Abstract :
Introduction and Objectives: The full implementation of the Law on Family Protection and Population Youth is an inevitable necessity to get rid of the aging of the Iranian nation. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the attitude of young couples with children born after the promulgation of the Population Youth Law regarding childbearing incentives and their level of satisfaction with its implementation and effectiveness.
Method: The present study was a descriptive-correlational study. The statistical population of this study is all young couples with children after the Population Youth Law in Khorramabad in the first half of 1403. The sampling method was purposeful and accessible.
Findings: The results of the analysis showed that government incentives for childbearing have a positive and direct effect on the desire to have children (1/96>8.546). The degree of implementation of government incentives for childbearing from the perspective of couples has a negative and indirect effect on couples' satisfaction (1/96<1.069).
Conclusion: According to the research findings, couples' satisfaction with government incentives for childbearing has an impact on the desire to have children and the motivation to have children. given the lack of implementation of government incentives for childbearing from the perspective of couples and the negative impact of these incentives on the desire and motivation to have children, it is recommended that those in charge of the field establish precise mechanisms and continuously monitor the correct and desirable implementation of the Youth Population Law.
