Context and Objectives: Leadership style of managers is an effective factor in shaping the future of human capital in the organization.The purpose of this research is to "analyze the impact of leadership styles on succession management". Method: The statistical population consisted of employees, experts and managers of F.J.Co. Their number is 2452 persons in 1395, of which 205 samples were used in this research. This research is in terms of the purpose of applied research, and in terms of its nature and method, it is a type of field research descriptive research. Data analysis was performed using spss software and descriptive and inferential statistics were also performed by amos software. Findings: According to the results, it was found that leadership styles have an impact on succession management, and its coefficient of influence is 0.84. Also, among the studied styles, participatory leadership style has more influence on succession management (0.66) than other styles. The directorial style is 0.32, supportive leadership style is 0.38, and tacit leadership style has an impact coefficient of 0.36 on succession management. Conclusion: Managers of F.J.Co can use collaborative leadership style, if they consider the management and successor programs, considering the facilities and availability of the conditions. The present research has been done with the purpose of cyberspace effect on Tehranian women؛s lifestyle.Statistical community of 18-40 year old women in Tehran 2015-2016 was up to 316996 people.The statistical samples of 384 persons which are randomly classified by using Morgans determining sample size chart from areas 2 and 5. Instrument for data collection has done the questionnaire based on Likert،s Five-Point scale comparising of 46 items in 5 choices. The validity of the questionnaire has been evaluated by supervisor professor and 10 expert and the reliability evaluated and calculated by means of Cronbach Alpha as well and the final coefficient for the total questionnaire was 0/97. In descriptive statistics، abundance and average percentage، Median and extension and standard deviation are calculated. To investigate the effect of variables Biomial test and Regression analysis were used in inferentioal statistics. Using SPSS application to analysis data and achieved following consequences: from total of 46 questions which are subclasses of Audio message، Visual message، Cultural advertises، Social interaction، Immoral programs and Adornment appearence which immoral programs had the most and social interactions had the least affect on the women، s lifestyle. AbstractToday, relationships and lifestyle changes has become to an important matter, especially in traditional societies. We can seen this changes better in the rural societies compared to the urbans. There is no doubt this change and evolutions has important affect in different arena and also Influence on the process and its outcomes. this article is try to study and evaluate the changing of lifestyle indexes and its affect on quality of life and also on mode of production in rurals of Ardabil province. This research is correlational kinds of research and analyzing of data has been done by both quantitative and qualitative methods. The information has been gathered by means of questioner technique. The sample society consisted of villages in ardabil which includes 16 villages and 320 people. Rural sample selected by clustrd method and housholds seslected by systematic random methods. The result of this study shows that ther is significant relationship between using of media and social networks with lifestyle change in our case study. The socio cultural cange in Ardabil rurals are much more than changing in production mode also. Developing od aaeducational infrastructure spacially between producers and farmers and also producing new methods of marketing and production of information about rural lifestyle in syberic space can lead changes to desired point. The precise question in this research is whether perceptions of health are similar across age groups. How do they deal with this phenomenon? Answering this question, Grounded Theory and Semi-Structured Interviewing Technique with 32 Young Adults in Semnan City were used. Findings show lifestyle is a key element in health behavior to the extent that some experts consider the two to be the same. Among young people, more attention is paid to exercise, to body management, to having good limbs and to avoid fatty foods. Adult eating, however, is perceived as a pleasure and people do not avoid foods that are potentially pathogenic. Younger people are therefore more inclined to the paradigm of beautiful and fitted bodies, while older people tend to be more traditional antidotes. "Health behavior" varies between the two age groups. For young people, the body is regarded as a capital, but adults perceive health as an instrument for fulfilling daily life. Manuscript profile

One of the ways to recognize the linguistic and thought components of writers and poets is to examine their works from a stylistic point of view. Identifying stylistic elements in literary works leads the audience to the intellectual and linguistic world of the poet and writer. On the other hand, contemporary Iranian poetry underwent many changes and transformations from the coup d'etat of 28 August to the Islamic Revolution, influenced many events of Iranian writers and, consequently, their works, and each of them reflected in its own style and context. These events took place, in the sense that in addition to the content of their poems, their words and speech were also influenced by these contemporary currents, and even the romances of many poets were somehow influenced by political and social events. The present research is a descriptive and analytical method to analyze the poems of Nader Naderpour from contemporary poets with a light look. Findings indicate that in Naderpour's poems there are components of individual style: highlighting concepts and themes (mainly romantic and personal), using labeled words (using colors and elements of nature as a symbol), using pristine rhetorical elements And now that Nader Naderpour is a sign of novelism, they are considered as one of the prominent features of his poetry style, which is expressed in a simple and psychological way and has been presented to the audience. Seyedziauddin Tabatabai Yazdi, one of the agents of the March 1299 coup, is one of the most influential politicians in Iran's contemporary history, although his political life is closely linked with press activities, but his political face casts a shadow over his pen face.At the age of sixteen, he started working as a journalist with the newspaper Nedaya Islam (1288); Then he published Sharq (1327) and Barq (1328) and Raad (until the coup of 1299).By foreclosing one newspaper, he started another newspaper and spread critical thoughts with harsh and reckless language.In this article, while introducing the newspapers and written works of Seyyedziaddin Tabatabai, using the "layered stylistics" method, his lexical style was examined in a descriptive and analytical method by referring to the aforementioned newspaper sources. The purpose of this study is to present an organizational culture model at the Free Islamic University based on leadership styles (act oriented, transformational), organizational commitment, empowerment. this study is applicable in terms of data collection method, in terms of data collection method descriptive - survey in terms of data type data and the statistical population is quantitative, including all employees working at the Islamic Azad quantitative sample size was determined as sample using Cochran formula. the data were collected by a random sampling method. data were collected by a researcher - made questionnaire of organizational culture with emphasis on three standard questionnaires of leadership styles (pragmatic, transformational), organizational commitment and empowerment. quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, tables, figures and graphs. in the inferential part, factor analysis (confirmatory, exploration) and structural equation modeling (sem) and t - test were used. the results showed that organizational culture elements in the free Islamic university, respectively, include creativity and innovation (84), risk to partial (89), attention to (87), Paying attention to the members (81), attention (82), ambition (87), ambition (87), stability (0), stability (90). the results of the study showed that the status of the identified dimensions of organizational culture at the free Islamic university is in higher order than the mean. in addition, the results of the study showed that organizational commitment elements with path coefficient (84), organizational commitment (0), empowerment (82 / 82), meaningful effect on organizational culture model implementation. On the other hand, in the present situation, the level of meaning is in all variables in a desirable state. based on the identified components of the organizational culture model, its fitness was evaluated by using categorical, comparative, and adjusted indexes which showed the fitness results. Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the fit of the model of the relationship between religiosity and excellence after trauma with the mediating role of creativity and thinking style in veterans.Method: The present study is descriptive and correlational. The study sample was 362 veterans who were selected by simple random method from veterans (25 to 70%) of the Martyrs and Veterans Affairs Foundation of the cities of Tehran province in (1399). Data were collected using questionnaires of excellence after Tedچیi and Calhoun (2011), Allport and Ross religiosity (1950), Torrance creativity (1966) and Sternberg and Wagner (1979) thinking style. Data were analyzed using path analysis and SPSS25 and Amos24 software.Results: The results of path analysis showed that religiosity on thinking style, creativity and excellence after trauma; Thinking style on creativity; Creativity and thinking style have had direct and significant effects on post-traumatic excellence. Religiosity also has a positive and significant indirect effect on post-traumatic excellence through the mediating role of creativity.Conclusion: Religiosity along with creativity has a great effect on post-traumatic excellence in people with trauma. In other words, people with higher religiosity, religiosity affects their creativity And these people, in order to return to ideal conditions, with the help of their abilities and facilities, undertake mental and psychological reconstruction; Thus excellence is predictable after impact.Keywords: Trauma, Post-Traumatic Excellence, Religiosity, Creativity, Thinking Style. The present study aimed at identifying the relationship between the teacher-student thinking style match/mismatch and students’ creativity dimensions. The research method in this study is descriptive and correlation. The study population consisted of all students of Ijtehad higher education institute in 1394-1395. From this population, 100 students (including 39 males and 61 females) were selected through Stratified Random Sampling approach to answer to a thinking style questionnaire as well as the Torrance Tests of Creativity. Their teachers – a group of six- were also given a questionnaire of thinking style in teaching. The Pearson correlation coefficient and the regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The findings show that, in general, the match of judicial thinking style (r=-0.34,p<0/01 ) and conservative thinking style (r=-0.42,p<0/01) have meaningful relationships with innovation and extension of creativity (r=-0/32,p<0/01). Concerning the investigation of the four dimensions of creativity, the findings of the study show that the match of the judicial thinking style (Beta= -0.35) and mismatch of the liberal thinking style (Beta =0.37) were the most predictive. The final findings of the study show that the match of the thinking styles has more relationship with creativity than the mismatch of thinking styles. In addition to develop creativity, the judicial and liberal thinking styles ought to be developed in both teachers and students. Manuscript profile

The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of writing skills training on students’ intuitive learning style and problem solving based on MDP& MLP in Alborz Province. The research method was Quasi-experimental by using a two-group design with pre-test and post-test. Sample size was 120 students who were randomly selected as clusters from among a statistical population consisting of 4154 fifth-graders and 4237 sixth-graders in the academic year of 2017- 2018. Sixty students of sample group were randomly put in the experimental group and the others into the control group. First, both groups took the pre-test. The experimental group was trained in 10 sessions of writing skills training based on MDP& MLP and the control group was exposed to routine school education. Then both groups received post-test. Data were collected by a researcher-made questionnaire with Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient of 0.90. The data were analyzed by SPSS software.The results of multivariate analysis of variance showed that there was a significant difference between the mean scores of the components of intuitive learning style and problem solving in both groups. There was also a significant difference in the pre-test and post-test of the experimental group (P≤0.01).Conclusion: Teaching writing skills based on MDP& MLP has a positive and significant effect on the intuitive learning style and problem solving (P≤0.01).Keywords:Writing Skills, Multidimensional Programming, Multimedia Learning Package, Intuitive Learning Style, Problem Solving.
