The purpose of this study was to develop and test a causal model of students' tendency to addiction based on differentiation through alexithymia and responsibility. The research method was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of the study included all undergraduate students of Azad University units in Tehran in the academic year of 2018-19. Cluster sampling was used to select the sample under study, with 350 students being selected as the sample group. Research instruments included the the Wade and Butcher Addiction Scale (1992), the Toronto Alexithymia Scale (1994), the Scorn and Friedlander Differentiation Scale (1998), Nemati Responsibility Scale (1387). They were. Descriptive (mean, standard deviation, tilting and elongation) and inferential (structural equation modeling) methods were used for data analysis using SPSS and Amos software. The results of the measurement model analysis showed that the factor structure of the research scales was acceptable. The results of the conceptual model test indicated that the fit indices of the research model were in good condition. The hypothesis regarding the indirect effect of differentiation on students' tendency to addiction through alexithymia and responsibility was confirmed (p <0.05). The findings of the study indicated that the conceptual model of the research was appropriate. Accordingly, in addiction treatment clinics, attention to antidepressant antecedents and differentiation is necessary to reduce the level of tendency to addiction. . Subsequent results of the study showed that the hypothesis regarding the indirect effect of differentiation on students' addiction tendency mediated by emotional malaise and responsibility was rejected by 95%. Purpose: The aim of the present study was the Compassion of treatment method forgiveness and compare it with effectiveness of Worthington method forgiveness of treatment on Alexithymia and Emotional Safety of Adolescents attempting Suicide in Isfahan. Methodology: The research method was quasi-experimental with pre-test, post- test and follow up with control group. The statistical population included all adolescents in the age group of 16 to 18 years who attempted suicide in Isfahan and sample size included 90 people, 30 of whom were randomly selected in the experimental group (treatment method forgiveness), 30 people in the experimental group (Worthington method forgiveness of treatment) and 30 in the control group and selected by available sampling method. Indigenous package based on ancient Persian literature of forgiveness (based on poems by Ferdowsi, Nezami, Khayyam, Molavi, Saadi and Roudaki) was implemented for adolescents who attempted suicide in the experimental group (in 8 sessions). Measurement tools included the 13- item Emotional Safety Questionnaire of Casey Family Service Center (2007) and the 20-item Alexithymia Questionnaire of Bagby, Parker and Taylor (1994). For data analysis, covariance analysis test with repeated measures was used. Findings: The results showed that there was a There was a significant difference between the effectiveness Worthington's forgiveness therapy and native package made by the researcher on the emotional safety of adolescents attempting suicide. Conclusion: There was also a There was no significant difference between the effectiveness of Worthington's forgiveness therapy and native package made by the researcher on emotional dyslexia of adolescents attempting suicide. O besity is one of the most common problems in today's world that can reduce the life satisfaction of people with this problem. Therefore, it is important to identify the factors related to their satisfaction with their lives. The present research was devoted to the role of alexithymia and rumination in predicting the life satisfaction of obesity patients. The research method was descriptive and correlational based. Among all obese and overweight women who referred to weight loss treatment centers (centers for nutrition counseling and dietary regimen) in Tehran in 1395, 106 women with a minimum degree of education at the age range of 15-65 and a BMI higher than 30 were selected. They responded to Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS, Diener, Emmons, Larsen, & Griffin, 1985), Toronto Alexithymia Scale (TAS, Bagby, Parker, & Taylor, 1994), and Ruminative Response Scale (RRS, Nolen-Hoeksema and Marrow, 1991). The results of regression analysis showed that rumination and alexithymia significantly explained 25% of life satisfaction in obesity patients. Based on these results, the life satisfaction in obese people by controlling rumination and increasing the ability to express emotion can be increased. Manuscript profile

Heart disease is the first cause of death in the world, and psychological status can play an important role in the exacerbation and relaps of this disease. Therefore, it is essential to identify psychological factors affecting the condition of patients with heart disease. The present study aimed to investigate the psychological distress of heart patients based on insecure attachment style with the mediating role of alexithymia and the moderating role of mindfulness and self-compassion. The current research was structural equation modeling. The statistical population of this research included all coronary and heart failure patients who referred to the medical centers of Aran- Bidgol and Kashan cities in 2022-2023. 200 heart patients were selected by convenience sampling. Using psychological distress scale (DASS-21), Collins and Reed attachment style questionnaire (RAAS), alexithymia questionnaire(TAS-20), Brown and Ryan mindfulness scale questionnaire (MAAS) and self-compassion questionnaire(SCS-SF) data was collected. Data were analyzed by bootstrap method using AMOS 24. The results showed that the proposed model has a good fit. Also, the results showed that alexithymia mediates the relationship between avoidant attachment and psychological distress, and mindfulness and self-compassion have a moderating role in the relationship between alexithymia and psychological distress. According to findings, insecure attachment style plays a role in alexithymia and psychological distress of heart patients and with interventions based on mindfulness and self-compassion can help improve the health of heart patients. The research was purposed to study causal relationship of culture oriented tendency to control weight based on self-concept (ideal and real) among overweight girls mediated by alexithymia. The statistical population consisted of all overweight girls referred to nutritional clinics in Ardabil. The sample encompassed 250 subjects whom were selected via convenient sampling procedure. The research method was descriptive of correlational one. To collect data Rogers’ Self-Concept Scale (1938), Toronto Bagby et al.’s Alexithymia Scale (1994) and Dietary Adherence Scale (1994) were implemented. The data was analyzed by applying Pearson's correlation coefficient and path analysis, using SPSS-26 and AMOS-23 software. The results revealed that there was a direct positive and significant relationship between ideal self-concept and tendency to control weight, while there is a negative and significant relationship between real self-concept and tendency to control weight. The results of indirect correlation coefficient also suggested that alexithymia, as a mediating variable between the real self-concept and tendency to control weight, could negatively and significantly predict the tendency to control weight and positively and significantly predict the tendency to control weight in the relation between ideal self-concept and tendency to control weight. The results indicated an optimal goodness of fit of the model. Finally alexithymia as a mediating variable in the relationship between self-concept and the tendency to control weight can play an important role in controlling the weight of overweight girls.
