Abstract :
Considering the role of entrepreneurship in the education system, it is necessary to have a model in this field for elementary school students. This study is descriptive-survey type. The statistical population of this research includes all principals, assistants, experts, and primary school teachers in Bandar Mahshahr city in 2018-2019, whose number is 754, and 255 people were selected as a sample by simple random sampling method. In order to measure the research variables, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. The content validity of the questionnaires has been confirmed by experts. The reliability of the questionnaires was estimated based on Cronbach's alpha coefficient on the dimensions of each variable. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics methods were used for analysis. The findings showed that causal conditions (teachers, teaching methods, textbooks, students) have a positive effect on the development of entrepreneurial abilities. Also, background conditions (facilities and equipment, entrepreneurial culture, organizational atmosphere) have a significant effect on entrepreneurial capabilities strategies, but entrepreneurial culture does not have a significant impact on entrepreneurial capabilities strategies. 24 SPSS and Smart PLS statistical software were used to analyze the data. The results showed the effect of intervening conditions (economic sanctions, laws and regulations, government support, structure) on entrepreneurial capabilities strategies. Also, the development of entrepreneurial abilities in elementary school students has a positive effect on strategies and ultimately strategies on outcomes (improvement of individual skills, economic and business growth).
