Using antioxidants is a known method to increase the number of follicles and ovulation in animals and humans. Curcumin inhibits lipoxygenase, cyclooxygenase. Hence in this study, we examine the effects of different concentrations of curcumin on ovarian tissue culture in NMRI species mice. In this study, 40 varies of female mouse with five weeks ages are transferred to organ culture containers. Studied groups treated by different concentrations of curcumin (10, 20, 40, 80) ng/ml. The ovaries were cultured for 6 days and studied in the case of number of follicles and single layers size and granulosa and analyzed by SPSS software version 20 and ANOVA test. The number of single layer primary follicles in control group (2/3 ± 7/15) and treat groups with 10, 20, 40, 80 ng/ml concentrations of curcumin were (9/5 ± 3/33, 0/5 ± 0/31, 2/4 ± 5/31, 2/3 ± 7/15) respectively which showed a significant increase in all of the treat groups compared with control group (P <0.05). There is also a significant increase in the number of mature follicles in the number of mature follicles cultured in control group (0/4±40) compared with treat group with 10 ng/ml (2/3 ± 5/48). According to the obtained results on the number and quality of follicles, it seem that this method is effective in production, maintain and development of ovarian follicles in culture medium. Objective: Many researchers are trying to clarify necessary hormonal factors for structural distinguishability and functional activities of ovarian tissue by using cell culture and tissue culture techniques. Hence, in this study, we examined ovarian tissue culture on mesenchymal stem cells isolated from cultured adipose tissue.Materials and methods: In this study, mesenchymal stem cells became isolated from adipose tissue of the mouse. After five days and monolayer formation of Mesenchymal stem cells, obtained ovarian was placed on the cultured Mesenchymal stem cells’ monolayer for 7 days. Results: The results of this study show that numbers of mature follicles for treat group compared to the control group were 61/1±2/2 and 38/1±1/9, respectively which had a significant increase compared to control group (P<0/05). This shows the efficiency of tissue culture in co-culture with Mesenchymal stem cells. The real-time PCR studies also confirmed the decrease in the BAX genes in treatment Groups to compare the control group (P<0/05). According to the results yielded regarding the number and quality of obtained follicles, it seems that this method is efficient and of high importance in producing mature follicles, and subsequently high quality oocytes and embryo.   Manuscript profile

Effects of silymarin and 17β estradiol (E2) on gonadosomatic index and histological changes of oocytes were investigated in female Three spot Gourami. 100 immature female fish with mean weight of (2.5±0.5g) were evaluated in 8 treatments with 2 control groups. The fishes in different groups were treated with silymarin and E2 separately (10,20,30,50 mg/kg). Control one received 20µL methanol and control two was intact. After 20 days experimental fishes ovaries removed and weighted. Histopathological studies of ovary and gonadosomatic indires of fishes of the 8 tretments were compared with those of control groups, fishes. Statistical analysis showed that the results of comparison of amount of GSI for silymarin in first and second treatments was 1.2% and for third and fourth treatments was 1/8% Amount of GSI for (E2) in fifth treatment was 0.7% and sixth treatment was 1.2% and for seventh and eighth treatments it was 1.75% in comparison with control group which was 0.5% these defferences were significant (P<0.05). This result was approved by histopathological finding which showed that fourth and eighth treatment were more effective because begining moving Germinal vesicle on growth and maturation of oocytes in female three Spot Gourami. One of the very dangerous contaminants in environment as a result of technology development and industries is lead and its derivatives. There are several reports that show causes of infertility in people in different ways to lead. In this study was to evaluate the antioxidant effect of cinnamon on the elimination of lead poisoning on the changes in ovarian tissue. Animals used 42 adult female Wistar rats were divided into 7 groups, including control group that received no drug, the Sham group 1 (solvent), Sham group 2 (0.6 g daily lead acetate), Sham group 3 (1.5mg/kg of cinnamon extract daily), experimental groups 1, 2 and 3 per day in addition to 0.6g of lead acetate, respectively 0.1, 0.2 and 0.5 mg/kg cinnamon extract for 14 days. At the end of the ovary was removed and histological studies is performed. The results showed number of primordial follicles in the experimental groups 1, 2 and 3 have decreased compared to control and Sham groups 3(p Manuscript profile

Studies show that Aloe Vera extract can affect the animals reproductive physiological functions. Paraquat is a strong herbicide which is absorbed through respiration, digestion and skin. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of aloe vera extract on the ovary tissue of rats treated with paraquat. 72 female rats were divided into nine groups of control, sham groups and seven experimental groups. Control group received nothing. Sham group just received serum. Experimental groups 1 to 3 received 10, 20 and 40 mg / KgB.W. of aloe vera extract. The fourth experimental group received 4 mg/KgB.W. of paraquat. The experimental groups 5 to 7 received 10, 20 and 40 mg / KgB.W. of aloe vera extract and 4 mg / Kg of paraquat. The results show that the number of initial, primitive, and secondary follicles reduced in experimental group 4 but increased significantly in the second experimental group compared with control groups. Atresia follicles increased significantly in the fourth experimental groups compared with the other groups (P Manuscript profile

Studies shows that Fenugreek is due to estrogenic compounds phytoestrogenic properties. In this study, it is used Fenugreek seed extract as a phytoestrogen and 17β estradiol (E2) on ovarian and liver tissues of female spot gourami. For this purpose, the fshes were released to chlorine less aquarium water, their weighted average was between 1.5 ± 0.5 g. They were kept for one week in same condition for adaptation with new condition. These experiments were performed in ten groups (two control groups and eight treated groups); each group contained ten immature of female fshes. For 20 days, Fenugreek extract and E2 (following doses 10,20,30,50 mg/kg) were injected separately under dorsal fn, injection method was IM (Inter muscular). After 24 hours, ovary and liver tissues were taken, after passage of texture and staining, the tissues were examined under microscope and were compared with control treatment. Then using the software programs like SPSS and statistical tests like DUNCON and ANOVA, Ovarian and liver tissue samples were compared with different treatments as well as Gonadosomatic and hepatosomatic indices were measured. Signifcant differences in treatment of GSI and HSI treated with Trigonella foenum-graceum L and E2 was observed in control groups. Results showed that increasing the dose of fenugreek extract and E2 GSI, HSI and diameter of oocytes increased but this increase was more signifcant in E2.   Manuscript profile
