Abstract :
The present study was conducted with the aim of explaining the relationship between organizational jealousy and organizational anti-citizenship behavior with the job performance of school principals in Cherdavel city. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of correlation type. The statistical population of the research was made up of 175 school principals and vice-principals in Cherdavel city. In this research, in order to determine the sample size, using the table of Karjesi and Morgan (1970), 118 people were selected. The measurement tools included Patterson's Job Performance Questionnaire (1990), Valizadeh and Azarbaijani's Organizational Envy Questionnaire (2009) and Fuchs and Spector's Organizational Anti-Citizenship Questionnaire (2001). For data analysis, Pearson's correlation coefficient test, confirmatory factor analysis, path analysis and structural equation model were used with the help of SPSS and AMOS software. The results showed that the Pearson correlation coefficient between organizational envy and job performance was -0.718, the correlation coefficient between organizational anti-civility behavior and job performance was -0.657, and the correlation coefficient between organizational envy and organizational anti-civility behavior was 0.812. Also, there is a direct relationship between organizational envy and organizational anti-citizenship behavior. . It is worth mentioning that among the components of organizational anti-citizenship behavior, malice has the greatest effect and resistance to authority has the least effect on job performance, and in the case of organizational jealousy, the component of emotional jealousy has the greatest effect on job performance.
