        The purpose of this study is to provide an effective knowledge management model in the military organization. The research method of this study is based on objective, applied and survey type descriptive information collection method. A questionnaire was used to collect information. Initial data were collected from the experts in the field of knowledge management using semi-open and Delphi interviews and analyzed using MicMac software. Finally, the results of using the cross-impact analysis method indicated that six key factors among the six identified factors in the interview phase had the greatest impact on the future of the knowledge-based military organization These factors were used as the underlying factors in scenario. Initially, three scenarios were presented. The first scenario was related to the goal scenario, the second scenario for knowledge and the third scenario of human resources. The first scenario was the best with optimal planning. Subsequently, each of the key components was ranked. The results of the research revealed six main factors of planning, specialized knowledge, strategy determination, up-to-date information, and team work and experts as components of the effective knowledge management model with a strategic approach in the military organization.         Background: Organizational knowledge is developed through the interaction between tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, and therefore one of the main challenges of knowledge management is to make more and more of the tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge. Purpose: In this research, the repertory gridmethod is introduced as a structured way for acquiring tacit knowledge in the process of organizational knowledge management. Accordingly, an empirical sample of the application of this method to explain the key factors of the success of supply chain quality management has been outlined so that researchers can use this method. Methods: In order to explain the quality management principles of the supply chain based on the repertory gridapproach, which is a valid and useful method for achieving personal structures of individuals, an interview was conducted with 20 industry Zinc experts on the province of Zanjan, which totaled 225 structures in this area. Findings: By conducting content analysis, these structures were reduced to 31 factors, which can be considered as the focal point of supply chain members’ coordination in the field of quality management. Conclusion: The key factors obtained in this study, in addition to the results obtained from the research carried out in this field, are also of a comprehensive nature to the past findings.Therefore, the efficiency and capability of the repertory gridmethod for acquiring tacit knowledge in the KM process are highlighted.         Context: as one of leader organizations in knowledge management, Iran Khodro Industrial Group has been tried hard efforts to find appropriate solutions to develop knowledge process and correct management for its employees. By distance from traditional economic based on knowledge, knowledge altered to basic asset of organizations and its management seems to be essential affair. In modern economic knowledge is main source of economical and industrial improvement. In the research, it has been studied the effect of transformational leadership as one of modern leadership procedures in the organization as well as knowledge management as one of key drivers of organisational performance on the improvement of organizational innovation. Objective: This study aimed to Investigating the mediating role of knowledge management in the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational innovation. Methods: The method of the research is descriptive and its type is correlation in method and its aim is applicative. The Population of this study consisted of all staff Iran Khodro Industrial Group Shirvan That sample was selected by utilizing simple random sampling and 52 individuals selected. data were collected through transformational leadership questionnaire (Bass & Avolio, 2000), knowledge management (chen & et al, 2011), organizational innovation (The combination of questionnaires Jimenez et al, 2008 Pennyadz, 2006, Prajogo & Sohal, 2006), that their validity and reliability were confirmed. Findings: Pearson correlation analysis showed that a positive relationship was found between transformational leadership and organizational innovation. The relationship between transformational leadership and knowledge management, was positive. The results of path analysis suggest that transformational leadership directly (β = 0.71), and indirectly with the mediating role of  knowledge management (β = 0.20) is on effective organizational innovation (Total: β = 0.91). The knowledge management also has a significant impact on organizational innovation(β = 0.28). Conclusion: results showed that knowledge management is the main condition to organizational innovation. In addition, organizational managers can work better in promoting organizational knowledge management through benchmarking transformational leadership style. Manuscript profile

        Knowledge management is a process that helps organizations to make greater power with fewer facilities. Knowledge management is a new method for administrating organization and sharing mental and scientific sources. Implementation of Knowledge management requires provision of appropriate per-requisites. One of the important conditions is coordination among numerous organizational factors. This paper is going to study 2 factors: organizational culture and organizational structure. Knowledge management process has different elements. In this research, we are going to consider elements of knowledge creation and knowledge transfer. The Case is Hamkaran system Company. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant relationship between organizational factors (organizational culture and organizational structure) and elements of knowledge management (knowledge creation and knowledge transfer). The mentioned organizational factors are the most important factors in implementation process of knowledge management.         The present study was conducted by presenting a knowledge management audit model in the Ministry of Oil of Iran. which in terms of practical objectives and in terms of data, exploratory mix (qualitative-quantitative) and in terms of type of study in qualitative dimension, self-emergence data and quantitatively, cross-sectional survey Is. The qualitative population of the study included experts in the field of education, including university professors and senior managers of the Ministry of Petroleum. The sample size consisted of the staff of the staff based on stratified random sampling method and Morgan table of 324 people (163 females and 161 males). In this study, two types of semi-structured interview tools and a researcher-made questionnaire were used to collect the necessary data and information. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed. Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the questionnaire was 0.90. Qualitative data analysis was performed with the help of open, pivotal and selective coding through interviews, Delphi technique, and brainstorming in 5 dimensions (career goals, coach, environment, student, content, management), 13 components and 80 indicators in the dimension. Qualitative was finalized for the knowledge management audit model and then quantitatively analyzed in two parts: 1- Data description 2- Data analysis. The research findings confirm that the implementation of knowledge management processes in the Ministry of Petroleum, like other organizations without a specific and dynamic knowledge management audit model, will be doomed to failure.         The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of knowledge management on smart organizations with the mediating role of technology capabilities. This study was  functional in terms of purpose and methodological in terms of survey. The statistical population of the study  were all employees of  Keshavarzi bank   branches in Tehran from which 310 persons were selected by using Cochran formula with limited population  through relative stratified sampling. The standard questionnaire was used to measure the variables in the present study. To measure knowledge management, Conrad and Newman (1999) questionnaire, to measure technology capabilities, Panda and Ramantan (1996) and to measure the components of intelligent organization, the questionnaire presented in the study of Najar et al. (2015) were used. Spss and Lisrel softwares   were  used for data analysis Results of research hypotheses based on structural equation model showed that knowledge management components (knowledge creation, knowledge storage, knowledge sharing and knowledge utilization) through technology capabilities have a significant impact on smart organization, knowledge storage and knowledge sharing had more effect on  the  smart organization.    Manuscript profile

The software used is MAXQDA.Findings: The findings of the research showed that the factors of creating a healthy and happy educational environment, creating platforms for making the organization smarter, creating a platform for the expansion of information technology, creating transparency in the missions and goals and visions of the organization as background factors, individual development of employees and learning environment. The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of knowledge on successful customer relationship management in the municipality. To manage knowledge-based theory of "Bahat" in five dimensions, acquisition, registration, creation, transfer and application of knowledge is defined. The population of the study directors and employees of the municipality is the city Osku. Their number is 70 and the sample size was estimated based on the Morgan 59. Data collection for this study was a questionnaire. After the validity and reliability of the samples were analyzed.         Objective: Localization of knowledge management categories based on the basic model of knowledge building includes the following: Objectives, identification, acquisition, development, sharing, maintenance, use and evaluation of knowledge in the artistic field of the Islamic Propagation Organization. Research method: The research method was qualitatively based on the Delphi approach. The research population consisted of 21 knowledge experts and senior managers of the organization. The research data collection tool was a questionnaire based on a five-choice liquor spectrum, with a very small to very large scale. This method has been used to determine knowledge management indicators based on the model of knowledge building with the help of experts. The statistical population of this research in the Delphi section is made up of experts who are aware of the subject who were 21 experts including managers and people with artistic degrees in the field of art of the Islamic Propagation Organization. Purposeful and judgmental sampling method was used to perform the Delphi process. Findings: Since Kendall coefficient represents a measure of consensus of Delphi panel members, the findings show that knowledge identification category with a coefficient of 0.75, knowledge acquisition category with a coefficient of 0.1, knowledge protection category indicator with a coefficient of 1 with strong consensus, the category of knowledge development with a coefficient of 0.65 with a strong consensus, the category of knowledge measurement with a coefficient of 0.52 and the category of knowledge use with a coefficient of 0.55 with a medium consensus, the category of knowledge objectives with a coefficient of 0.33, and the category of knowledge distribution with a coefficient of 0/35 were consolidated and localized with weak consensus. Conclusion: In the category of knowledge distribution, the indicator of support for rules and regulations with an average of 9.4 is more important and in the category of objectives under the categories of determining the level and capacity of knowledge, determining goals and culture of knowledge, determining strategic goals of knowledge to describe and increasing the capacity of the need for future knowledge, the operational goals of knowledge in order to act the normalized knowledge of strategic knowledge with an average of 4.2 percent is of greater importance.         AbstractThis research was done to create an acquaintance with the subject of knowledgemanagement, its effects on schools success and its utilities in teachers’ activities.The population of the study in this project consisted of the whole number of girlhigh school students in Tehran among which we randomly chose a sample of 381girls, studying in the second grade. The research tool, with which the data weregathered, was a questionnaire in the form of four-choice items. The resulting datawere analyzed by doing descriptive and inferential statistics (independent t-test andPearson correlation coefficient). The results of the analysis showed that the more theteachers are familiar with the elements of knowledge management, the more they actin it and it brings about an enhancement in their performance.
