In this study, the species richness of the birds in Bushehr Province was examined to identify biodiversity hotspots and assess their conservation status. To achieve this, bird presence data were collected, and the conservation status of each species was determined. Subsequently, using a grid system with one-by-one-kilometer cells, table of distribution of birds species richness was prepared, and biodiversity hotspots were calculated using the Getis-Ord Gi statistic in a geographic information system (GIS). The results indicated that out of 320 bird species with continuous observation records in Bushehr Province, none were categorized as critically endangered according to the 2021 IUCN Red List. However, three bird species included saker falcon(Falco cherrug), Steppe Eagle(Aquila nipalensis), and Egyptian Vulture(Neophron percnopterus) were classified as Endangered, and Marbled duck(Marmaronetta angustirostris), Common pochard(Aythya ferina), Long-tailed duck(Clangula hyemalis), Macqueen's Bustard(Chlamydotis macqueenii), Socotra cormorant(Phalacrocorax nigrogularis), Pallid Harrier(Circus macrourus), and Eastern Imperial Eagle(Aquila heliaca) were considered as vulnerable. Furthermore, the study of species richness revealed that 21.58% of the study area was covered by the presence of these 320 species, with species diversity ranging from one to 26 birds per cell. The calculation of hotspots at the province level also identified the presence of 30 hotspots, covering a total area of 151311.90 hectares (6.33% of the province's area). These hotspots were mostly located in close proximity to major rivers, rangelands, and agricultural lands, particularly date palm orchards, emphasizing the need for greater attention to these habitats for bird conservation. This studyattempts to determine the environmental water requirement of Miankaleh wetland.Materials and Methods:Two major sources of water supply for upper basin of Miankaleh wetland, including Siyah Ab andQuz Mahaleh rivers, were chosen to determine the environmental water requirement. First, theduration curve method (hydrological method) was used to determine the environmental flow of therivers. Then, the comprehensive approach was used to survey the abundance of aquatic bird speciespopulation and their dependence on water. Using a combination of these two methods, theenvironmental water requirement of the wetland was estimated at the estuary of the rivers feeding it.Results and Discussion:The results indicate that, based on duration curve method, the minimum input flows from Siyah Aband Quz Mahaleh rivers to Miankaleh wetland were 0.578 and 0.054 m3/s respectively. Moreover, considering the aquatic birds in the comprehensive approach, the minimum input flows from Siyah Aband Quz Mahaleh rivers to the wetland were estimated to be 2.163 and 0.099 m3/s respectively.Miankaleh wetland can be preserved in a good condition (Q75) by maintaining the minimum inputflows from to it. Moreover, by maintaining the minimum input flows of about 0.325 and 0.015 m3/sfrom Siyah Ab and Quz Mahaleh rivers respectively, the wetland is preserved in a relatively goodcondition (Q90). With assuming unsteady, incompressible and viscous flow, the effect of oscillating amplitude and frequency on aerodynamic characteristics at different angle of attack is investigated. The Reynolds number is selected 11600 for SD7003 airfoil model and the distance between two airfoils equals to one chord. After mesh and time independency study, the results validation is done. The purpose of this work is to reach to the flight stability conditions in gusty and oscillating flows for biplane Micro Air Vehicles. To do this, the effect of amplitude and frequency of oscillating flow and the effect of interaction between two airfoils at different angles of attack must be investigated. The results show that increasing the frequency of inlet flow oscillation leads to reduction in lift and enhancement in drag coefficient in leading airfoil, but for trailing one, both the lift and drag coefficient will be increased. The virus is a member of the Coronaviridae family and has numerous serotypes and strains. Rapid replication combined with high mutation rate and recombination are the main causes of the observed high diversity.Feed conversion and average daily gain are affected in broilers, and infection is often followed by secondary bacterial infections. In layers, IBV causes a reduction in egg production.Today, IB is one of the most economically important diseases in the poultry industry. Transcriptional profiles of trachea tissue of the infected group (IBV) were studied with control group to evaluate changes in transcriptome profile at the early stages of infection. After the challenge of SPF chickens with IBV IS-1494 like (GI-23, the trachea tissue was used for RNA extraction, and changes in the transcriptome were investigated by Illumina RNA-seq technique. Up-regulated and down-regulated differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in the transcriptome of trachea were identified. Gene ontology category, KEGG pathway were analyzed to identify relationships among differentially expressed genes. In general, the numbers of up-regulated genes were higher than of down-regulated genes in experimental group. In the experimental group, a more severe immune response occurred; an important up-regulated genes in this group’s was Toll-like receptor signaling pathway, apoptotic pathway, MAPK signaling pathway. Results of this study could provide a general overview of transcriptome changes in the trachea at the early stage of infection with avian infectious bronchitis (IBV) virus. Manuscript profile -

It causes economic losses to the poultry industry. In this study the role of garlic (Allium sativum) and red onion (Allium cepa) in reducing the severity of the histopathological signs of the avian influenza disease caused by subtype H9N2 in broiler chickens was evaluated. Toxicity of garlic and onion was evaluated first, and then the treatment groups consisting of 72 one day old Ross broiler chicks divided into 9 treatment groups were challenged with the H9N2 virus at 28 days. After one day, the challenged groups received garlic and red onion with feed for seven days. During the study, antibody titers against the H9N2 virus, clinical signs, and histopathological samples were recorded. The garlic and onion had no toxic effect on chickens. In histopathology, the percentage of goblet cells and villus diameter was statistically higher in negative control and treatment groups compared to the positive control group (p<0.05). It seems the garlic and red onion reduced the severity of the histopathological signs of the AI disease caused by subtype H9N2 in the duodenum of the broiler chickens. They are likely to play a role in repairing intestinal mucosa, by reducing the number of the viruses. Manuscript profile -

Every poet has an opinion on the works of the past, both in terms of the choice of words and phrases and in terms of the quality of their use in compositions, and especially in terms of content and theme. Among these poems, "Chaharchaman" is a symbolic and allegorical work Shahdaie, mystic and poet of the ninth century, which is influenced by Mantegh-al-tair; That is, the main theme of both systems is the search for the god or his understanding of how. In Chaharchaman, the main character of the story called "Shogh" sits alone with sixteen flowers and four birds and exchanges his questions with each of them. Hence, the themes, interpretations and structure of this work are very similar to Mantegh-al-tair. The method of this research is descriptive-analytical and the findings of the research show that many mystical concepts used in Mantegh-al-tair, such as unity of existence, wonder, veil, pain, etc have been repeated in Chaharchaman. Many characters in Chaharchaman and Manteq al-Tair, such as Banafsheh and Sawa, Susan and Bat, Nasrin and Tavous, have a common idea and profession, and their roles and actions in the story are the same. Tradit MoreThere have always been two approaches to forecasting in financial markets: traditional and intelligent approaches. In the traditional method, this forecasting is based on statistical models and in the intelligent method is based on artificial intelligence models. Traditional methods mainly use linear patterns to model market behavior, while the main advantage of smart models is the ability to learn and model nonlinear behaviors in the market. It has always been a question of which methods can better model market behavior, and despite the many models that have been proposed for forecasting, there is still an attempt to build a model that can use more effective variables for forecasting. Continues to be able to take into account factors such as time, risk and return. In this research, we have used the neural network to predict the industry index. This is done by ELM neural network using two optimization methods OSELM and PSO. The results show that the prediction accuracy of these two methods is not significantly different from each other, but in terms of execution time, the OSELM neural network algorithm has performed much better and faster. In this study for portfolio selection, particle swarm optimization and Markowitz model are used and a comparison was made between them. Introducing the model to select a portfolio for investors who can make the right choice with evaluation of that model is of our objectives in this study. For this purpose, literature and various studies are verified and a set of measures with regard to the purpose of the research was collected. Among the companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange, 65 companies were selected as sample for the period 2009 to 2013 and were analyzed as a statistical sample. To analyze the data, first the data is collected and categorized in software EXCEL and after doing calculations were analyzed using MATLAB software.TThe results of this research showed that the particle swarm optimization has a fewer errors in the selection of optimal portfolio compared with Markowitz model. The most important suggestion for future research is to compare the particle swarm optimization with other models of optimization such as, colonial competition, meta-heuristic, arbitrage model and etc. Manuscript profile -

This report aims to describe a case of osteosarcoma with lymphoid leukosis caused by a new mutant of avian leukosis virus subgroup J in a MacQueen's bustard (Chlamydotis McQueen). A female MacQueen bustard with a history of chronic lameness and sudden abdominal swelling for two days died at night. Histopathology revealed an infiltrative mesenchymal neoplasm composed of spindle cells with moderate cellular pleomorphism, organized in clusters and scattered with marked deposition of the osteoid matrix, consistent with osteosarcoma of the femur and tibiotarsus with liver and kidney metastasis. Immunohistochemistry of primary and metastatic tumors showed vimentin expression by neoplastic cells. Neoplasmic Samples from the Kidney, liver, and spleen were processed for PCR, which allowed the demonstration of new mutant DNA from proviral avian leukosis virus subtype J (ALV-J). Furthermore, its inoculation to SPF chickens showed that the viral load of the isolated strain in the immune system organs was significantly higher than HPRS103, and the weight loss, viremia, viral shedding, rate of myocardial fiber rupture, and lymphocyte infiltration into the pulmonary lymphatic vessels were higher. Conclusion: The findings of this study have reported the occurrence of osteosarcoma along with investigating the characteristics of a new mutant of ALV-J. Manuscript profile
