Explain and Evaluate the Sustainable Situation of Future Cities and Islamic Symbols (Using Grounded Theory)

Abstract :
In the religion of Islam; The city, man, and Islamic rules come together, and it is here that the Qur'an states what is necessary for human collective lifeThis research is descriptive-analytical in nature and practical in terms of purpose, and its data and information have been obtained using the library method and in-depth interviews. The method used in this research is "grounded theory" or "grounded theory". The statistical population of this study, according to its subject area, includes 18 knowledgeable and specialized people in the field of geography and urban planning, sociology and urban planning, who have been selected by purposive sampling. The interview with the target population continued until saturation was reached. In the present study, by studying the theoretical foundations and research background, five components of environmental, physical, socio-cultural, economic for the Islamic city were determined. Categories and indicators affecting the sustainability of future cities and Islamic symbols from the perspective of experts are: In social indicators (sense of identity, security, and the principle of justice, etc.), in economic components (self-reliant neighborhoods, adequate and quiet housing, as well as citizens' financial ability, etc.), in physical dimensions (combined and pedestrian-oriented uses) And the important and key components in the sustainability of Islamic cities from the perspective of environment (coexistence with nature and adaptation to climate), have been extracted from the perspective of respondents. Based on this, it can be said that the existence of clear and clear perspectives based on principles and values, institutional capacity building, level of authority and decision-making, rules and regulations, institutional integrity and policy integration There are factors that can influence the culture-building principles and values of Iranian-Islamic urban planning.
