Analysis of the Aspects of Knowledge Commercialization Leadership in Improving Employee Productivity

Abstract :
In organizations, there are many factors that contribute to the realization of human resource productivity, one of which is the skills and leadership styles of knowledge commercialization. Identifying the dimensions of this type of leadership and analyzing its impact on employee productivity can be helpful for university administrators and policy makers. The purpose of this research was to identify the leadership dimensions of knowledge commercialization and to investigate its impact on employee productivity in Islamic Azad University of Tabriz. The method of this research is mixed (qualitative and quality). In the qualitative phase, 21 experts of knowledge commercialization were selected by purposeful sampling, and after semi-structured interviews, the research model was designed. In the quantitative part, the data collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire, the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the supervisors and experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was also determined through Cronbach's alpha test, which was above 0.7 in all variables. Based on the findings of this research, the leadership of knowledge commercialization in Tabriz Azad University includes five dimensions; Quantum management is the capacity of education and research, organizational learning, competitive advantage and organizational intelligence. According to the model obtained in this research, in general, knowledge commercialization leadership predicts a total of 0.53 of the variance of employee productivity in Islamic Azad University of Tabriz.
