1 - Developing a Comprehensive Model of Strategic Thinking as an Organizational Competency for the NIGC (Iranian National Gas Co.)

Researchers have recently proposed a hybrid approach that has led to the development of an organizational competency. Objective: the purpose of this study was to develop a comprehensive and process model of strategic thinking for the Iran National Gas Company`s mangers, in accordance with synthesizing the recent studies, as an organizational competency which separated in two dimensions of content and strategies with the aim of developing its components as well as identifying and explaining the unique requesting factors, the underlying factors on both the individual and organizational levels and the expected outcomes. Methods: the research plan was an exploratory combination which through qualitative strategies (Grounded Theory and meta-synthesis), primary conceptual model was obtained. Then, through a quantitative strategy (survey), model was tested. In the qualitative section, a targeted sampling method, a semi-structured interview with managers of strategic level, as well as a taking notes of the company's documents, were applied. In quantitative section, based on vizenry rule, the number and member of sample were determined. The number of sample was determined based on the Vinzi`s rule and STQv6 test. Data was collected by using an electronic questionnaire. Findings: the requirements including environmental, organizational and value as requesting factors, the visionary manager and the corporate entrepreneurship as the underlying factors, the content dimension of strategic thinking, including 5 methods of divergent thinking, strategies include 6 ways of thinking, the target and expected outcomes including 4 organizational capabilities, in whole, form the strategic thinking model. Results: strategic thinking, should be used as an organizational competency focused on the organizational goals and in accordance with environmental requirement to optimally develop organization's capabilities. Hence in the past time , Management Accountants were the proletariat. With the passage of time and changes in management accounting ٬ managers gone found that Management Accountants are invaluable. Hence the managers using in the current time of the management accountants comments in the guidance and control of business ٬ and as partner of decisions and value creation people . Results of the present study indicates ٬ at the current time ٬ management accountants are not proletariat, and in performing their duties more emphasis on expertise and skill . management accountants at the current time providing strategy and create the highest level of knowledge (wisdom ) for management and they will assist in deciding. 10 - Developing a Paper Conceptual Framework for Institutionalization ICT in Primary Education

Therefore, regarding the review of literature, the main factors in ICT in primary educational system were recognized and classified into six components such as: systems, equality, proficiency, practice, access, and vision. Each component has indexes. In order to test these components and answer the research questions, a questionnaire containing 134 questions was designed. After being sure of reliability and validity of questionnaire, the data were gathered. The sample size was 373 people which include 124 faculty members, 110 ICT specialists, and 136 primary education managers. Analyzing data through statistical method such as: one sample T test, factor analysis, and Cronbach Alpha test. The results showed that all six components were regarded as ICT components in primary educational system. Based on research framework for institutionalization ICT in primary educational system has been presented, in which all components are highly important and the primary educational leaders and managers should take advantage of this framework to develop and improve ICT in the educational system. For adaptation of this framework university members and ICT specialists and primary education managers were consulted, they all agreed on its utility for primary educational system. One of the main tools to recognize the right path is to have insight into that path or topic. The role of insight throughout history and in influential events is undeniable. There have been many rulers who have changed the fate of a nation due to lack of insight. But in the modern era, human problems have become more complicated, the role of insight should be more colorful; therefore, this article will analyze the role of insight in contemporary human life with a descriptive and analytical method and by referring to Quranic verses and specific interpretations including Tafsīr Tasnīm. In this regard, firstly, the definition of insight has been defined, then the necessity and benefit of insight has been presented according to the verses and views of the commentators, then the ways of gaining insight have been discussed. Finally, insight is a gift from Allah the Almighty and is of the nature of perception, which is not an acquired knowledge, and it should be achieved by thinking about Allah's verses; and if the common people achieve it to some extent, many problems of human society will be solved. Martyr Hassan Tehrani Moghadam was one of the influencers of soft power of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the region. He was one of the founders of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and the military and command systems, a scholar, a mystic, and a great mujahideen. In the current research, an attempt has been made to answer this question, what are the components of the soft power of Shahid Hassan Tehrani Moghadam by emphasizing the statements of Imam Khamenei? Researchers have conceptualized the data obtained from the statements of Imam Khamenei by using the method of thematic analysis. Based on those concepts, the primary themes (divine intention, connection with the Quran and prayer, firm determination, strong will, being sharp, knowing the right path, heavy revolutionary work, seriousness in responsibilities, being powerful, moving wisely and prioritization of tasks) and organizing themes (good faith in God, belief in God's help, guardianship, adherence, cleverness, awareness, openness, diligence, jihadi effort, frost and double effort) were obtained. Finally, by combining and integrating the inclusive themes, the five dimensions of trust in God, responsibility, insight, tirelessness and quickness combined with tact were extracted with emphasis on the statements of Imam Khamenei.
