  Human fact quiddity has always been paid attention by various schools specifically by Islam. Some know human’s body as human’s fact but some other know it his spirit as his fact; the third group also know it abstract. Worldly and abstraction aspect of spirit is of direct relationship with spirit eternity after death; but most believe that there is no other life after death and explain that spirit  would disappear by death and both will waste and destroy. This research – which is done with descriptive – analytical method – tries to pay attention to the spirit by referring to Holy Quran. Worldly schools know the spirit as combination of worldly elements; but divine schools know it in relationship with stuff and would not be destroyed by death.  This paper tries to find out the fact by studying six Verses of Holy Quran.
