Rhetorical conventions and genre features are among those formal and structural elements in world wide language systems which play a critical role in creating meaning and transfer of communicative message. Unfamiliarity of the translators of texts with specific purpose result in ignoring these conventions and features in target text which brings about a deficient translation. One of those professional settings in which this failure shows itself is journalism and media. Therefore the current research was an attempt to investigate different dimensions of this failure by genre analysis of a sample of media corpus translated by Iranians in Mehr News Agency. To this aim,the researcher adopted the Swalsian model of genre analysis (1990) and that of Halliday (1997). The findings submitted proofs on this deficiency and failure in translation. The results showed that some rhetorical conventions and Macro-structures of source text which carry function of the texts are missed in the in the translated texts in the target language. For the same reason, the researcher has employed theoretical and practical foundations of translation and those of second and foreign language teaching to offer approaches and solutions to this problem. The lack of breathing space in neighborhoods, due to the congestion caused by the increasing urbanization of cities, has necessitated the use of new approaches to address this shortage. Therefore, this study aims to utilize the concept of breathing spaces that are small and open-green spaces in compact cities texture with an emphasis on the environmental dimension. In this study, the criteria for the creation of breathing spaces in different fabrics and their effects on the quality of life of the neighborhoods are determined by using the consensus of experts and the Delphi method and then ranked by the AHP method. Finally, the criteria studied in two neighborhoods with different characteristics. It concluded, the criteria obtained from the research have a direct effect on the quality of life criteria in the neighborhoods. This is because of the nature of these spaces, their implementation in compact fabrics and rehabilitation's need and renovation is more applicable by adopting appropriate policies. In this paper, based on the mentioned methods, four criteria and eight sub-criteria were selected to achieve the research goal and to answer this challenge and then ranked by using the AHP method. According to the results, the criteria were prioritized into four sections. 1. Land use with vegetation criterion has two sub-criteria: greenspaces and green levels. 2. Wastelands and open spaces criterion have two sub-criteria: natural and human production. 3. Environmental criterion has two sub-criteria: Biological and physical. 4. Localscale criterion has two sub-criteria: socio-cultural and functional-operational. Sub-criteria were prioritized: greenspace, natural of open space, green levels, and biological characteristics of the environment, human production of open space, socio-cultural characteristics of the local scale, physical characteristics of the environment and functional-operational characteristics of the local scale. Then, to better understand the subject under study and to evaluate the criteria obtained from different research methods, selected two neighborhoods of Qazvin city as samples of this research. One of them is Bolaghi, which is the old neighborhood. Another is the new one that called Janbazan. They were compared by matching. Finally, the criteria were studied in two neighborhoods with different characteristics historical and modern neighborhoods. The results of the survey of the neighborhoods based on the criteria and sub-criteria indicate that none of them has enough open spaces and wastelands and land use with vegetation. Regarding environmental criteria, it can be said that the physical sub-criterion of Janbazan neighborhood is better than the Bolaghi neighborhood because the fabric of the Janbazan neighborhood is planned. In general, little attention has been paid to this criterion and its sub-criteria in both neighborhoods. The only difference between the two neighborhoods is the social-cultural aspect at the local scale criterion. This is because the original inhabitants of the Bolaghi neighborhood have a greater sense of belonging and social interaction than the Janbazan neighborhood. Therefore, it is necessary to create breathing spaces in these neighborhoods to improve their qualification. Furthermore, these spaces are effective in reducing a variety of contaminants and natural hazards. Manuscript profile

The rhetorical and phonetic phenomena of the fundamental structures in the literary context are considered to be one of the most important linguistic, unique and distinctive artistic mechanisms in the Holy Quran. The translator of the Holy Qur'an, though skilled in the work, sometimes relies on the transmission of rhetorical and phonetic imagery in many cases. This is actually to arrange the meaning and meaning of the sentence, as the link between the image and the concept is incomplete due to the loop. In this study, the authors have attempted to convey this problem to the play by citing examples of these rhetorical and phonetic phenomena embodied in many Qur'anic verses, a problem that does not overshadow the nature of translation. So we present some of the solutions we've come up with, as well as familiarizing ourselves with some of the possible alternatives to it, using the experts' experience in translation. Abolfazl Bahrampour is one of these translators who has had a great ability in understanding and translating the text of the Holy Quran in his translation. Of course, he also had weaknesses that the present article, after stating the general features of Al-Waqi'ah Surah, studies the translation of Abolfazl Bahrampour in various rhetorical purposes; First, he deals with the rhetorical features such as simile, metaphor, irony, emphasis, attention, etc. in the verses of Al-Waqi'ah Surah, and then he compares those rhetorical intentions with Bahrampour's translation. Some omissions of translations are due to the precise and complex structure of the Qur'anic language, which has made translators prefer one translation over another, but some slips are also due to weakness in the structure of the word or its morphological, syntactic and rhetorical style; Some (translators) also undertook interpretive translation and elaborated without separating the original word from the interpretive margins. the aim of the present study is to study the semantics of the contrast between the words Ease and Difficulty in the Holy Quran; Because in addition to vocabulary sources, one of the best ways to know the meaning of words is to apply them semantically opposed to each other. Another way is to use the context of the verses before and after. Sometimes, from the context or meaning of the opposite word, meanings of a word are understood that are not found in any dictionary. At the same time, there is a semantic similarity between the understood meaning and the root principle of the word. The more we understand the meanings of the verses, the more we will enjoy the meanings of the verses of the Qur'an and the better we will benefit from the verses of God in our material and spiritual life. One of the most important results of this research is to realize the semantic beauties of Quranic verses along with more accurate knowledge of the meaning of these two words, familiarity with the two methods and their use, and that whenever God first mentions Yasir and then expresses difficulty, it is a kind of warning. Has given and whenever difficulty has preceded ease, it has promised and hoped that the difficulty will be removed and the opening will be achieved. Manuscript profile

Analysis and detection of stylistic elements can only be achieved by detailing the frequency of exit from the soft language. This detail requires an examination of the literary, linguistic, and intellectual details of a literary text. The element of color is one of the cases in which the quality of its rhetorical and semantic use varies in different literary styles and periods. By examining the functions and rhetorical developments of this pictorial element, a stylistic metamorphosis can be shown. Since stylistic developments are not very accurate and possible except by considering a wide range, so by considering five styles of Persian poetry and three prominent poets from each style, the subject has been addressed. The results show that in Khorasani style, descriptive compounds resulting from colors are in sensory matters and often with elements of nature. The predominant tricks in this style are the use of metaphor. in the Seljuk style, the frequency of abstract compounds is higher and the functions of irony, allegory and symbolism are higher in the field of mysticism and social issues (with the emergence of Sanai). In the Azerbaijani style, the rhetorical and expressive industries reach their peak, and the color "bleu" becomes a means of creating ambiguity, metaphor and irony with high frequency. In this style, “haft peykar” has a special place because it also uses the symbolism of myth (in colors). in the Iraqi style, too, most sensory combinations are used to explain mental concepts. One of the tools influencing the audience is using the power of words to convey secondary meanings, and this issue is well seen in the secondary meanings of interrogatives. Due to the necessity and necessity of the topic, the poet raises news, orders and prohibitions in the form of questions, because the effect of the sentences of news or orders and prohibitions in the form of interrogatives is much greater on the listener than in the form of news or orders and prohibitions. Is; The poet expresses his meaning in the form and construction of questions in order to make the reader or listener to think faster and better, or to prevent him or to arouse his emotions. Literary questions in sentences often have no answer and are used to achieve various rhetorical functions. In this research, the author is trying to investigate the rhetorical question in Kassab Kashani's poems with descriptive-analytical method and library tools and to answer the question that what are the most implied meanings of questioning used in Kassab Kashani's poetry? The results of the research indicate that most of the questions in Kassab Kashani's poetry include the implicit meaning of helplessness and expressing despair, and Kassab has used all the linguistic tricks and abilities in the structure of semantics in his poem and embellished his speech in a way. Field and Aims: The legitimacy or acceptability of political systems is created through general elections and the will of the nations, and some governments consider their legitimacy extraterrestrial and the only acceptability of the political system from the people. Like the system of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which is stated in the preamble of its constitution, "Government, from the point of view of Islam, does not arise from the position of class and domination of an individual or group, but is the crystallization of the political ideal of a nation of the same religion and like-minded people, which organizes itself in the process of intellectual and ideological evolution. Open your way to the final goal (moving towards Allah). However, the acceptance and holding of elections in all parts of the world is dependent on an electoral system based on which governments manage democracy. In this article, we seek to present a desirable election model based on general election policies by studying the German and American electoral systems.Method: This research article is applied and developmental in terms of its purpose, and the data was collected by library method and analyzed by qualitative method.Finding and Conclusion: Concerned about making the election system of the country fundamental, the Supreme Leader announced the general election policies in 18 paragraphs to the officials of the country on October 24, 2016, and no comprehensive election system has been developed and implemented in this regard. Considering that the electoral system of Germany and America is also proportional and majority; By studying international standards based on the 18 policies announced by the leadership, we have presented a "proportional democratic" electoral system with a specific and comprehensive structure. One of the specifications that distinguishes one literary work from the other is the kind of its utility from its rhetoric structure which are illustrated by the writer in different ways. Regarding the epic genre of this poetry, Aref tries to create his poetry in higher or the same rank of the Shahnameh of Ferdowsi. In the discussion of rhetorics, he sometimes succeeds and the other times fails. Aref's most significant craft in this work is the sensitive expression in the description of the scenes and the choice of similarity in a different atmosphere in a distich. Epic Archaism (Distinct feature of the style used in Qaysarnameh written by Adib Pishavari)   *Safa Kazemian Moghadam PhD student, Persian language and Literature, Ferdowsi University, Mashhad, Iran. **Farzad Ghaemi Assistant Professor, Persian language and literature, Ferdowsi University, Mashhad, Iran. Date of reception: 96/10/11 Date of acceptance: 96/12/6 Abstract Epic archaism is the simultaneous employment of epic as an influential and elevated style mingled with a form of archaism which lead to the sublimity of poet’s language. Qaysarnameh composed by Adib Pishavari is a complete example of using epic as a model blended with archaism as far as diction, syntax, and rhetoric are concerned.  This historic epic more than any other works in its era had remained devoted to the linguistic and literary traditions of his ancestors. Adib Pishavari has made tremendous effort to preserve Khorasani language.  Inspired by Shahnameh and using it as a model he took profound care to adhere to its style.  Archaism is one of the main reasons for preservation of epic language in Qaysarnameh.  This research studies different aspects of epic archaism in this work.  This quality in Adib’s poetry had found stylistic individuality in terms of diction, syntax and rhetoric.  Making words with new political, social, and military expressions, representation of Khorasani syntax and creation of compound images based on the ancient epic similes are among the principle features found in Qaysarnameh.     * . safakazemian@gmail.com ** . farzadghaemi@gmail.com Manuscript profile
