Abstract :
Managers have always been one of the important pillars in organizations, and analyzing their skills and competencies is considered one of the appropriate selection methods in organizations. Given the importance of accurately evaluating managers, the aim of this research is to present a model based on personality traits for assessing the competencies of managers at Islamic Azad University. This research is applied in terms of purpose and mixed in terms of data collection type. This study consists of three parts. In the first part, personality factors are identified through meta-synthesis, in the second part, they are screened and localized using fuzzy Delphi technique, and in the third part, the network relationships of the factors are ranked using the ANP technique. The findings of the researcher included 4 dimensions, 17 components, and 124 indicators. The results were categorized into four groups: perceptual-interpersonal-control, social-cultural-Islamic, organizational, and individual. Islamic Azad University, as one of the largest educational institutions in the country, has the responsibility of promoting and enhancing knowledge in the country. Therefore, selecting competent managers who can assist the university in this endeavor is considered important.
