Abdtract In this paper, the history and characteristics of the right-wing of France have been studied with the emphasis on Gaullists. Despite his opposition with party system, General de Gaulle contributed to the advancement of this system in France through establishing the political party. After him, Jacques Chirac undertook the General de Gaulle's heritage for achieving democracy by forming the "Union of Democrats for the Republic". During Jacques Chirac Presidency, this Party was on the wane. Finally, Nicolas Sarkozy won the internal party campaign and took control over the presidency of this party by changing the name of party to "Union for the Presidential Majority". In addition to the other Parties like the Gaullists and Naglists, the French National Front is one the most important political Parties in the right-wing. Some people consider this party -which is far-right - amongst Neo-Nazists because of its severe and extreme positions. This article deals with the most important Right-Wing Parties in France.  Manuscript profile

Russian and Iranian foreign policy in history has been based on alerts and news. If you look to the new era of relations between Iran and Russia, these relationships are formed around a core fundamental as “nuclear cooperation”. Nuclear cooperation between Iran and Russia began when Tehran’s top priority was reconstruction and strengthening economic and security with the purpose of compensation for damages caused by the 8 years war with Iraq. In January 1995 Moscow and Tehran have signed a contract to complete the Bushehr nuclear power planet worth $800 million. Since the Bushehr contract, Washington constantly wanted to stop this 100- megawatt light – water reactor and is concerned that this facility will help Iran’s nuclear weapons. The main question, in this research, is that what was the result of cooperation between Iran and Russia on the Bushehr nuclear project during President . Khatami and President .Ahmadinejad? And to prove it, in this study, we hypothesized that cooperation between Iran and Russia during Per. Khatami was based on political – economic purposes and during Per. Ahmadinejad the military and security aspects became the top priority than political – economic aspects.  Manuscript profile

5 - Identity Crisis and Its Solution from Discursive Perspective

Abstract The “exteriority” of unidimensional devices to identify the self, motivated this scholar to offer an intellectual construct to “simulate” the “contextual-based” and plural identity of the self in the Caspian basin countries. Built upon Saussaurian “syntagmatic axis,” he offers a “correspondence discoursive” construct. Unlike to what Saussaure calls “paradigmatic axis” of unidimensional definitions of either individual or collective self, the “correspondence discursive construct” is contextual-bound. Hence, it is perpetually de/re-conststructed by the antithetical forces between (1) the ideational and situational contexts or (2) the individual or collective self. Inspired by both Molawi and the Heidegerian presumptions that the ideational self is unvoluntarily “thrown to” and “delivered over” to the “corporal” or “situational,” he/she/or they remain persistently positioned to be “thrown-away” of them. Nonetheless, the self is evolved within corporal or situational. Due to this inherent contextuality, I named this connstruct as “discursive identity.” It is to be noted that this intellectual construct gives the priority to individual will to define the self or accept a definition of the self. As such, discursive identity deconstructs both primordial or institutional definitions of identity, as suggested by either traditional or modern philosophers.  Manuscript profile

6 - Micro Strategy of the U.S. in the Middle East: A Sense for Interaction of Soft Power and Hard Power

Abstract Soft Power theory is a definition of power which many governments have used it consciously or unconsciously long time before its exposure in states relations. However the importance of this theory is because of its new definition by which we can study behaviors and the manner of governments in the domain of international affairs. This is to say that the contrast exists in this theory on power concept, could be considered as a scale for the governments facing with interests and aspirations that they have defined it before for themselves. Now, if we consider the United States main strategy in the Middle East with this view and the U.S. soft and hard power, we can find three special periods since new century up to now. During these three periods, gradually the importance of soft power has been increased against the hard power. The reason for the hard power declines is because of the limitations that U.S. has had in the Middle East from the beginning of his presence in this region. Therefore, the U.S. is left with no choice but to use soft power as a tool to overcome the hard power limitations.  Manuscript profile

Abstract Science the normalization of ties up to now, the United States behavioral patterns about china has been a combination of political interaction, economic convergence as the alternative policy, and strategic in folding pattern as the prior policy. For a visionary analysis of the United States behavior about china, different types of these behaviors must be segregated. In the frame of political-strategic ties, the potential exist for the behaviors of the tow countries to converge or result in conflict. For example, the united state-china ties regarding to the Taiwan issue, is an irremissibly issue which can be analyzed in a zero sum game frame, but about the economic ties between the tow countries, must of the economic critics in the world, consider the non-zero sum game more preferable and rational. Because both countries can benefit from the relative economics advantages  to  develop economically. In this article, initially, I describe the three United States’ behavioral patterns regarding to china, and analyses and probe this patterns in the frame of the national patterns of experts.
