Abstract :
Abstract: The current research was conducted with the aim of knowing the characteristics of secondary schools in Kerman in order to achieve the goals of schools without failing Glaser. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of method it is qualitative research that was conducted with grounded theory (foundation data) method. In this research, the statistical population included decision-making managers in secondary schools in Kerman city and university professors, experts and experts who until reaching Theoretical saturation continued; which reached saturation with the number of 25 people. The sampling method was purposive. Data collection was done with semi-structured interview tool. In order to check the validity and reliability of the data, two methods of review by the participants and review by non-participating experts were used, and after receiving the corrective comments, the necessary editing was done and the final model of the interviews was presented. Statistical analysis was performed by MAXQDA software with version 2020. The findings showed that in the open coding stage, 268 concepts were obtained from the interviews. In the axial coding stage, 195 main categories were obtained, and in the selective selection stage, 4 main categories were extracted for the goals of Glaser schools and two main categories were extracted for the characteristics of Kerman schools. Glaser schools 4 individual level (students); personnel; educational concepts; The environment has major differences with the schools of Kerman.
