introduction: organizational ambidexterity and leadership are considered factors of growth and development in organizations. The purpose of this study was to design an organizational ambidexterity model based on knowledge oriented leadership in health care service organizations in Kerman province. Methods: The present study is descriptive which has been done by survey method. Also in terms of purpose, this study is developmental- applied research. The statistical population of the study is employees of health care service organizations in Kerman province that the sample size of 586 people is based on 5 to 10 times the number of questions in the questionnaire. In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used and the tools of data collection are researcher-made questionnaire of knowledge oriented leadership and organizational ambidexterity. Results: Findings while confirming the proposed model, showed that knowledge oriented leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational ambidexterity and its dimensions (exploration and exploitation) in health care organizations and the effect of knowledge oriented leadership on the dimension of exploration has been more than the exploitation dimension. Conclusion: It can be concluded that knowledge-oriented leadership has a positive and increasing (direct) effect on organizational ambidexterity (exploration and exploitation) and the ability of health care service organizations to discover new opportunities and also exploit existing competencies in this context and establishment of organizational ambidexterity requires the use of knowledge-oriented leadership style in the organization. The basis for such a claim the increasing willingness of organizations to find new ways that can make them more value is gained by the organization. Although previously the knowledge management was interesting topic on the thinking centers, but knowledge leadership has attracted the attention of active thinkers of the management and information domain.The present study aims to investigate the role of knowledge-based leadership on innovation performance on cable production companies of Tehran province, In terms of purpose, an applied research is and based on the nature and method is a correlation research.For this purpose, Wang et al questionnaire (2004) for knowledge-based leadership and Donate et al questionnaire (2014) were used to measure the innovation performance of organizations. 280 questionnaires were collected by using cluster sampling from staff and managers of cable manufacturing companies. Confirmatory factor analysis by using LISREL software was used for evaluating validity and reliability was calculated through the Cronbach's Alpha. The values indicated they are approved. Research findings through SEM shown that the dimension of the harmony and trust affects the dual dimensions of innovation performance (cost of research and development, organizational performance).         The purpose of this research is the effective antecedents on the learning organization with emphasis on the mediating role of knowledge leadership in the modernization organization, development and equipping of schools in the country. This research is a descriptive and correlational type of research that was conducted with quantitative data using a survey method. The statistical population of the research included all the employees of the renovation organization, who participated in the research by random-stratified sampling, 269 people, and the data collection tool was two questionnaires made by the researcher of knowledge leadership and factors related to the organization and a standard questionnaire of the Sange learning organization. The reliability of the questionnaires was obtained based on Cronbach's alpha in the questionnaire of related factors (0.923), learning organization (0.893) and knowledge leadership (0.871), and in order to analyze the data, structural equation modeling method and SPSS software AMOS was used. The results showed that the t value of all paths between research variables is greater than 1.96, and as a result, there is a significant relationship between all research variables. The findings of the research showed that the factors related to the learning organization based on knowledge leadership have a good fit in the organization of modernization, development and equipping of schools in the country. Also, the factors related to the organization, knowledge leadership and the learning of the organization were directly and meaningfully connected and confirmed. Manuscript profile

        Background: In the current environment that is constantly changing and evolving, and the acceleration of community development has resulted in an abundance of information and multiplicity of information sources, the value and importance of concepts such as knowledge management, knowledge-oriented leadership, and innovation have become more and more evident. Purpose: The aim of present study is to invest the impacts of knowledge-oriented leadership and organizational value on innovation performance with clarifying role of knowledge sharing. Method: population of study during this study consisted from employees in public organization in city of Kerman, among which 345 subjects were selected as sample of study through stratifies random sampling way and Cochran's formula. Data gathering tool was a standard questionnaire, whose face validity was confirmed by professors and scholars in this regard. In order to determine reliability, Cronbach alpha coefficient was used. Present study is an applied descriptive survey in terms of purpose and data gathering way. Considered model was explored using structural equations model and software LISREL. Findings: The findings from the statistical model indicate that the proposed model is elegant data and organizational values and knowledge-oriented leadership have a significant positive effect on innovation performance, however, the sharing of knowledge in relation to the role of mediator. Conclusions: In this regard, when the knowledge sharing as a mediating variable in the equation is treated with more power. In other words it can be said that organizational value and knowledge-oriented leadership with role mediator knowledge sharing by increase innovation performance. This research will contribute in increasing the knowledge upon the impacts of organizational value and knowledge-oriented leadership on innovation performance and also indicating the role of knowledge sharing as a psychological mechanism, through which organizational value and knowledge-oriented leadership effects on innovation performance.          This paper examines the antecedents of the impact of e-HRM with knowledge leadership. Since the purpose of this study is to predict the impact of e-HRM with knowledge leadership, correlation method has been used. The purpose of this research is to apply the data collected through field research and library studies. This research is a descriptive correlational research. Statistical population is 489 people. Random sampling method was used for sampling. The sample size was determined by Cochran formula at 5% error level. Sample size was 215 persons. In this study, data collection tool was a questionnaire. Kendall and Spearman correlation tests were used to determine the correlation. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was also used to determine the normality of the tests. All statistical analyzes were performed by SPSS software. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between knowledge leadership style, learning, and supportive learning environment and between support of individual and group learning processes and the rate of using HR system. A total of 340 people participated in the study and the data collection tools were three questionnaires made by knowledge leadership, learning levels and factors related to the learning organization and a standard questionnaire of the learning organization. The reliability of the questionnaires was based on Cronbach's alpha in the questionnaire of factors related to learning organization (0.923), learning organization (0.893), learning levels (0.895) and knowledge leadership (0.871) and in order to analyze the data. Structural equation modeling method and SPSS and AMOS software were used. Findings: The results showed that the t-value in all paths between the variables is greater than 1.96 and as a result there is a significant relationship between all variables. Also, Also, the research findings showed that the model of these factors has a good fit.Conclusion: The results show that the factors related to the learning organization, knowledge leadership and learning levels were directly and significantly related to become learning Organization for Development, Renovation and Equipping schools of Iran and were approved.         Objective: This study investigated the relationship between knowledge leadership and organizational improvement from the viewpoint of librarians of central libraries of state universities of Tehran. Methods: The present study is a descriptive-correlational one. The statistical population consisted of all librarians of central libraries of state universities of Tehran, which totally have 140 people. For data collection, Vitala’s Knowledge Leadership Scale (2004) and Orton Inventory Improvement (2007) were used. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics, statistical tests and SPSS software version 19 were used. Results: The results revealed that knowledge leadership status with the 3.6005% and organizational improvement with 3.5500% among the librarians of the central libraries of state universities of Tehran was higher than the mean. Moreover, there was a positive and significant relationship between knowledge leadership and organizational improvement. Conclusion: It can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between knowledge leadership and organizational improvement of librarians. Multiple regression analysis also showed that knowledge leadership has the potential to predict organizational improvement. Among the components of knowledge leadership, the component of learning tendency has the greatest impact in predicting organizational improvement. Manuscript profile

        The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the teachers' organizational self-esteem and academic achievement of high school students in Deylam city with the mediating role of knowledge leadership style. The research method was quantitative-descriptive-correlational and applied from in terms of purpose. The statistical population included all high school teachers in Bandar Deylam city in the academic year 1396-1397, whose total number is 355 people. The sample size was 185 people. The research instruments included organizational self-esteem questionnaire and knowledge leadership style questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods and structural equation modeling or multivariate analysis with latent variables using Smart-PLS software. Findings showed that there is a relationship between organizational self-esteem and its dimensions (autonomy, individual value in the organization, adaptability and individual ability) with the academic achievement of high school students. Also, there is a relationship between organizational self-esteem and its dimensions (autonomy, individual value in the organization, adaptability and individual capability) with teachers' knowledge leadership style and teachers' knowledge leadership style mediates between organizational self-esteem and students' academic achievement (P<0/05).
