  the present research explains and analyzes the causes and motives of people refusing to implement the enjoining the good and prevention of vice from the perspective of Holy Quran and Nahj al-Balaghah, the pathology of practical methods and the effect of these methods on the correct implementation of the the enjoining the good and prevention of vice, and factors of failure in performing the mentioned duty and analyzing their rational-social foundations. The aims of the research are to study the meaning and concept of the enjoining the good and prevention of vice and to study the factors of people's refusal to the enjoining the good and prevention of vice from the perspective of Holy Quran and Nahj al-Balaghah. The research hypotheses have been: welfare, fear of financial and human losses, greed and delegating responsibility to others are the reasons for people refusing to the enjoining the good and prevention of vice in Islamic society.   The scholarly and critical study of the backgrounds and causes of social, political, etc., interpretations and perceptions of Holy Quran has played vital role in recognizing the main and fundamental factors in the formation of different ideas, sects and groups in Islamic society undoubtedly. Accordingly, the purpose of the present article is to study various political interpretations of the Verses of Holy Quran after the death of Holy Prophet. In this regard, while surveying the prior sources and references relying on historical documents, the necessary information was provided in different files and then the research materials were compiled and explained with descriptive – analytical method. In order to clarify the extremist political attitudes towards the verses and hadiths after the death of Prophet Mohammad which inflicted irreparable effects on the Islamic Ummah, the fields of emergence of different interpretive methods, the interpretation method of Qur'an to Qur'an and the method of narration were studied initially. Continuing with narrating and writing hadith method during Holy Prophet's era (PBUH) and the prohibition of narrating and writing hadith during the caliphate of Abu Bakr, Omar and Uthman were surveyed.   Woman is the most beautiful expression of creation and the most effective factor in the development of the mental and physical health of children and society. The objective of this study was describing the role of women in the Islamic society. This study was carried out using a review method. Based on the clear verses of the Holy Qur'an and the infallible traditions, the woman is the foundation of all good things. While emphasizing on the high status of the mothers, their physical, mental and psychological health has drown a lot of attention, due to the health of the community and the health of the family. On the other hand, vitality, authority and family dynamism depends on the role of the mother. Also, according to experts in the field of social sciences, the central role of the mother in building the country is not covered by anyone. In addition to the educational role of the family, women can socially, politically and economically participate in the community, and contribute to the social, political and cultural development of society as a large part of the human resources present in the community. Islam not only does not prevent women from engaging in social, economic and political activities, but values it. From the perspective of the Qur'an, the woman is an effective member of the community and should play a role in social issues with men.   The family is the most significant foundation affecting the identity and physical health of individuals in the community. The purpose of this study is to analyze the pros and cons of white marriage and to provide an alternative approach -permanent and temporary marriages- with their jurisprudential and legal implications. Cohabitation is an abnormal, illegal, illegitimate, and anti-Islamic phenomenon which has grown as white marriage between individuals. Temporary marriage has initially created a negative image, especially in the minds of women in society, but if its real causes, conditions, and benefits are examined, we find out that marriage and its existential philosophy are crucial to Islamic society. This marriage is for those who do not qualify for permanent marriage but still have physical and sexual needs.This research is a descriptive-analytical research which has attempted in a library-based way to address most of the jurisprudential and lawful aspects of white marriage and then, distinguishing these two issues is so significant. Due to lack of religious and social legitimacy despite its prevalence and negative consequences for individual and family, the necessity and the benefits of permanent and temporary marriages as alternatives in today's society are indicated.   Cooperation of individuals, of course, in good and good deeds, can have great and positive results, so this has a special place in the teachings of Islam. The invitation to cooperate in good deeds is in fact the use of the collective power and synergy of individuals in improving the conditions of society. In cyberspace, there is a platform for collective cooperation and synergy, and one of the signs of an advanced society is the prevalence of this type of cooperation in that society. To compile this article, by studying religious documents and books as well as different interpretations of the Holy Quran and studying verses and hadiths and adapting the verses of the Quran to the sociological and social concepts of cooperation and cyberspace. This study tries to explain the importance of synergy from the perspective of verses and hadiths of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) and how to perform and promote this religious obligation in cyberspace.   Managing restaurants in Islamic society relies on understanding its social and economic conditions and requirements.The aim of the research is to provide a service quality model with an emphasis on customer satisfaction in the restaurant industry in Islamic society.The study is applied and of mixed and exploratory type.The data of the qualitative section was collected through interviews with the managers of restaurants in Tehran, and the service quality model was presented with the primary data and data analysis.The questionnaire of the quantitative part was designed according to the findings of the qualitative part and was used after checking the reliability and validity.The statistical population of the quantitative part was the customers of all the restaurants in Tehran, and according to the Karjesi-Morgan table, 385 people were surveyed.Quantitative data analysis was done with structural equation model and PLSsoftware.According to the findings obtained in coding the qualitative research data, a total of 198 concepts, 73categories and26 main categories were presented for the research model.Quantitative analysis showed that the causal conditions have an effect on the main phenomenon, i.e. service quality, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.Service quality with emphasis on customer satisfaction, background conditions and intervening conditions have an impact on strategies.   The Islamic revolution is now in the stage of building an Islamic society on the way to the realization of the new Islamic civilization. In the Islamic society, the connection of people with people under the shadow of Islam pursues the growth of the individual and the society. The construction of such a society depends on the participation of people, and the focal point of bringing people to the stage in the direction of ideals, based on the theoretical model of the Supreme Leader, is the flow of middle circles. Therefore, this article, considering the mission and functions of middle circles, depicted the future scenarios of building an Islamic society based on the flow of middle circles. The statistical population is 12 experts related to the subject and Peter Schwartz's scenario writing method was used.
