The development of the capital market is considered as a driving force for economic activities and improving the employment environment in societies. In this regard, the aim of this research is to investigate the relationship between unemployment and the capital market (stock price index) in Iran using the autoregressive approach with distributional intervals (ARDL) and seasonal data related to the period of 2000-2019. The results of the cointegration test show that there is a negative and significant relationship between unemployment rate and the stock price index; As the stock price index increases (decreases), unemployment decreases (increases). On the other hand, the obtained results show that an increase in the exchange rate and an increase in the inflation rate lead to a decrease in the unemployment rate, while the unemployment rate increases with an increase in the GDP per capita. In addition, the results of the causality test based on the error correction model show that the stock price index is the causality of the unemployment rate in the short term. The findings of this research have important policy implications for the development of the capital market (improvement of the stock price index) with the aim of reducing the unemployment rate. During the last two decades, with the increase in international exchange of goods and services, environmental problems, including climate change and global pollution, have increased significantly. The global effort to reduce environmental problems has put the importance of production and international trade of environmental goods on the agenda of many developed and developing countries. The environmental goods emphasized in this study include those goods that are produced or consumed by industry to reduce and manage pollution (air and water). The international effort to reduce greenhouse gas emissions has put the importance of this category of goods at the forefront of global negotiations. Considering the importance of the topic, the main goal of this study is to investigate and identify the trend of trade in environmental goods in the world and developing countries, as well as to identify its composition. The studied period includes 1996-2021. The results show that the global trade in environmental goods has increased significantly and increased nearly four times during the years 1996-2021. During this period, the position of developing countries in the export of environmental goods has increased significantly. The share of developing countries' exports from the total global export value of environmental goods increased from 7.4% in 1996 to 25.7% in 2021. In this, the participation of countries such as China, South Korea, Mexico and Singapore is very evident. Manuscript profile

The exchange rate is one of important macroeconomics indices which its fluctuation has large effects on economic growth and inflation rate. Therefore, the policymakers should take into account when   analyzing exchange rate behavior.Applying the econometrics of OLS and SUR methods, the present study uses a yearly time series of 1961 to 2009 to estimate the effects of exchange rate fluctuations on Iranian economic growth and inflation rate.  Both methods of Cover (1992) and GARCH are applied to calculate the fluctuations. In addition to the exchange rate fluctuations, the effects of oil price fluctuations, calculated using a GARCH method, is included in the model. The effect of exchange rate and oil price fluctuations along with other policy variables such as money liquidity and government expenditures are considered in the model. The estimated results show that the exchange rate and oil price fluctuations affect the economic growth and inflation rate:The positive and negative exchange rate fluctuations have direct effect on economic growth. The positive and negative exchange rate fluctuations have negative and positive effects on inflation rate, respectively. The (expected) exchange rate changed has a positive effect on the economic growth. This effect on inflation rate is negative. The oil price fluctuations have a positive effect on economic growth but a negative effect on inflation rate.Taking into account of both money liquidity and government expenditure changes, the effect of liquidity change is positive on economic growth and inflation rate, whereas; the government expenditure change only affects the economic growth positively. Overall, the effect of liquidity change overcomes the effect of government expenditure.  Comparing the effects of exchange rate and oil price changes on economic growth and inflation, the impact effect of exchange rate changes is more pronounce. The need for sustainable development is to have regional justice in development. The imbalance in the regional justice will be an obstacle to sustainable development in long term. Understanding the development of regions is the first step to eliminate the regional disparities. In the present study two periods 1390 and 1375 has been chosen to assess the level of developments of provinces. According to the research literature and access to data and information, various educational and cultural, housing and infrastructural, demographic and sanitary indicators has been selected, due to the each indicator, the necessary adjustments has been made. To determine the degree of the developments of Iran’s provinces, two methods of taxonomy and TOPSIS has been used. The obtained results show that despite the reduction in the standard deviation and range of the provincial development index, there are some regional disparities in Iran yet and center-periphery test pattern is confirmed for both periods. Due to the Potential differences in different regions, applying the same program for all areas is not possible. Accordingly it is recommended that in the context of national development plans, regional plans with a focus on regional capacities must be done So that sustainable development be achieved for all areas. The housing sector in the economy has had a special place and has always been considered as one of the urgent needs of families. In Iran, these has been a gap between supply and demand of housing and it’s price has increased over the past few decades. In order to inhibit the growth of housing prices and also to provide housing for various strata of society and reducing the gap between supply and demand of housing in Iran, a scientific review of the determinants of supply and demand in this sector is sequired. The aim of this study was to investigate the determinants of investment in housing and construction sector, during the period of 1989 to 2007 in Iran. The results suggest that despite the improvement of investment in housing and construction sector, during economic development plans, investment in housing and building has been sufficient and there is still a large gap between supply and demand of housing and buildings in the country, for many reasons such as low share of public sector investment in the production and supply of housing and  low tendency of the private sector and co-operative, for housing investment Manuscript profile

The most important relative advantage of Iran has been the export of crude oil and natural gas for a long time. Considering the raw nature of these products, specialization in the production and export of these products will not have a significant impact on Iran's sustainable growth. One of the solutions is to infiltrate the downstream industries of these products, the most important of which is the development of the petrochemical industry. In this sense, since the expansion of export markets is considered as one of the important strategies in the field of marketing, the aim of this research is to identify and prioritize the export opportunities of Iran's petrochemical industry products by developing an integrated decision support model - economic complexity, in five countries that are members of the Eurasian Economic Union. It includes Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, and Armenia, and the member countries of ECOTA trade agreements include Afghanistan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, and Turkey.the current research is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive-survey in terms of data collection, and a mixed type of research. The statistical population of the research was formed by the member countries of ECO and Eurasia trade agreements during the period of 2014 to 2021. According to the Ahluwalia hypothesis (1995), the growth of total factor of productivity (TFP) in agricultural sectors along with the other government infrastructural investment in rural areas are the reason of income inequality decrease in these areas. The main objective of this study is to investigate the effects of public investments such as agricultural, road and education(R&E) and Irrigation on income inequality in rural areas of Iran. This research also attempts to study the direction of causality between the income inequality and total factor productivity (TFP) in Iran. Using ARDL methods in the period at 1980 to 2008, empirical results showed that there is a negative relationship between income inequality and agricultural TFP in rural areas of Iran. Hence, additional investments in rural education and agricultural R&E have significant impacts on income inequality. Findings showed also that the Ahluwali hypothesis of the relationship between income inequality and agricultural TFP in Iran's rural areas is not ejected Manuscript profile
