The mediating role of the job link variable in relation to organizational resilience and the performance of sports department employees in Tehran

Abstract :
The present study was conducted with aim of determining mediating role of the occupational bond in the relationship between organizational resilience and the performance of employees of sports departments in Tehran. Research method is applied according to purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of method. Data collection was done in the field. The statistical population of the research included 1000 employees of sports departments in Tehran. The size of the statistical sample was estimated to be 274 people based on Morgan's table, and according to the statistical population, stratified random sampling was done from among the employees and managers in order to homogenize the groups. In order to study and investigate the objectives of this research, the standard questionnaires of Karimi's organizational resilience (2013), Amiri's organizational performance (2013) and Seyed Ali's job relationship (2013) were used. The face and content validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the supervisors, advisors and 10 experts (physical education and sports science professors). The reliability of the questionnaires was also confirmed Cronbach's alpha coefficient of more than 0.7.Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data, and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and structural equations were used to test the research hypotheses. SPSS software and SmartPLS software were used in this research. The results showed that the components of organizational resilience and job connection had the ability to predict organizational performance in the employees of these departments, and also, job connection is a significant mediator in relationship between resilience and organizational performance of employees of sports departments in Tehran.
