Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Fordyce Happiness group training on the satisfaction and satisfaction of health care workers. The research method is semi-experimental and was done in tow groups test (experiment) group and control group with pretest and post-test. The statistical society included all the health care workersof kiar town 28 people was selected randomly. Then 14 people were placed in the experiment group and 14 people were placed in the control group. Minnesota satisfaction and acceptability questionnaires were conducted as a pretest. Then, members of experiment group participated in eight 60-minute sessions of happiness training. According to the results, there is in significant correlation between experiment group and control group in terms of ability , development, activity authority, colleagues, creativity, morality, and responsibility (p<0.01) and confirmation security, social services, social status, variety and work conditions (p<0.05) in the satisfaction and sympathy and confidentiality (p<0.01) in the acceptability. Therefore, findings show effect of Fordyce happiness training on increase of job satisfaction and satisfactory.
