Abstract :

This research states the role of academic leadership of emotional intelligence inorder to faculty effectiveness.It reviews current literature, then a proposed model issuggested by principles and previous approaches.The researcher indicates a concernedpreface, literature and theoretical principles related to model (FEMEIL).Finally,aproposed model is represented according to leadership of emotional intelligence inorder to faculty effectiveness at the end.
