Absract This study was carried out to evaluate the effect of extremely low frequency electromagnetic field (60 Hz) on photosynthesis apparatus and the amount of soluble sugar in Lepidium sativum L. Seeds were divided to dry and wet groups. In terms of wet group, seeds were soaked in water for 7 and 14 h. Dry and wet seeds were placed in the middle of a horizontally fixed coil and were exposed to extremely low frequency electromagnetic of a magnitude of 3.8 mT, for 30 and 60 minutes. Results demonstrated that the amount of chlorophyll a and b did not show the significant increase and the amount of chlorophyll ratio did not have any significant decrease. In addition, carotenoid, flavonoid content and membrane lipid peroxidation increased significantly and the amount of soluble sugar content declined significantly. Results confirms that the influence of electromagnetic field on carotenoid and flavonoids as well as membrane lipids caused the decrease of photosynthesis efficacy, and consequently caused the decline of the amount of soluble sugar. Purpose: Stress and immune responses due to the increased intensity and duration of exercise tend to be susceptible to vascular disease. The purpose of this study was to compare the active and inactive recovery after a session of high intensity interval training (HIIT) on the response of C-reactive protein (CRP), cortisol and IL-6 (IL6). Methods: The statistical sample of this study was 20 footballers with a mean age of 18.9 ± 0.5 years, weight 1.7 ± 1.7 kg, height 176 cm2.2, body mass index of 22.4 ± 1 kg / m2 and the maximum consumed oxygen was 51.3 ± 2.5 ml / kg body weight, which was randomly selected among the soccer players of Esteghlal'e Novin team in south of Tehran. Subjects were participated in two groups with two tests, active recovery and inactive recovery. Blood samples were collected from both groups before and immediately after recovery then, cortisol, and IL-6 and CRP levels were evaluated using ELISA technique. Results: There was no significant difference between active and inactive recovery after HIIT activity on CRP and IL6 responses. While there was a significant difference between active and inactive recovery after HIIT activity on cortisol response (P <0.05). Conclusion: The results of this study showed that active recovery after HIIT activity could affect cortisol response. Therefore, active recovery would be more effective than passive recovery. Increasing level of population and elevated demand for more food production has led to higher protein need from animal sources like cattle, poultry and fish. Moreover, due to lower production cost, less physiological side effects and environmental pollutions, animal breeders are eager to use other potential protein resources such as insects and mollusks. Seven species of invertebrates were evaluated in this study: American cockroach, Italian grasshopper, honey bee, leech, Sunn pest, slug and snail. Several parameters were analyzed in all the species including fat by using Soxhlet method, protein by Kjeldahl method, calcium and phosphorus by colorimetric method, relative humidity, dry biomass, fiber by Fibertech method, energy, ash and carbohydrate by Manson-Walker method. According to the results, it could be concluded that among the studies species, American cockroach with high level of protein, calcium, dry biomass, fiber, phosphorus, energy and low level of fat could be a valuable option for poultry and fish food regime. Introduction: Leukemia makes up about 8% of all cancers. Understanding the epidemiology of leukemia is very effective in planning for this cancer. Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) is a malignant clonal disorder of hematopoietic stem cells which results in increase of myeloid cells, erythroid cells and platelets in the peripheral blood and hyperplasia in bone marrow. Cytokeratin 19 (CK19) is a part of the cytoskeleton of epithelial cells. It is the smallest member of the Cytokeratin family. CK19 is known as a marker of epithelial cells. In the present study, we examined the CK19 expression levels in de novo CML and investigated correlation between altered expression of CK19 with patients’ clinical characteristics. Methods: 50 patients with Leukemia (CML type) were compared with 50 healthy controls. After taking blood samples and extracting total RNA, cDNA was synthesized and examined by Real-time RT-PCR technique. Results:Study of CK19 gene expression in leukemia cells compared to control samples by Real time RT-PCR .In the leukemia sample, the expression of the CK19 gene was evaluated. The results showed that expression of CK19 gene did not increase significantly in the patient group Conclusions: Investigation on the presence of Cytokeratin-19 biomarker in the early stages of disease could be a suitable prognostic factor in blood of the patients. Study on a larger number of patients with more biomarkers with the predictive and/or prognostic value should be considered in the future studies. Manuscript profile

Clindamycin is prescribed to treat the different infections but in some cases, it does not have any medical effect because of different resistance mechanisms in bacteria. A method to counter the resistant bacteria is to use liposomal formulation. Making liposomal formulation needs to measure the content of injected drug into liposome. In this study, a method was proposed to measure the content of clindamycin in liposomal formulation. Criteria of verification based on ICH Q2B protocol included linearity, accuracy, precision, selectivity, sensitivity of diagnosis and determination limits. Initially, each sample was solved in methanol and 0.1M soda with 8:1 and then intensity of attraction for each sample was measured with 201 nm wavelength by UV spectrophotometer. It was possible to draw the calibration curve for clindamycin in range of 0.2 to 8.1 mg/ml with correlation coefficient of 0.999 by this mechanism. This study showed that liposomal formulation obtained by phospholipid (% 2.6), cholesterol (%0.8) and clindamycin (%0.1) and diluted with methanol for 50 times does not have any attraction in 201 nm. Therefore, it is possible to measure the concentration of clindamycin without molecules forming liposome. The capacity of reproducing clindamycin in range of 0.80 and 0.120 is 80% and 83% respectively. The standard deviation for intra- and inter-day precision is lower than 4% and diagnosis and determination limits are 0.43 and 0.131 mg/ml respectively. The result showed that this method can be suitable to measure the content of clindamycin in liposomal formulation. Manuscript profile

In order to investigate the effect of biofertilizers and chemical fertilizers on yield and yield components of rainfed chickpea ,a research was conducted in kuzaran city in 2017, in a split plot arrangement and complete block design Randomization was performed in three replications. In this experiment, The cultivars were on main plots including, C1= Hashem and C2 = Adel and fertilizers were on sub plots ، including, F1 = control, F2 = Phosphorbarvar-2,F3 = Azotobaror -1, F4 = Azotobaror -1+ Phosphorbarvar-2, F5 = %100 Chemical fertilizers, F6 = 50% Chemical fertilizers + Azotobaror -1+ Phosphorbarvar-2,F7 = 30% Chemical fertilizers + Azotobaror -1+ Phosphorbarvar-2. The results of variance analysis showed that cultivar had a significant effect on the traits of the distance of first branch from the soil surface, number of branches per plant and 1000-grain weight per plant, and the fertilizer factor also affected the number of branches per plant, number of pods per plant, number of grains per plant, the distance between the first pods from the soil surface, the distance from the first branch from the soil surface, 1000 grain weight per plant, biological yield, harvest index and yield were significant, and the interaction of cultivar on fertilizer on harvest index was significant . The highest yield was 1625.4 kg.ha-1 for treatment, 50% chemical fertilizer + Azotobaror -1+ Phosphorbarvar-2 (F5) and Adel cultivar (C2). Manuscript profile
