The relationship between educational and academic burnout and quality of learning experiences for students

Abstract :
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between Educational Climate with academic burnout and quality of learning experiences among Shiraz second area high school girls student. The research method was descriptive Correlational type. The population consisted all of female students in second area of Shiraz school that 200 students were selected with single-stage cluster sampling.To collect information questioners Academic burnout Maslach (1981), quality of learning experiences, Newman (1990) and Rough educational climate questionnaire (1997) were used. Data were analized Using Pearson correlation coefficient and multyple regression. The results showedan inverse relationship between educational Climate with academic burnout and significant positive relationship between educational Climate with quality learning experiences, respectively. All aspects of the educational Climate except students' perceptions of teachers shown significant positive relationship with quality learning experiences. Aspects of educational Climate be able to predict changes in the variance of academic burnout and quality of learning experiences dimensions of Educational Climate shown significant inverse relationship with academic burnout.
