Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to design and explain the model of factors affecting the establishment of the policies of non-governmental organizations in sustainable national development. The research method was in terms of library-field environment, in terms of application purpose, in terms of time, cross-sectional data collection and in terms of research implementation method, it was descriptive-survey. In order to deeply investigate and know more about the subject, in addition to theoretical foundations, interviews have been used for better understanding. Then, quantitative approaches have been used to confirm the qualitative results. The statistical population includes experts active in non-governmental organizations and managers of these organizations. An interview method was used to collect data. Grounded theory approach method has been used for data analysis. Considering that the axial coding method and the axial coding pattern are more developed in the Glaser and Strauss method, therefore, this method was used in this research. The findings of the research show that the factors affecting the establishment of the policies of non-governmental organizations in sustainable national development in the dimension of the main category are: development and social changes, promotion of transparency and performance, communication and optimal interactions of non-governmental organizations with other public and private institutions. It is the reform and transformation of the administrative and organizational system, the support and promotion of the government and the mastery and expertise of human resources.
