There are important choices to be made after the various accidents and the numerous financial and psychological effects of rural settlements, including decisions on how to intervene in rural settlements and the adoption of reconstruction policies. This intervention is identified as four types of identification, relocation, continuous development, or integration and integration for the reconstruction of damaged or destroyed villages due to natural hazards. Many scholars and scholars believe that among the above models, aggregation and integration have economic advantages in supplying facilities and services. The ruler's insight has led to less attention to its economic, social, physical and environmental implications. It seems that this indifference has led to the implementation and implementation of relocation and integration plans of rural settlements with the change in their vulnerability in the economic, social, physical and environmental dimensions and the development of the vulnerability of affected society Increase against future accidents. Extreme rainfall in the eastern province of Golestan province in August 2005 resulted in two devastating floods, one of the most damaging floods in the country. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Housing Foundation has been providing housing for the affected population and in order to reduce the resettlement of villages due to the occurrence of future floods, the eleven villages in the city of Kalaleh, which had been damaged in recent floods in Golestan Province, were displaced. This research is descriptive-analytic and its data have been collected in two sections of library and field. The statistical population of this study is a collection of residents of the walled city and villagers who have returned to the villages of Chatal, Ghapan Oliya and Sofla. To test the vulnerability in two samples. However, the review of various experiences suggests that displacement of settlements, although effective in reducing physical morbidity, is mainly due to numerous social and economic consequences The displacement and consolidation of 11 villages of Golestan province in the post-flood Pishkamar site of 1384 were unsuccessful due to the lack of planning and designing, with macroeconomic and social costs, in reducing the dimensions of vulnerability of a settlement, including social and economic. This has led to the return of villagers to their old villages or citys. The quantitative results of this research also confirm the hypothesis that increasing the migration to cities, returning to old villages, ethnic conflicts, reducing production levels, increasing bank debt and the prevalence of insecurity in the outskirts of the Faragi city are one of the most important factors in increasing the vulnerability in the social and economic dimensions of the study area. The investigations indicate an increase in the amount of vulnerability in recreational areas in terms of economic and social dimensions and reducing its physical-environmental vulnerability to three villages. Since reducing the vulnerability of settlements is subject to control and reduction of damage and damage in all aspects, it seems that the reconstruction of rural settlements after the flood of 2005 in Golestan province has been effective in increasing the vulnerability of this area. In this paper, we study the tensor commutativity degree of pair of finite groups. Erdos introduced the relative commutativity degree and studied its properties. Then, Mr. Niroomand introduced the tensor relative commutativity degree, calculated tensor relative degree for some groups, and studied its properties. Also, he explained its relation with relative commutativity degree. In this paper, we give a brief explanation of the tensor commutativity degree and could introduce relations for this tensor commutativity degree. We proved some relations, including the relation among tensor commutativity degree of subgroups of a group. In addition, we introduced some boundaries for groups having special properties. Streamflow Drought Index (SDI) is based on the assumption that the flow data series follows from Gamma distribution. In this study, the efficiency of 65 statistical distributions was evaluated through the use of monthly and annual flow data series of 49 hydrometric stations. The results show that on the annual scale, Gamma distribution is not the superior distribution. On a monthly scale, this distribution was found only in 1% of all cases examined as the superior distribution. This is while the Wakeby distribution was introduced on an annual basis in about 35 percent of the cases, and on a monthly scale, up to 43 percent of the scenarios were introduced as a top-ranked distribution. Based on the SDI index calculated based on Gamma distribution and Wakeby distribution, in the case of the P-Value of the Gamma distribution is less than 0.3, it is possible to move the drought classes using Wakeby distribution. These conditions were observed in 30% of the examined cases. The highest and the lowest displacements of the hydrological drought classes due to the use of superior distribution were in December and May, respectively. It was found that the highest frequency of displacement of the drought classes resulted from the use of superior distribution occurs in the normal class. Accordingly, it is recommended that the Wakeby distribution be replaced by the gamma distribution in the SDI calculations. Manuscript profile

Sparse vegetation gives rise to increased overland water flow, soil erosion, water pollution and decreased soil fertility. Golestan Province has witnessed a relatively extensive forest clearing during recent years causing intensified flooding.  We used ETM+ land sat imagery to classify forest cover of the Golestan Province using Max like classification and assessed its accuracy. Land uses and land covers were distinguished on the color composite images of the area and used as training sites for image classification that included all six bands of the imagery. We also used an ISO-Cluster unsupervised classification to derive 100 clusters for purifying initial training sites. Accuracy assessment was implemented through test set pixels that were randomized and set aside from the training set pixels. We also used a LISS III imagery to assess the accuracy of the classification. Our assessment proved the classification to be of high accuracy. Manuscript profile

The Nizami language in its poems is its prominent and unique language. Nizami has always tried to create new words with great care and avoid imitation of other poets. He is aware of the importance of poetic form and language, so he innovates and deconstructs his vocabulary, literary arrays, and grammar, which is why his poetry linguistic prominence. The field of grammar and syntax is one of the areas of Nizami interest. In this descriptive-analytical method, this paper deals with the ways in which the Nizami has mastered grammar and has long been the flagship of linguistic creativity in Persian poetry. The results showed that some of the Nizami techniques for building syntactic capacities of the language and its visualization are: generating multiple meanings in the word with multiple readings, using hidden vocabulary delicacies, using the word syntax to create visual aesthetics and induction. The concept is to create verbal harmony and enhance the music of the poem, to disrupt the components of the sentence and to move the words and pronouns to emphasize and to harmonize, to displace the negative word, and to create impetus. For these purposes, he benefit from how words are aligned horizontally. It uses multipurpose words, and with the secondary meanings of the words, it creates your nuanced meanings. All of this has created her own rhetorical delicacies. Manuscript profile

The Isrā'ileyyat is among the subjects that possess a significant place in the realm of the Islamic culture and has appeared in many interpretations of the holy Quran. In this article the relationship between the Israelite numerical genesis and the myth of creation has been studied. This study makes clear that myths appear with variations in different narratives and that when these distorted myths were related by narratives with a mostly Jewish they have gained the name of Israelite although they have their roots in pre-Jewish ages and do not belong to the teachings of old-testament and Judaism. This study invalidates some efforts to prove the verity or Islamic of these narratives with same breath. It also ruins the ground for their total refutation. Manuscript profile

The switch model was first introduced in 1985 by Richard Bandler (Psychologist) and John Grinder (Linguist), the founders of the L.N.P field. According to this model, pleasant and purposeful behaviors are replaced by unpleasant, forced, and unwanted behaviors with the help of internal resources. Among the great poets and writers of Persian literature aligned with this method of treatment, Saadi is an experienced and practical teacher who, in Golestan, by applying the model of immediate displacement, replaces unpleasant and inhibiting behaviors with pleasant and joyful behaviors with the help of internal resources. The purpose of this research, which has analyzed all chapters of Golestan with analytical and descriptive methods, is to use the L.N.P in Golestan Saadi's anecdotes with an emphasis on the Swish pattern. The hypothesis emphasizes the issue that everyone has the necessary and sufficient resources to create pleasant images and the results they are looking for and can take action from internal resources to produce positive and uplifting images by accurately knowing the aggressive and disturbing stimuli. With this aim, the results of the findings in Golestan showed that effectively confronting the trap and freeing the mind from the captivity of invasive images can be the reason for the emergence of good ideas and the development of pleasant feelings in the mind, and as a result, it will be an effective reason to prevent its spread to others. Also, this powerful encounter will bring vitality, vitality, and lasting self-esteem. Manuscript profile

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of using an elliptical absorber system with helical ribbed tube on the energy efficiency of linear parabolic collectors. For this purpose, energy efficiency has been measured and presented for different modes, and finally different optimal models are introduced in terms of having the highest energy efficiency, and finally the best model is determined. Based on the obtained results, the highest energy efficiency in different Reynolds is related to the new collector and single-phase model. According to the results of this dissertation, the use of grooved pipe has an effect on increasing the efficiency of the collector. As the number of grooves increases from 1 to 3, the collector efficiency increases. It was also found that the collector efficiency increases with increasing step and slope amplitude. by increasing the groove angle from 10 ° to 50 °, the collector efficiency increases and the maximum value of η is obtained at ° ξ = 60. However, by increasing the groove angle from 50 ° to 60 °, the collector efficiency decreases. Manuscript profile

The present study investigates a double-fluid volumetric based parabolic trough solar receiver. The control volume approach is used to solve the system of classical single phase governing equations by using the finite volume method. The standard k–ε turbulence model with enhanced wall function is selected. According to obtained results, the value of efficiency of Conventional-Parabolic-Through-Solar-Collectors (CPTSCs) and Novel-Parabolic-Through-Solar-Collectors (NPTSCs) reduces by increasing of inlet temperature of base fluid and therefore, there is an optimum inlet temperature for all configurations and it is equal to 40°C. In this work, nano-hybrids of iron-carbon quantum dots, silver-carbon quantum dots, and copper– carbon quantum dots were synthesized and prepared by a wet chemical method. After examining their thermal and thermophysical properties, the thermal conductivity (k) was measured and the heat transfer coefficient (h) for turbulent flow was compared. The synthesized samples were characterized with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), tunneling electron microscopy (TEM), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Zeta, and dynamic light scattering (DLS) stability tests were also performed for the synthesized samples. The prepared carbon quantum dots and hybridized-iron, silver, and copper samples were distributed in the base fluid (water) by ultrasonic probe device. Viscosity and density were examined as a measure of nanoparticle concentration and temperature. Also, the heat capacity of synthesized nanoparticles was measured at different temperatures, but the changes in density and heat capacity at low concentrations of nanoparticles were not significant. Then the thermal conductivity (k) and the heat transfer coefficient (h) were measured to improve the heat transfer by the synthesized nanoparticles. The synthesized nanoparticles were prepared and analyzed for three different concentrations of 0.05, 0.1, and 0.5 wt. %. The greatest improvement in thermal conductivity 25 % at a concentration 0.5 wt. % and 45 °C was for hybridized copper nanoparticles-carbon quantum dots. Also, the highest improvement in heat transfer coefficient (h) was reported in Reynolds number 15529 for silver nanoparticles-carbon quantum dots improvement was about 29 %. In addition, copper nanoparticles-carbon quantum dots with a 20 % improvement in transfer heat transfer coefficient reported. Manuscript profile

In this study, techniques for heat transfer enhancement reviewed. Application of nanofluids was studied as a new technique for more energy saving and heat recovery. Transys version17 simulation was used for prediction of thermal efficiency of water and various nanofluids in a flat plate solar collector. Nano fluids that were used in this simulation analysis are copper oxide, copper, and alumina. The results show that the heat transfer and thermal efficiency of copper nanofluid are greater than other working fluids while the exergy efficiency of alumina is greater. Gambit 2.4.6 was used for our CFD calculation along with the Fluent version17.2. We used a model to numerically simulate the heat transfer. The governing equations and corresponding boundary conditions are converted to dimensionless forms and solved numerically by the finite element method. The results show that efficiency of copper is 67% and it is greater than alumina and copper oxide efficiency. Manuscript profile
