Semi-structured interviews with open and general questions up to 20 in-depth interviews and systematic analysis of required data were collected and analyzed through the three stages of open, central and selective coding. The findings showed that the development model of talent search strategies in football in Khuzestan province has 27 main categories and 56 sub-categories in the form of contextual, driving, environmental (intervening), developer and consequences factors.
