        Introduction: The lack of a proper structure in the management of medical equipment can cause a waste of health resources. This article was written due to the importance of medical equipment in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of patients with the aim of investigating the challenges of the medical equipment management structure in Iran.Methods: The current research is a review study that was conducted through searching in reliable scientific sources such as Springer, Elsevier Pubmed, Google scholar and other Persian information sources such as Magiran, SID, Irandoc. Keywords such as Medical Equipment Management, Concentration, Formality and Complexity were used to search Persian & English sources.Results: The structure of medical equipment management can improve the performance of a hospital and in another sense can be the basis for the evaluation of hospital units. The performance of medical equipment in the hospital is very vital to the main mission of the hospital due to guaranteeing the patient's safety, and the weakness in the performance of this department and the lack of attention to the vital components in this department can make the hospitals face failure or ineffective performance.Conclusion: The design of the model of the management structure of government medical equipment is needed to improve the structure of the mentioned area and the optimal management of medical equipment.         Electronic banking today allows banks to operate with speed and efficiency. The staff now is able to do bank services and processes between branch banks around the world and offer hardware and software services to customers without their physical presence. This makes it necessary to change organizational structure to be compatible with electronic banking. This research reviews the impact of electronic banking on the organizational structure of six aspects (organizational hierarchy, field supervision, organizational size, centralization, formality, and complexity). We use the Friedman test to measure the impact of electronic banking on organizational structure, and the result shows that the impact of E-banking on organizational structure is direct. We use the MacNemar test to test independent variable E-banking on each of the six dependent variables above. The MacNemar test result shows that each of the six dependent variables has a significant relationship to electronic banking. So that test results after collecting the questionnaire are: A – The impact of electronic banking on the organizational hierarchy is direct and has resulted in reducing organizational hierarchy in agricultural banks. B – Implementation of electronic banking has resulted in increasing field monitoring. C – Implementation of electronic banking has resulted in reducing the organizational size of the agricultural bank. D – Electronic banking has caused the decentralization of activities in agricultural banks. E – E-banking has been caused less organizational complexity in agricultural banks.         At the beginning of the juridical duration, the question which the Shia jurisprudents had been dealt with it, was limited to “whether a righteous treatment is sufficient for legitimation of a government, or the Immaculate Leader assignment or permission is strictly necessary for it.With the beginning of the religiousness reformation and incoming of the Industrial Revolution in Europe, and following it, political and social evolution and incoming new concepts and criteria for legitimation of the governments, such as existentialism and democracy, Moslems religious were encountered with a hard challenge:“What is the religion attitude with respect to these reformations?”In the religiousness colloquies, some deduced these concepts as opposite to the “Vellayet theory” and Law Giver assignment and sentenced them to be illegitimate and hence, labeled the systems based on these bases as injustice governments.On the other hand, some jurisprudents tried to remove the oppositeness between these concepts and religiousness learning by getting different deductions of the religion, and at least, to recognize them.More of this, some claimed to deduction of just these bases from religiousness literature, and sentenced them to be legal.But the theory of Ayato-Allah Mahdy Haery, “the proxy of governors from the people”, closes the way of existence of oppositeness between knowledge and religion at first, by declaration of a reasoning which uses both citation sources and intellectual rules, (by illumination of the limit of the inspiration influence in this domain).Also Allame Tabatabai denies the dominance of everybody on the people fate, using the Koran Mohkamat reasoning such as nature.         Due to continuous changes in business environment, constraints in achieving profit, and severe competition among banks and credit and financial institutions, there is an increasing need for congruity between goals, strategies, and structures. From structure designing viewpoint, therefore, the proper channel must be provided for harmony and Standardization of structures with organization’s environment and strategies. This study is set out to analyze organization’s structural aspects using FAHP and examines the effect of substantive aspects including strategies, environment, and technology on structural aspects. Due to severalty in indexes and complexity in decisions, FAHP method is used. Results show that concentration is the most important factor in designing organizational structures and formality is the least important one.         The main objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational structure and organizational development in Bu Ali Sina University .Research methodology is descriptive and the correlation of structural is equation modeling. Statistical population included all of the employees using random stratified sampling- relative -260 was selected as the sample According to kergcie and Morgan table. Two questionnaires were used for data collection, including1: Frank organizational structure Questionnaire, 2. Peiter and cerafourd Organizational development Questionnaire. Reliability coefficient of through Cronbach's alpha was estimated respectively %95 and %87. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Spearman correlation coefficient, t-test, and regression. The data collected were analyzed using statistical SPSS. Regression Analysis indicates the following results.1. There is a significant relationship between organizational structure and organizational development.         Since the entrepreneurship is a long time educational and training process, it requires educational planning in all levels especially at the universities. The main objective of this study was explaining the positon of entrepreneurship in organizational structure and employees’ vocational promotion. The research method was descriptive- correlation. The population of the research included 386 employees at kashan university. The sampling method was simple random one, through which 191 people were chosen as the sample size. To gather the data a questionnaire with two standard subscales (the organizational structure dimensions and entrepreneural organization structure diagnosis) were used. Using cronbach’s Alpha the reliabilities were 0.85 and 0.80 respectively. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the organizational structure levels (Formality, G, concentration) ang organizational entrepreneurship, and the variance analysis showed that there was not a statistically significant difference between the entrepreneurship mean scores among the university employees in comparison with their organizational structure levels, but considering the formality and concentration the obtained difference was significant. Analysis of organizational and ministerial regulations showed that the organizational entrepreneurship didn’t have any role in the job promotion of the employees. The organizational relation with formality was inversed. The higher the formality, the lesser would be the organizational entrepreneurship. It was concluded that the formality in the organization would effect the job promotion and increases the entrepreneurship. Manuscript profile
