  In the past century of the contemporary world, some nations have had similar destinations and thus similar social issues. Advocating society has been a major trend in poetry and many contemporary Iranian and Iraqi poets have been under the impacts of social movements and thus have reflected these issues in their poetry. The present article studies and compares the social issues reflected in the works of two contemporary poets namely Parvin Etesamiand Ahmad Aafi Al-Najafi. Despite all the differences they have due to being of different genders, they have discussed themes like patriotism, liberalism, defending the poor andfighting oppression. Manuscript profile

  The  present article offers a sociological  criticism on “Safar” novel. The sociological criticism as an important approach in sociology of  literature , studies  interaction between novel and society, as well as, the effect of them on each other. First persian novels since constitutionalism era to the contemporary period, there has been a specific connection between structure and content of Persian novel and Iranian society. With more complex dominant relationship in Iranian society including social, political and cultural spheres, structure of Persian, structure of Persian novel has oriented to a critical realism. In  the “safar” novel , as a literary work that is result of transition period changes, the author by choosing  the life of an ordinary family in suburb area, shows tragic dimensions  of  this social class influenced by those transformations. So in this study firstly we  are going to refer  to dominant theories on sociological criticism and give an   theoretical  explanation on society changes based on “safar” novel based on documentary method.   According to sex as a form of capital investment, new vision and consider and contemplate. Hakim (1391), inspired by the division of Bourdieu's capital, as the sex capital plays an important role in the power relations at different levels of society. He believes that this fund has 6 components and in certain cultures could be the implications of this multiple components. If you believe that literature view mirror all the nations, so stories and novels can reflect public culture, a very important and valuable role to play, thoughts, beliefs and actions of nations in each show. By accepting the principle of a reflection of the literature in this research examines the sexual components of capital in the last decade to be paid the full circulation of literature. Content analysis arrow based capital approach sexual, which determine the 47 books of fiction in the past 14 years more than 10 Edition have given to researchers and of these, based on theoretical saturation, 12 novel were randomly selected and analyzed.  The results showed that the categories of beauty and sexual attractiveness in women and men categories of sexuality and social factors matter most.
