    General and content regulations

     

          The article submitted for publication in the bi-monthly journal must have scientific research.

     

              Note: If the translation of the article is accompanied by a comprehensive scientific review, it can be included in the scientific research journal.

     

          The author or authors must send their detailed information including first and last name, academic rank, respective institution, phone number, and exact e-mail address on an e-mail page.

          If the article has more than one author, the responsible author should be identified.

     

               Note: If the title of the responsible author is not specified, the submission of the article and all correspondence and the responsibility of the article are with the first author.

     

          The article has not been published before and the author is not obligated to publish them elsewhere. In addition, the submitted articles should not be submitted to other quarterly magazines at the same time.

          Whether the article is derived from a thesis or a research proposal, it is required to mention it in the initial article.

          The author is responsible for the scientific and legal validity of the article.

          The magazine reserves the right to accept or reject and edit the articles.

     

              Article: The journal is free to edit or summarize the articles in such a way that there is no defect in their scientific books.

     

          The final article is for publication in two chapters, after review by the referees with the journal's editorial board.

          It is free to quote and adapt the articles published in the magazine, citing the source.

     

    The article is taken from:

     

    Thesis (full title, supervisor, date of defence, university of study)

     

    Research project (full title of the project, execution date, collaborators, project, relevant organization)

     

    Oral presentation at the conference and congress (full title of the conference or congress, date, organizations)

     

    To be specific, the author is obliged to mention the detailed information of the affiliated work. Otherwise, at any stage when the publication notices the author's lack of notification, it will do so according to the regulations.

     

    The process of submitting an article to a journal

     

    - Authors should only submit articles through the journal system, articles sent via email or hard copy will not be processed.

     

    - To submit an article, the author first registered in the journal system in the "Send Article" section.

     

          Authors should follow all stages of article evaluation only through their personal page in the journal system.

     

    The files that must be uploaded to the system at the time of registration of the responsible author:

     

    1. The main file of the article (without authors' details)

     

    1. Authors profile file (in Farsi and English)

     

    1. Letter file (signed by all authors)

     

    (Sending the article for judging is subject to sending the above three files and registering the correct information in the system).

     

    1. Completion and submission of the non-conflict form is mandatory by the responsible author.

     

       * The authors of their articles have adjusted the editor software.

     

    The volume of the article

     

       The number of words in the article: between 5000 and 6500 words

     

    Number of keywords: 3 to 7 keywords

     

    The number of words in the abstract: 150 to 200 words (the abstract should include the main purpose, problem or question of the research, methodology and important results of the research)

     

       How to insert personal details of authors

     

    The responsible author must be identified in works that have more than one author. The phrase (responsible author) should be inserted in front of the name of the desired author.

     

    The sender's article is considered as the author and all subsequent correspondence and notifications will be made with him.

     

    ** It is not possible to change the date of submission and acceptance of the articles, the names of the authors and their order in the article and the organizational characteristics of the authors after registration in the system.

     

    Authors' organizational affiliation must be entered accurately and according to one of the following patterns:

     

           Faculty

     

    Academic rank (instructor, assistant professor, associate professor, professor), department, university, city, country, e-mail

     

           Students

     

    Student (bachelor's, master's, doctorate) field of study, university, city, country, e-mail

     

    1. Individuals and free persons

     

    Education level (bachelor's, master's, doctorate), field of study, organization, place of work, city, country, e-mail

     

    1. Student

     

    Level (2, 3, 4), field of study, seminary/ seminary, city, country, e-mail.

     

     

     

    The structure of the article

     

    The body of the article should include the following sections:

     

    1. Title

     

    1. Persian abstract (explanation of the topic/problem/question, purpose, method, results)

     

    1. Introduction (including definition, research background (Persian and English), the importance and necessity of conducting research and the reason for the novelty of the article)

     

    1. The main body (explanation and analysis of topics)

     

    1. Conclusion (author's discussion and analysis)

     

    1. Acknowledgment and thanks: It is suggested to mention the collaborating institutes and funding sources of the research. The people who somehow played a role in conducting related research, or in preparing and providing search facilities, as well as the people who somehow reviewed and edited the drawn article, are acknowledged and thanked by name. Permission is required from the organizations or individuals whose names are acknowledged.

     

    1. Sources (non-English sources should be translated into English in addition to the original language and should be listed under the reference section after the bibliography section).

     

       Inserting footnotes, in-text references and sources

     

    *** Standardization method: APA

     

       insert footer

     

    * Do not mention directly/indirectly the name of the author/authors of the article in the text or footnote.

     

    * Specific names Latin terms and explanatory references should be mentioned in the footnote.

     

    * Avoid direct and long quotations (it is necessary to specify in the article which part of the text is a direct quotation).

     

    *Direct quotations up to 40 words must be indented within quotation marks "" and more than that.

     

       References within the text

     

    * Reference to a verse from the Qur'an: (Baqarah, 5)

     

         *Reference to Nahj al-Balagheh: (Nahj al-Balagheh: Khutbah, 50)

     

         * Do not include any reference in the footnote.

     

         * The full information of the references in the text must be included in the references section of the article.

     

         * For lunar and Gregorian dates, the letters BC and AD should be used respectively. 1340 AH / 1998 AD

     

         *If two works were published by the same author in the same year and cited in the cited text, after mentioning the year of publication with the letters (a and b) for Persian sources or (a, b) for English sources be distinguished

     

         *If the cited source has two or three authors, the surnames of all three must be mentioned.

     

         *If the number of authors is more than three, only the last name of the first author is mentioned and then the phrase "and others" is used.

     

         * If more than one source is cited in the text, with a semicolon; They are separated.

     

         * If the author has used a source consecutively in the text, he must repeat the name of the source (the use of expressions: the same, the same, the same, the same is incorrect).

     

         List of end references

     

         *** The Qur'an and Nahj al-Balaghah are listed at the beginning of the sources section and are not listed alphabetically.

     

         *In the References section, where the sources are written in English, the author's last name is written in full, but only the first letter of the author's name is written. Example: Alston, W

     

         * Insertion of DOI identifier is required for articles that have this code.

     

         * The sources included in this section must be used in the text. (Resources that are introduced in the text only for the reader's study and knowledge, and are not referred to in the text, should not be included in the references section).

     

         *Resources should be ordered alphabetically by the last name of the authors.

     

         * If several works of the same author are placed in an alphabetical row, the author's name must be included, using a hyphen to avoid repeating the author's name is incorrect.
