Be The main purpose of the research is to investigate the effect of organizational culture of Shine model on organizational performance with the role of mediation of innovation. Methodology: This research has been applied to the purpose and descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of the experts was the Central Bureau of Agriculture, which was 700 people. According to the Cochran formula, 247 individuals were selected as samples. The simple random sampling method and the data gathering tool are three standard questionnaires: Edgar Schien Organizational Culture Questionnaire (1985), Karabolt Organizational Performance (2015), Organizational Innovation Jimenez-Jimenez and others (2008), Penyadez (2006), Perajko & Sohel(2006), confirmed by professors and content experts, and the reliability of all three questionnaires was calculated through Cronbach's alpha higher than 70/0 Glomogroup test and correlation coefficient and structural equations were used to analyze the data. Founding: The research findings show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the organizational performance with the mediator role of innovation. Conclusion: The results show that manufacturing, process, and administrative innovations have a positive effect on organizational performance.         Our main goal of conducting the current research was to investigate the current and desirable organizational culture of effective secondary schools in Bandar Abbas city. This research is of applied type and it is among quantitative research of descriptive-survey type. The statistical population included all male and female students of effective secondary schools in Bandar Abbas city (3000 people). The statistical sample was selected using the stratified random sampling method and through Cochran's formula, 585 girls and boys in the first and second high school years were selected. In order to collect data, the "school culture" questionnaire was used by Alessandro and Sade (1997). The face and content validity of the questionnaire was approved by experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained through Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.86. Descriptive statistics indicators and inferential statistics tests with SPSS25 software were used to describe and analyze the questionnaire data. The results indicated that the gap between the current situation and the ideal situation of school culture from the point of view of female students is large in the components of normative expectations and educational opportunities, respectively. Also, the distance between the current situation and the desired situation is moderate in the components of student relations, student and teacher relations, respectively.         Abstract In this study, the researcher has studied the relation between the organizational culture and improvement in the secondary schools performance. The statistical population comprises all boys' and girls' high school principals and teachers from the five areas and from Jey district in 2006-2007 , to taling 7069 in number. Using randomized stratified sampling proportionate to the sample size,294 principals and teachers (76 principals and 218 teachers) were selected for the sample size. The measurement instrument was and organizational culture questionnaire. The three components: teamwork, attention to the client's needs and preparing the ground for organizational learning were classified as quality improvement components and such components as enablement and delegation of power to employees, development of abilities in high school teachers and employees, attention to pivotal values, attracting the agreement of high school teachers and employees, creation of coordination and integrity among employees, preparing the ground for change a school classified as organizational culture components. As the questionnaire was standardized, it was valid and based on the cronbach's Alpha, the reliability was 0.96 to analyze the data, statistical methods including freqvency Distribution Table, percentiles, mean store, standard deviation and graphs were used descriptively and analysis of variance for multiple variables, independent t-test, Pearson's correlation index and Tuckey tests were used inferentially, Data analysis indicated that there was a relation between organizational culture and improvement in the performance of Esfahan high schools' further, there was a positive and significant relation between enablement and power delegation to employment (r=0.679), development of high school teachers' and employees' capabilities (r=0.68 ), attention to pivotal values (r=0.556 ), attracting the agreement of high school teachers and employees (r=0.596 ), effective leadership (r=0.751 ), attention to long-term and short-term goals (r=0.669 ) and attention to broad perspectives at school (r=0.649 ) and quality improvement.            The main objective of the study is to investigate the relationship between the organizational culture and participative management in girls high-school in Tabriz.1387-88.To obtain the objective the study deals with and tests eight hypothesis. The method of the study was descriptive-correlation. The statistical population included 78 managers and 1599 teachers in girls high-school in fifth district of Tabriz .using cochrans adjusted formula the sample size was 65 managers and 325 teachers. In order to collect the data two questionnaires, namely one standard (the Denison model)and a researcher made  questionnaire were used. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were used. For data analysis Pearson s correlation and SPSS software was used.         Intercultural research in societies showed that the development and evolution of accounting in any society depends on environmental and social factors of that society. Any insight into how values ​​can be impacted through accounting behavior and ultimately the impact of financial disclosure is important to ensure comparability of financial reporting. For this reason, in this study, the effect of organizational culture characteristics on the relationship between profit management and readability of financial reports in companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange during the years 2011 to 2018 is investigated. To measure the organizational culture variable, the Globe questionnaire, the readability variable of financial reports, Fogg index and the profit management variable, Kazink model have been used. The results show that futurism, gender equality, assertiveness, extra-group collectivism, intra-group collectivism and altruism affect the relationship between earnings management and the readability of financial statements.         The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between organizational culture and job motivation of primary school teachers in district 15 of Tehran. The statistical population included all primary school teachers in district 15 of Tehran, and according to the Morgan- Krejcie table, the sample size was estimated to be 306 people. The data collection tool includes Denison's organizational culture questionnaire (2000). Herzberg's job motivation questionnaire (2000) was used to assess job motivation. The findings showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the organizational culture and teachers' job motivation (p=0.0 and r=0.480). Therefore, it can be said with 99. % confidence that with the improvement of the organizational culture, the job motivation of the teachers in the sample group will increase and vice versa. The findings also showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the components of participation, stability and integration, flexibility and mission of organizational culture and job motivation of teachers. Considering the significance of each of the research hypotheses, practical suggestions such as; holding training courses to promote organizational culture and its components for education principals and teachers, awareness of the prevailing culture in schools and research suggestions such as; This study was conducted qualitatively in the community of education teachers and examined the factors affecting the organizational culture of schools.         Abstract : The aimed of this research is specify relationship between organizational culture and vocation development of teachers is from the perspective of primary school teachers in Shiraz. The descriptive research method was correlational.The statistics society was include all of teachers of primary schools of Shiraz city, in the academic year 94-95 have working. For selected the sample group, one-stage cluster sampling was used that a total of 322 persons were selected. Measuring tools, is questionnaires of organizational culture of Denison (Denison, 2000) and Professional Development of  Auby (auby, 1393),  Data obtained from questionnaires using descriptive and inferential statistical methods were analyzed with  SPSS software. The results obtained is show that: A)   there are direct and significant relationship between organizational culture and professional development of teachers. B) there are direct and significant relationship between dimensions of organizational culture and professional development of teachers.
