  The change of conditions and the emergence of new and influential elements in the field of international politics indicate the importance of the category of culture in promoting national interests and goals and improving relations between countries.Today, culture is referred to as soft power, which brings the influence and influence of governments.Cultural interactions, by creating platforms based on identity and common cultural values, have the ability to influence the process of convergence in the regional and international arenas.Central and South Asia (which has Tajikistan and Afghanistan in its heart) has long been a part of Iran's civilizational and cultural territory, so that it has been far beyond Iran's current political geography.This research is based on descriptive-analytical nature and method, and the required information has been collected in a library manner and based on referring to reliable sources of books, articles and documentary reports.The results of the research show many cultural and identity commonalities, such as Persian language, music, ancient and common customs, between Iran and the above-mentioned countries, which can provide the necessary foundations for Iran in the field of regional interactions and the construction of a new region in this geographical area.   Regarding the very importance of Persian Literature scrutiny overseas and the distribution of it, we study the Education and lyrical poetry composed by Hasan Arrabe Kesh from the point of view of a contemporary poet named Tourson Zadeh in this thesis. His poetry burdens the exclusivity of the above-mentioned doctrine since he is considered of one of the pioneers of Realism-Socialistic literary genre. In this thesis we scrutinize the instances and features of the narration respectively which include: the contrast between tradition and modernism in which the poet desires to have a discontinuity between social and cultural traditions because of his sectarian reflections and the dictation of that influx on addressed people and shift their mind to socialistic and modern thoughts as well. This poem is didactic and lyrical, as well as advice and counsel poet indirect call to promote socialist modernization, and of course, the love story of Hasan and Sadaf is also discussed.   Soviet 's 70 years domination upon Tajikistan has figured the Soviet-Tajik literature which is entitled socialistic-realism literature respectively. Contemporary literature of the above-mentioned era from the period of 1917 October revolution in Russia can be reviewed. ( of course the above-said revolution has been shaped by 1920 Bokhara 's one as well). In this thesis we scrutinize one of the outlooks relating to Tajikistan contemporary poetry which means veneration and praise of Russia in socialistic-realistic era, enmity and contention with Russia in the uproar of fading of socialistic-realism and eventually pro collapse of Soviet Union and Tajikistan independence in 1991. The basic realm of the thesis is considered to evaluate the contrast of the two incompatible approaches on Tajikistan contemporary poetry which is the outcome of social-political variations. The desired subject matter of the text is evaluated by examples related to Tajik poets pro and pre domination of Russia. Manuscript profile
