Abstract: After the breakup of the Soviet Union and the emergence of the five new countries in Central Asia, a new chapter in Iran's relations with these countries arose. The issue of relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Tajikistan has always been of great importance, first of all due to the historical, cultural and linguistic ties between the two countries, and the fact that Tajikistan is the only Persian language in Central Asia, which has a distinct status with other countries in the area. Abstract: The people security is, in fact, a new concept that, with the formation of a "popular mobilization" in Iran after the Islamic Revolution of 1979, and in Iraq, after ISIL's crackdown, formed part of its territory with the authority, in such a way that the presence of the ideological elements and the people are prominent in its structure. It can now be argued that the closure of a branch as a public ideological structure actually filled the gap caused by "the ineffectiveness of the structure constructed by the occupiers in the post-fallen period of Saddam" and turned into an intrinsic, efficient and capable force, in the field of security for the community and government in Iraq. The present paper seeks to explain that it is important to rely on people in military- security areas to be more efficient than dependence, and Heshad al-Sha'bi, in spite of some challenges, has had great achievements in the military security scene. To the point that the ineffectiveness of Washington's military security agenda was further enhanced, and pushed the prospect of "building security based on ideological and popular beliefs." The research explains how nuclear discourse of Ahmadinejad government is articulated and hegemonized then the research compares it with discourse of the Islamic revolution based on speeches of Ayatollah Khamenei the leader of the Islamic revolution in Iran. The research finds that articulation of nuclear discourse of president Ahmadinejad is accommodated discourse of the Islamic revolution in signifiers such as definite right of the Iranian nation, independence, justice, prestige, resistance, development, national technology and peaceful purposes. Maintaining a regime from subversion through revolution or rebellion is always one of the most important issues in political systems, and political stability is also the temptation of those who are interested in the continuation of the political system. There are many factors contributing to the creation of stability or political change in the state. Important factors in this regard are incorrect economic policies and the lack of economic security, inequality, structural divide, inflation, and so on. It provides a source of political instability in society. Since 2002, with the advent of the Justice and Development Party, the Turkish government has been able to overcome economic problems by planning appropriate macroeconomic policies. But the question is: what has been the role of economic policy in creating political stability in Turkey? The hypothesis that can be raised is that economic policies have created political stability in this country. Accordingly, the macroeconomic government has been able to use the expansion of the private sector and increase competition, reduce domestic demand and export development, create incentives for attracting foreign capital, increase productivity and use of technology, To continue. In the monetary policy sector, it has been able to cut inflation below 5%. In the currency sector, with the change from the fixed exchange system to the floating exchange system, it has been able to help restore the value of the domestic currency. Which has given citizens satisfaction and political stability in the country. Manuscript profile

Following the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, the Black Sea region was less geostrategically significant from a Western perspective, but it remained instrumental in shaping Russia’s concept of its “near abroad.” For Russia to achieve these long-term objectives, its supremacy in the Black Sea is a critically enabling factor. The unique geography of the region confers several geopolitical advantages to Russia in its confrontation with the West. As such, the Kremlin has sought measures to strengthen its hold over the region. Firstly, it has sought to weaken NATO’s ties to the regional states, working to drive wedges into these relationships, and using military force when necessary to stop the Alliance’s expansion. Secondly, it has been expanding its military capabilities in order to challenge NATO’s presence in the region and ultimately dominate the Black Sea.Russia has pursued highly aggressive policies in order to secure its dominance over the Black Sea region. What Moscow must bear in mind however, is that control over the region is not an end in itself, but the means to achieve a greater objective – to keep out NATO interference. In this regard, Russia’s measures have somewhat backfired. Concerned over Russia’s rising belligerence, NATO at the recent Warsaw Summit pledged to increase Allied military presence in the region. Besides strengthening Allied capabilities in the air, land, and sea, there will be increased allied visits to Romanian and Bulgarian ports, and enhanced inter-Alliance training and exercises.
