Investigating the Influencing Factors on Post-covid Tourism Development (Case Study: Shiraz City)

Abstract :
The outbreak of Corona has had a great impact on the development of tourism. Many of these effects have continued in the Post-covid period, which has led to the stagnation of the tourism industry. The continuation of this trend is a serious warning to all governments. In this regard, great importance should be given to the general health of society as an important variable in economic growth and maintaining and developing the tourism industry of a country. Based on this, knowing the factors affecting the development of tourism in the Post-covid period can be effective in managing the challenges and advancing it, which was investigated in this research as a case study in the city of Shiraz. The research method is descriptive-analytical. The statistical population of the research was selected from the experts and specialists of the health tourism industry in Shiraz. 100 experts were selected as the sample size and were questioned randomly. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed through the elite society and reliability through Cronbach's alpha with a coefficient of 0.81. The result of the statistical test showed that the social, economic, environmental, infrastructural and managerial factors were significant at a level of less than 0.05. Examining the average difference also confirmed that these factors have a positive impact on the development of Post-covid tourism. The result of the factor analysis also confirmed that contextual and causal factors are effective in the development of Post-covid tourism, and the highest weight or factor load is related to the innovation of urban managers with a weight of 0.994, and the strengthening of training courses for tourism development with a weight of 975. 0.0 and then strengthening group tours with 0.974. Also, Pearson's correlation analysis shows that there is a relationship at a level of less than 0.05 between the investigated factors and Post-covid tourism development.
